黄连、甘草、连翘、羌活各一两，共末，蜜丸梧桐子大。每服五十丸，白汤下。

料能治两人。如有预为制好以备送人者，福寿加增，功德诚无量矣。
洗眼神效方∶昔彰德太守两目不明已二十余年矣，无方可治忽有神人传授此方，须于端
午日午时取备，效验如神。杏叶十片，无根水一碗，煎至八分，澄清洗之。此方根据期洗至一
年，目如童子，已医好百余人。凡善士流传抄写济人，获福无量。洗目日期开载于后∶正月
初八日，二月初十日，三月初五日，四月初一日，五月初五日，六月初七日，七月初七日，
八月初九日，九月初七日，十月初十日，十一月初九日，十二月二十二日。
仙传异授洗眼方∶此方专洗红烂眼边，或内有虫时常发痒，或内有风，见风流泪，或从
幼时痘后所得，终年累月红烂眼边，眼毛俱无，皆可洗治。轻者洗半月，重者一月，虽久患
至数十年亦能除根，永不复发，其效如神。惟不治时热火眼。真正苏薄荷净叶，每二两约用

天丝入目，远近患眼翳目攀睛，几欲成瞽均治。鸡冠花子一钱，野菊花五钱，蔓荆子一
钱，三味共煎水，先熏后洗，洗完又用陈柿蒂三个，放阴阳瓦上焙干研末，加冰片少许，水
调涂搽，不旬日即愈。
痘风眼迎风落泪，因痘后起者，无论年月远久可治。枯矾、皂矾各一钱，川椒五分，清
晨用滚水冲于碗内，上用棉纸隔着，将铜钱一个压于纸上，待自来清水，每日早、午、晚温
洗三次。紧闭目，只洗眼皮，每服可用三日。
