水澄清，将水轻轻倾出别器（不用锻石）再用细布沥清收贮瓶内听用。凡疮毒日久不能收口

一二日化成清水，挑少许入疮内，数日收口。
又方∶蜈蚣一条，焙干为末，麻油调敷，数日收口，止痛如神。
又方∶鳖甲，瓦上焙枯存性，研细末掺之，即收口生肌，神效之至。
又方∶鲫鱼破去肠杂，用羯羊粪焙枯填满鱼肚，瓦上焙枯为末干掺上，疮口自收。有人
生发背，疮口深大，不能收口，照此治愈。
又方∶龙眼肉（桂圆肉更好），男用女人口嚼，女人用男人口嚼（先须将口漱净）。务使

又方∶当归一支，以香油熬枯研为细末，用真生香油调匀填入疮口，渐长渐愈，而且止

凡是各种疮疡溃烂严重、难以愈合的，使用洞天救苦丹（见痛毒诸方），每次服用三钱，用陈年酒送服，服药后盖好被子发汗，可以痊愈。
另一个方子：拔毒法（见痛疽诸方），连续敷贴数日，疮口渐渐平复痊愈。或者使用虾蟆散（见后文），敷满疮口也可以。或者使用玉红膏（见后文）也有效。
与后文提到的疮愈后复发的各方参看。一切疮毒久不愈合，内部必然有虫，按照后文的各方治疗必定痊愈。如果仍然不愈，疮内必然有细骨，按照多骨疽的各方治疗。如果百药无效，恐怕是中邪，用白色的干狗粪烧烟熏之，或者流出毒水，或者排出其他异物，自然痊愈。
锻石水：将整块锻石一斤放入盆中，用八斤清水烧滚后倒入盆内，待锻石化开，用棍搅拌均匀，等水澄清后，将水轻轻倾出到另一个容器中（不用锻石），再用细布过滤澄清，收贮在瓶内备用。凡是疮毒日久不能愈合的，均可使用。
地龙水：白颈蚯蚓（又名地龙，又名曲蟮），不拘多少，放入瓷碗内，加一把白沙糖盖好，一二日后化成清水，挑少许涂入疮内，数日即可收口。
另一个方子：蜈蚣一条，焙干研为粉末，用麻油调匀敷贴，数日收口，止痛效果如神。
另一个方子：鳖甲，在瓦上焙枯存性，研成细末撒在疮口上，即可收口生肌，功效极佳。
另一个方子：鲫鱼剖开去除肠杂，用羯羊粪焙枯填满鱼肚，在瓦上焙枯研为粉末，干撒在疮口上，疮口自然愈合。有人患发背，疮口深大，不能愈合，照此方法治愈。
另一个方子：龙眼肉（桂圆肉更好），男性用女性的唾液咀嚼，女性用男性的唾液咀嚼（事先必须将口腔漱净）。务必使其融化，填入疮口。
另一个方子：当归一支，用香油熬至枯黄，研为细末，用真正的生香油调匀填入疮口，疮口逐渐生长愈合，而且止痛效果神效。
另一个方子：五倍子，焙枯研末，用好醋调匀摊在布上贴敷，上面用细布糊一层纸以免透气，功效神奇。
另一个方子：铅粉，撒在疮口上即愈。有人耳上生疮，脓血淋漓，数年不愈，后来用此方三日收口。
For any sores that are severely ulcerated and difficult to heal, use Dongtian Jiuku Dan (see formulas for painful toxins). Take three qian per dose, administered with aged wine. After taking the medicine, cover with a blanket to induce sweating; this can lead to recovery.
Another method: Detoxification method (see formulas for carbuncles and ulcers). Apply continuously for several days until the sore gradually flattens and heals. Alternatively, use Xama San (see below) applied fully over the sore opening, which is also effective. Or use Yuhong Gao (see below), which is also effective.
Additionally, for cases where the sore opening is hard and painful mentioned previously, refer to various other formulas.
Refer to various formulas for recurrence after healing of sores mentioned later. For all toxic sores that fail to heal for a long time, there must be worms inside; treating according to the various formulas below will surely result in a cure. If it still does not heal, there must be fine bones inside the sore; treat according to the formulas for Duogu Ju (multiple bone abscess) mentioned below. If hundreds of medicines prove ineffective, it is likely due to evil influence; smoke with white dry dog feces, or if toxic fluid flows out or other substances are discharged, it will heal naturally.
Duan Shi Shui (Calcined Stone Water): Place one jin (approx. 500g) of whole calcined stone in a basin. Pour eight jin of boiling clear water into the basin. Wait for the calcined stone to dissolve, stir evenly with a stick. Once the water clarifies, gently pour the liquid into another container (discarding the residue). Filter the liquid through fine cloth, collect the clarified liquid, and store in a bottle for use. This is applicable for toxic sores that have failed to heal for a long time.
Di Long Shui (Earthworm Water): Use white-necked earthworms (also known as Di Long, or Qu Chan), quantity unspecified. Place them in a porcelain bowl, add a handful of white rock sugar, and cover tightly. After one or two days, they will liquefy into clear water. Apply a small amount into the sore; the wound will close within several days.
Another formula: One centipede, roasted dry and ground into powder. Mix with sesame oil and apply topically. The sore will close within several days, and pain relief is miraculous.
Another formula: Turtle shell, roasted on a tile until carbonized but retaining its medicinal properties, then ground into fine powder. Sprinkle onto the sore; it promotes closure and tissue regeneration with supreme efficacy.
Another formula: Cut open a crucian carp and remove the entrails. Fill the fish belly with roasted dry sheep manure. Roast the stuffed fish on a tile until carbonized, then grind into powder. Apply the dry powder to the sore; the wound will close naturally. A person suffering from a back carbuncle with a deep, large sore that could not heal was cured using this method.
Another formula: Longan aril (longan flesh is better). Masticate using the saliva of the opposite sex (men use women's saliva, women use men's saliva; ensure the mouth is rinsed clean first). Ensure it melts completely, then fill the sore opening.
Another formula: One branch of Angelica sinensis (Danggui). Fry in sesame oil until charred, then grind into fine powder. Mix with pure raw sesame oil and pack into the sore. The wound will gradually grow and heal, with miraculous pain-relieving effects.
Another formula: Chinese gallnut (Wubeizi), roasted dry and ground into powder. Mix well with good vinegar, spread on cloth, and apply as a patch. Cover with a layer of paper pasted with fine cloth to prevent air exposure; this yields miraculous results.
Another formula: Lead carbonate (Qianfen). Sprinkle onto the sore for immediate healing. A person had a sore on the ear with dripping pus and blood for years without healing. Using this formula resulted in closure within three days.
Additionally, all methods for promoting tissue regeneration and closing sores found in the formulas for carbuncles and toxins are extremely effective. Among them, Shuixian Gao, Xama San, and Wugong Gao have particularly miraculous effects. Additionally, the Baiyou Gao for the legs is also highly effective.
