金银花、蒲公英各一两，花粉、白芥子各五钱，制附子、木通各一钱，柴胡二钱，白芍
、通草、栀子、茯苓各三钱，水煎服。
急用两手紧紧抓住，取公鸡一只，约重十两内外，连毛破开，去肠杂，加填麝香一钱入
鸡腹内，覆肚脐上，即愈。
川芎、当归各四两，瓦器煎水，时时服之。另用川芎、当归各一斤，切大块于炉内慢火
烧烟，安病患面前桌下，务使烟气不绝，令伏桌上，将两鼻及两乳常吸烟气。如药尽未痊，
仍如前法煎服、烧熏必安。如药已用过二料，两乳虽缩上而不复旧，用冷水磨蓖麻子一粒，
涂头顶心，俟乳缩实时洗去。
时时吹气有声。朱砂笔写子、丑、寅、卯、辰、巳、午、未、申、酉、戌、亥等字于本
妇所戴簪上（本命所属之字不写），戴之即愈。于初起时用之最妙。
又方∶照上乳痈葱蒸法治之。
参看妇人科产后挤乳头方。用核桃肉数颗，擂碎，滚酒冲服，即愈。
贝母、知母、牡蛎粉各等分，为末，用猪蹄汤调服二钱，即通。此秘方也。
又方∶鲜虾一斤（去皮、须、足，用肉、不拘多少），净瓷器内捣烂，陈酒热服，尽量

紧急情况下，用双手紧紧抓住患处，取一只公鸡，重量约十两左右，保留羽毛剖开，去除内脏，填入一钱麝香进入鸡腹内，覆盖在肚脐上，即可痊愈。
川芎、当归各四两，用瓦器煎水，不时服用。另外取川芎、当归各一斤，切成大块在炉内慢火熏烧，将病患安置在桌下，务必使烟气不断，让病患伏在桌上，用两个鼻孔和两个乳房经常吸入烟气。如果药服完仍未痊愈，仍按前面的方法煎服、熏烧，必定安好。如果药物已用过两料，乳房虽然收缩向上但不能恢复原状，用冷水磨一粒蓖麻子，涂抹在头顶心，等到乳房收缩复位时洗去。
时时吹气发出声音。用朱砂笔在本妇所戴的发簪上写“子、丑、寅、卯、辰、巳、午、未、申、酉、戌、亥”等字（本命所属的字不写），戴上即愈。在初起时使用最为巧妙。
又一方：照上面治疗乳痈的葱蒸法治之。

Flos Lonicerae (Jinyinhua, 金银花) and Herba Taraxaci (Pugongying, 蒲公英), each one liang; Fructus Trichosanthis (Huafen, 花粉) and Semen Mustardae (Baijiezi, 白芥子), each five qian; Prepared Radix Aconiti (Zhi Fuzi, 制附子) and Caulis Tetrapanacis (Mutong, 木通), each one qian; Radix Bupleuri (Chaihu, 柴胡), two qian; Radix Paeoniae Alba (Baishao, 白芍), Caulis Tetrapanacis (Tongcao, 通草), Fructus Gardeniae (Zhizi, 栀子), and Poria (Fuling, 茯苓), each three qian. Decoct in water and take orally.
In an emergency, grasp the affected area tightly with both hands. Take a rooster weighing approximately ten liang, cut it open retaining the feathers, remove the internal organs, fill the abdominal cavity with one qian of Moschus (Shexiang, 麝香), and place it covering the umbilicus. The condition will be cured immediately.
Radix Chuanxiong (Chuanxiong, 川芎) and Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Danggui, 当归), each four liang. Decoct in water using a pottery vessel and take frequently. Additionally, take one jin each of Radix Chuanxiong and Radix Angelicae Sinensis, cut into large pieces, and smolder slowly over a stove. Place the patient under a table so that the smoke is continuous. Instruct the patient to lean on the table and inhale the smoke through both nostrils and breasts continuously. If the medication is exhausted without full recovery, continue decocting and fumigating as before until safe. If two doses have been used and although the breasts retract upward they do not return to normal, grind one seed of Ricini Semen (Bimazi, 蓖麻子) with cold water and apply it to the center of the vertex (Baihui, 百会). Wash it off once the breast retraction resolves.
There may be audible blowing sounds from time to time. Write the Earthly Branches characters "Zi, Chou, Yin, Mao, Chen, Si, Wu, Wei, Shen, You, Xu, Hai" on the hairpin worn by the female patient using a cinnabar pen (do not write the character corresponding to her birth year branch). Wearing it will cure the condition. This method is most effective when applied at the onset.
Another prescription: Treat according to the scallion steaming method for mammary abscess described above.
Refer to the formula for squeezing nipples postpartum in Gynecology. Take several walnut kernels, crush them, mix with boiling wine, and drink. The condition will be cured.
Fructus Trichosanthis (Beimu, 贝母), Rhizoma Anemarrhenae (Zhimu, 知母), and Concha Ostreae (Muli, 牡蛎), equal parts. Grind into powder. Mix with pig trotter soup and take two qian. This will promote patency. This is a secret recipe.
Another prescription: One jin of fresh shrimp (peeled, removing shell, whiskers, and legs, using only the meat, quantity flexible). Pound thoroughly in a clean porcelain vessel. Take hot aged wine to wash down the paste, drinking the broth as much as possible.
Another prescription: After taking the internal medicine externally, comb around the breast circumference more than four hundred times with a wooden comb. Patency will be achieved.
This indicates extreme deficiency. It is appropriate to take Shiquan Dabu Tang (Ten Great Tonifying Decoction) (see Miscellaneous Formulas for Internal and External Use), or consult a renowned physician for regulation.
Flos Carthami (Honghua, 红花), Cauda Radix Angelicae Sinensis (Guiwei, 归尾), Radix Paeoniae Rubra (Chishao, 赤芍), and Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (Niuxi, 牛膝), each one qian. Decoct and take orally. The condition will be cured.
