论其症，因妇人性急，或行经时房事触伤，胁中结一块如鸡子大，在左右两胁，月水不
行，变成五心烦热，头痛目暗，咳嗽生痰，若半年一载不医，肉瘦、便泄，则难治矣。宜先
止热，用逍遥散。
逍遥散∶当归、白术、白芍、川芎、柴胡、花粉各八分，黄芩六分，薄荷四分，地骨皮
、石莲肉各一钱，胆草五分，水煎，空心服，止嗽用紫菀汤。

Regarding the symptoms, they arise from consuming raw or cold fruits during menstruation or postpartum; blood stagnates upon contact with water. Initially, for one or two months, there are alternating chills and fever, five-palm heat and irritability. When Spleen Earth is robust, menstruation flows naturally. If untreated for half a year, it transforms into bone-steaming fever, facial flushing at Zi and Wu hours (midnight and noon), muscle emaciation, and incessant diarrhea; urgent treatment is required. If the condition is severe, urgently administer 3 li of Opium, taken with Licorice Decoction, which has miraculous effects of reviving the dying. It is suitable to take Xiaoyao San and Ziwan Tang.
Regarding the symptoms, menstruation stops halfway without complete expulsion of blood, causing abdominal pain, possibly transforming into tidal fever, or having no fever. One must break up the remaining blood stasis; once heat subsides and pain settles, Honghua San (Carthamus Decoction) is suitable.
