问曰∶人之患眼，女子逆经，血灌瞳仁，满眼赤涩者何也？

答曰∶此乃室女或肥壮妇女血热经闭，过期不行，则血逆行于上，注于目，灌于睛外，皆红色，或乌睛上起如 肉。
治之切不可钩割，只用下气破血通经之药，其血翳自退。宜服调经散、破血红花散、顺经汤、导赤散。
调经散
香附米 当归尾（各一两） 大黄（蒸，五钱） 黄芩（二两） 黄连 生地黄 赤芍药 川芎 羌活 栀子 薄
荷木贼 苏木 红花 甘草（以上各一两）
破血红花散 治室女逆经，眼疼痛，生血翳包睛。
顺经汤 能通经，行血止痛。
当归尾 川芎 枳壳 小茴香 柴胡 陈皮 玄胡索 白芍药 青皮 香附子 桃仁 红花 肉桂 热甚加黄

上各等分，水煎食后温服。

Shunjing Tang (Smooth Menstruation Decoction) Can unblock menstruation, move blood, and relieve pain.
