夜间遗尿于床，不论大人小儿，用白纸一张铺席下，俟遗尿于上，取纸晒干，烧灰，酒
服，即愈。不愈，如法再服一次，无不神效，此秘方也。
又方∶大甘草头煎汤，夜夜饮之，自愈。或用固脂盐水泡一夜，晒干，研末，临睡服五
分，开水送下，甚效。
血出如小便者是。若血如点滴者为血淋，须照后血淋门治之。
当归一两，酒煎服，虽尿血头痛难忍，效验如神。此林屋山人经验方也。

血液混在小便中排出的是血淋。如果血液像点滴状排出的是血淋，必须参照后面血淋门的治法治疗。

另一个方子：真柿饼三个，研成粉末，用米汤调服。
另一个方子：茅草根三钱，车前子一钱，煎汤，调入发灰服用。或者单用茅草根一味，煎水当茶饮用也可以。
另一个方子：黑豆一升，炒黑后研成粉末，用热酒淋润，去渣，空腹饮用，极效。
另一个方子：莴苣菜，捣碎敷在肚脐上。
如果是周岁小儿，用大甘草一两二钱，加水六碗煎至两碗，一天服完，即可痊愈。

Nocturnal enuresis in bed, whether in adults or children, take a sheet of white paper and place it under the mat. Wait for urine to be passed onto it, then take the paper, dry it in the sun, burn it to ash, and take with wine; it will cure immediately. If not cured, take again according to the method once more, with miraculous effect; this is a secret prescription.
Another prescription: Decoct the head of large Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Licorice Root) in water, drink it every night, and it will heal itself. Or, soak Semen Foenigraeci (Trigonella foenum-graecum) in salt water overnight, dry it, grind into powder, take 2.5 grams before sleep, delivered with boiling water; very effective.
Blood mixed with urine is Hematuria Lin (Blood Strangury). If blood drips like drops, it is Blood Strangury, which must be treated according to the Blood Strangury section later.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) one liang, decocted in wine and taken; even if there is hematuria and unbearable headache, the effect is miraculous. This is an empirical prescription from Linwu Shanshanren.
Another prescription: Crush fresh leaves of Raphani Fructus (Radish) to extract juice, add a little good ink, and drink; very effective.
Another prescription: Three true persimmon cakes, grind into powder, mix with rice soup and take.
Another prescription: Mao Gen (Imperatae Rhizoma) three qian, Che Qian Zi (Plantaginis Semen) one qian, decoct in water, mix with hair ash and take. Or use only Mao Gen alone, decoct in water and drink as tea.
Another prescription: Hei Dou (Sojaes Semen Nigrum) one sheng, stir-fry until black, grind into powder, moisten with hot wine, remove dregs, drink on an empty stomach; extremely effective.
Another prescription: Wo Ju Cai (Lactuca Sativa), crush and apply to the navel.
For a one-year-old infant, use two liang and two qian of large Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, add six bowls of water, decoct until two bowls remain, drink all within one day, and it will cure.
This is called Yin-Yang Yi Disease, also known as Jiao Chang. Mild cases heal without treatment; severe cases present with abdominal urgency and tenesmus, or cramping extending to the knees, calves, and genitals, heat rushing to the chest, heavy head, and blurred vision. It is advisable to burn the crotch of underwear (preferably the part near the genitals) to ash, mix with boiling water, and take orally. Take two to three times a day; the glans penis may swell slightly...

Strangury has five types: Lao Lin (Fatigue Strangury), Qi Lin (Qi Strangury), Re Lin (Heat Strangury), Xue Lin (Blood Strangury), and Shi Lin (Stone Strangury). Lao Lin and Qi Lin belong to deficiency patterns; Re Lin belongs to heat patterns; Xue Lin can be either deficiency or heat; Shi Lin arises from heat or deficiency, forming stones over time.
Due to labor injury and deficiency, inability to urinate, urgent pain in the lower abdomen, excretion of white fluid, dripping out drop by drop is Lao Lin. Yu Suo Dan (see the Nocturnal Emission section later) is most effective when taken.
Another prescription: Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix) one liang, Ruxiang (Olibanum) one qian, decoct in wine and take warm; decocting in water is also acceptable. If other medicines are ineffective and pain is unbearable, take several doses continuously; the effect is miraculous. More effective for Xue Lin. If symptoms of seminal emission during dreams exist, do not use.
