紧急时用一盆热童子尿浸泡双脚，如果尿凉了，就烧红砖块投入其中使其重新变热，一直浸泡到童子尿表面浮起一层白油，说明体内的毒气已经全部排出了。再用肥皂捣成泥状，加入鸡蛋清调和均匀，敷在患处，用草纸包裹脚部并绑紧，一整夜不要移动，立即见效。内服散剂方：用人中白一两，制乳香二钱，没药二钱，牛膝三钱，木耳（烧枯保留药性）五钱，自然铜（需炮制）。
制乳香的方法：用两张竹笋壳夹住盛放，用两块烧红的砖块压在上面以去除油脂。
桑椹二三斗，收入坛中，用麻布扎紧口放在阴凉处，等到下霜后榨去渣滓，将澄清的汁液装入小瓶保存，涂抹在患处可立刻止痛。
生半夏研成细末，用韭菜汁调和后外敷，可以止痛止血，且不留疤痕。

Take four liang of wood ear fungus (Auricularia auricula-judae), stir-fry in a clean clay pot until charred but retaining its medicinal properties (cun xing), avoiding iron utensils, and grind into powder. After taking the medicine, sit for a while, waiting for the medicinal power to reach the injury site; it will feel as if penetrating from inside out, with severe needle-like itching, and blood-oozing fluid will flow intermittently, which indicates efficacy. If four or five qian are taken beforehand before receiving the beating, pain will be reduced and severe injury avoided. Alternatively, after the beating, take the medicine according to this method, wash the wound externally with a decoction of Fangfeng (Saposhnikovia Root), Kushen (Phellodendron Bark), and Jingjie (Schizonepeta Spike), and apply good plasters for self-healing.
Dahuang (Rhubarb Rhizome), Honghua (Carthamus Flower), Danpi (Moutan Cortex), and Mu'er (Wood Ear Fungus) each three qian, Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root) and Shengdi (Rehmannia Root) each one liang, Taoren (Peach Seed) thirty grains, Baijiezhi (White Mustard Seed) two qian. One dose disperses blood stasis. External application: Dahuang (Rhubarb Rhizome), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Guiban (Tortoise Shell, prepared with vinegar until yellow) each two liang, Ruxiang (Frankincense), Moyao (Myrrh), Sanqi (Notoginseng Root) each three qian, Gusuibu (Drynaria Rhizome) five qian, applied to the injured area.
Urgently use a basin of hot child's urine to soak the feet. If it cools, quench red-hot bricks in it to reheat it. Soak directly until white oil floats on the surface of the child's urine, indicating that all injuries/toxins have been expelled. Then crush soap into a paste, mix evenly with egg white, apply to the affected area, wrap the foot tightly with straw paper, and do not move for one night for immediate effect. Internal powder formula: Renzhongbai (Calculus Humanis) one liang, processed Ruxiang (Frankincense) two qian, Moyao (Myrrh) two qian, Niuxi (Achyranthes Root) three qian, Mu'er (Wood Ear Fungus, burnt until charred retaining properties) five qian, Ziran Tong (Pyritum, processed).
Method for processing Ruxiang (Frankincense): Sandwich between two bamboo husks, press with two red-hot bricks to remove oil.
Mulberry fruits (Sangshen) two or three dou, store in a jar, tie the mouth with hemp cloth, place in a shady spot. After frost falls, squeeze out the dregs, collect the clear juice in small bottles. Apply to the affected area for immediate pain relief.
Raw Banxia (Pinellia Tuber) ground into powder, mixed with Chinese chive juice (Jiu zhi) and applied externally, stops pain and bleeding without leaving scars.
