黑，返老还童，行如奔马。日进数服，终日不食亦不饥，开通强志，日诵万言，神识高迈
，夜无梦想。人年二十七岁以前，服此一料，可寿三百六十岁。四十五岁以前服者，可寿二
百四十岁。六十三岁以前服者，可寿一百二十岁。六十四岁以上服者，可寿百岁。服之十剂
，绝其欲，修阴功，成地仙矣。一料分五处，可救五人痈疾，分十处，可救十人劳疾。修合
之时，沐浴至心，勿轻示人。

上件，人参、茯苓为细末，蜜用生绢滤过，地黄取自然汁，捣时不用铜铁器，取汁尽
，去滓，用药一处拌和匀，入银石器或好磁器内封，用净纸二三十重封闭，入汤内，以桑柴
火煮三昼夜。取出，用蜡纸数重包瓶口，入井口去火毒一伏时。取出再入旧汤内煮一日，出
水气，取出开封，取三匙作三盏，祭天地百神，焚香设拜，至诚端心。每日空心，酒调一匙
头。
治腰膝疼痛，一切腹内冷病。令人颜色悦泽，骨髓坚固，行及奔马。
山药（一斤） 杏仁（一升，汤泡，去皮、尖） 生牛奶子（二升）
上件，将杏仁研细，入牛奶子、山药，拌绞取汁，用新磁瓶密封，汤煮一日。每日空心
，酒调一匙头。

以上药材，将人参、茯苓研成细末，蜂蜜用生绢过滤，生地黄取自然汁液。捣药时不使用铜铁器具，待汁液取尽，去掉药渣，将药物混合均匀，装入银石器或优质瓷器中密封，用洁净纸张二三十层封口，放入汤锅中，以桑柴火煮三天三夜。取出后，用蜡纸多层包裹瓶口，放入井水中退去火毒一个时辰。取出后再放入旧汤中煮一天，蒸发掉水汽，取出开封，取三匙分为三盏，祭祀天地百神，焚香礼拜，保持至诚端正之心。每日空腹时，用酒调服一匙头。
治疗腰膝疼痛，以及一切腹内寒性疾病。使人面色红润光泽，骨髓坚固，行动速度堪比奔马。
This paste fills the essence and supplements the marrow, transforms the intestines into sinews, completes the myriad spirits within the body, overflows the five zang organs, solidifies the marrow and fills the blood, turns white hair black, returns one to youthfulness, and enables movement as swift as a galloping horse. Taking several doses daily allows one to go without food all day without feeling hungry, strengthens willpower and memory, enabling the recitation of ten thousand words daily without fatigue, elevates spiritual awareness beyond ordinary dreams, and ensures dreamless sleep at night. For those under the age of twenty-seven, taking this single preparation can extend life to three hundred and sixty years; for those under forty-five, to two hundred and forty years; for those under sixty-three, to one hundred and twenty years; and for those over sixty-four, to one hundred years. After taking ten doses, abstaining from sexual desire and accumulating merits through hidden good deeds, one may become a "Di Xian" (Earth Immortal). One preparation divided among five people can cure five cases of carbuncle disease; divided among ten people, it can cure ten cases of consumptive disease. During preparation, one must bathe and maintain utmost sincerity, and never show it lightly to others.
Xinluo Shen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma Rubra / Korean Ginseng) (24 liang, remove the rhizome head), Sheng Di Huang (Rehmanniae Radix) (16 jin, extract juice), Bai Fu Ling (Poria) (49 liang, remove black skin), Bai Sha Mi (White Honey) (10 jin, refined and purified).
Grind the ginseng and poria into fine powder. Filter the honey through raw silk. Extract the natural juice from the fresh rehmannia root. Do not use copper or iron vessels during grinding. Once the juice is fully extracted and dregs removed, mix the ingredients thoroughly. Seal the mixture in a silver-stone vessel or high-quality porcelain jar. Close tightly with two to thirty layers of clean paper. Place in a water bath and decoct using mulberry wood fire for three days and three nights. Remove and wrap the bottle mouth with several layers of wax paper. Submerge in a wellhead to eliminate "fire toxicity" for one shichen (two hours). Remove and decoct again in the old water bath for one day to evaporate moisture. Open the seal, take three qian (spoonfuls), divide into three cups, and offer sacrifices to Heaven, Earth, and all deities. Burn incense and bow with sincere and upright heart. Each morning on an empty stomach, take one qian mixed with wine.
Treats pain in the waist and knees, and all cold diseases within the abdomen. Enhances complexion luster, solidifies bone marrow, and enables speed comparable to a galloping horse.
Shan Yao (Dioscoreae Rhizoma) (1 jin), Xing Ren (Armeniacae Semen Amarum) (1 sheng, soaked in hot water, remove skin and tip), Sheng Niu Nai Zi (Fresh Milk Fruit - likely referring to a specific local fruit or milk-based ingredient, literal translation: Raw Milk Child/Fruit) (2 sheng).
Grind the apricot seeds finely. Mix with the milk fruit and yam. Stir and press to extract the juice. Seal in a new porcelain jar. Decoct in a water bath for one day. Each morning on an empty stomach, take one qian mixed with wine.
