凡吐血症，切不可吃药，误用寒凉之药，固不得法，而骤投滋补之剂，亦非所宜。惟有
童便一味最良。或服自己小便更妙，名曰回龙汤，可以除根。戒房劳，忌食羊肉、鸡、酒、
葱、蒜、姜、椒辛辣发物。每日早起，先将隔宿小便溺去，再将第二次小便用洁净大碗盛之
，其色白，其味淡，即乘热吃下，随以南枣二枚，口含咀嚼，自不恶心。如小便黄浊者不可
吃。即用开水一碗，少加白糖待温饮之，闭目静坐，其小便必然清如泉水，日日饮之，不可
间断，久服常服。不惟吐血可以除根，而精神身体益加强壮，其功最大，奇验奇灵，诚吐血
症第一良方也。
又，吐血经验方∶取马桶碱一大块（即多年马桶底下结成粪尿硝者是也，嘱倒马桶者留
心取之），用阴阳瓦略 存性研末，另用黑枣去皮核，蒸熟捣烂加入马桶碱末和匀为丸。每
服三钱，白汤送下，已见奇效。
大黑枣数斤装红布袋中，用线密缝，浸尿桶内，童便更佳，至七昼夜，取出，漂净去皮
核，另用莲子肉磨成粉，捣和为丸如桐子大。每早开水送下三钱，切勿轻视，屡见奇效。
不论何经之血俱效。蚕豆花（必须茎上第一朵），阴干研末，煎汤频饮即止，并可除根。
如无花时，即用叶抽去筋阴干，煎汤服之，亦效。
忽然血晕吐血，多至数升者，一时切勿服药，急服童服二三碗，后得血止神安，再用广
西真山羊血，临卧每服三分，不过三服，引血归源，即自止矣。
凡是吐血的症状，千万不要随意吃药。错误地使用寒凉性质的药物固然不对，但突然投用滋补的药剂也不适宜。只有童便（儿童的小便）这一味药最为良效。如果是服用患者自己的小便效果更佳，这种方剂名为“回龙汤”，可以彻底根治。需要戒除房事劳累，忌食羊肉、鸡肉、酒、葱、蒜、姜、花椒等辛辣及发物。每天早晨起床后，先将隔夜的小便倒掉，再将第二次排出的小便用洁净的大碗盛装。如果尿液颜色清白、味道淡，就趁热喝下去，随后含嚼两枚南枣，自然就不会感到恶心。如果尿液黄浊则不可服用。此时可用一碗开水，加入少量白糖，待温度适宜时饮用，然后闭目静坐。这样反复多次后，小便必然变得清澈如泉水，每日坚持饮用，不可间断，长期常服。不仅吐血可以除根，而且精神和身体会更加强壮，其功效最大，疗效奇特灵验，确实是治疗吐血症的第一良方。
另外，有一个治疗吐血的经验方：取一大块马桶碱（即多年马桶底部凝结成的粪尿硝，嘱咐倒马桶的人留心收集），用阴阳瓦（一种特制的瓦片）略加煅烧至保留部分药性，研成粉末。另取黑枣，去皮去核，蒸熟后捣烂，加入马桶碱末混合均匀，制成丸剂。每次服用三钱，用白开水送服，已经见到奇效。
将数斤大黑枣装入红布袋中，用线严密缝合，浸泡在尿桶内（使用童便效果更好），经过七昼夜后取出，漂洗干净并去皮去核。另取莲子肉磨成粉，与处理好的黑枣捣和均匀，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每天早晨用开水送服三钱，切勿轻视此方，屡见奇效。
无论哪一经络出血都有效。蚕豆花（必须是茎上的第一朵花），阴干后研成粉末，煎汤频繁饮用即可止血，并能除根。如果没有花朵，就用叶子抽去叶筋，阴干后煎汤服用，也有效。
忽然出现血晕、吐血，血量多达数升的情况，一时之间切勿服药，急忙服用童便二三碗，之后血止神安，再用广西产的真山羊血，临睡前每次服用三分，不超过三次，即可引血归源，出血自然停止。
For all cases of hematemesis (vomiting blood), one must absolutely avoid taking medication. It is incorrect to mistakenly use cold-natured drugs, and it is also inappropriate to suddenly administer tonic preparations. The single best remedy is Tongbian (Tongbian, children's urine). Taking one's own urine is even better; this formula is named "Huilong Tang" (Return Dragon Decoction) and can eradicate the root cause. One must abstain from sexual exertion and avoid eating mutton, chicken, alcohol, scallions, garlic, ginger, Sichuan pepper, and other spicy or stimulating foods. Every morning upon waking, first discard the overnight urine, then collect the second voiding in a clean large bowl. If the urine is clear in color and mild in taste, drink it while hot. Immediately follow by chewing two Southern dates (Nanzao, Ziziphus jujuba var. inermis) held in the mouth to prevent nausea. If the urine is yellow and turbid, do not consume it. Instead, take a bowl of boiling water with a little white sugar, wait until warm, and drink it. Then sit quietly with eyes closed. After repeated practice, the urine will inevitably become clear as spring water. Drink this daily without interruption and continue long-term. Not only will hematemesis be eradicated, but spirit and physique will further strengthen. Its efficacy is greatest, miraculous and spiritual, truly being the premier good prescription for hematemesis.
Additionally, an empirical formula for hematemesis: Take a large piece of toilet alkali (that is, fecal-urine nitrate accumulated at the bottom of the toilet over many years; instruct those emptying the toilet to save it). Slightly calcine it on Yin-Yang tiles (Yinyang Wa, special firing tiles) to preserve its nature, then grind into powder. Separately, take black dates (Heizao, Ziziphus jujuba), remove skin and pits, steam until cooked, mash them, and mix evenly with the toilet alkali powder to form pills. Take 3 qian per dose, delivered with plain water. Miraculous effects have already been observed.
Place several jin (approx. 500g units) of large black dates in a red cloth bag, sew tightly with thread, and soak in a urine bucket (children's urine is better). After seven days and nights, take out, rinse clean, remove skin and pits. Grind Lotus Seed Meat (Lianziren, Semen Nelumbinis) into powder, mash and mix with the prepared dates to form pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take 3 qian each morning delivered with boiled water. Do not underestimate this; it has repeatedly shown miraculous effects.
It is effective regardless of which meridian the bleeding originates from. Silkworm bean flowers (must be the first flower on the stem), dried in shade and ground into powder. Decoct and drink frequently to stop bleeding and eradicate the root. If no flowers are available, use leaves, remove veins, dry in shade, decoct and drink; this is also effective.
In sudden cases of blood syncope and hematemesis, where the volume reaches several sheng (approx. 1 liter units), do not take medicine immediately. Urgently drink 2-3 bowls of Tongbian (Tongbian, children's urine). Once bleeding stops and spirit calms, use authentic wild goat blood from Guangxi (Shanyangxue, Capra hircus blood). Take 3 fen before bed. Within three doses, it guides blood back to its source, and bleeding stops spontaneously.
