此虚证也。宜用十全大补汤（见前），姜、枣引，水煎，空心服，三五贴立效。内有甘
草
宜杀虫由大便出。先用追虫丸，后用建中汤补之。
追虫丸∶续随子、槟榔、牵牛、大戟各五分，麝香三分，甘遂、芫花各一钱，米糊丸如
梧子大，每服十丸酒送下。
建中汤∶白芍一两，黄 、肉桂、甘草各五钱，共研末米汤送下。
经来成块如葱白色又如死猪血黑色头昏目暗唇麻
此虚症也。用补内当归丸（见后）甚效。
此血滞也。用元胡四钱，发灰三钱，共为末，酒调送下，服至半月，其块自消。
此症二三月经水不来，以致七八月腹大如鼓，人以为孕，一日崩下血来，其胞血中有物

黑）、萸肉各一两，川芎八钱，熟地一两五钱，甘草、干姜各五钱，附子二钱，蜜为丸空心
温酒下七八十丸。
用三十张竹纸烧成灰，与半斤淡酒混合均匀，澄清后温热服用。

那位妇女昏迷不省人事，这是虚证。适宜使用十全大补汤（见前文），加生姜、大枣为引，水煎，空腹服用，三五帖即可立效。方中含有甘草。
适宜通过大便排出杀虫。先用追虫丸，后用建中汤进行补益。
追虫丸：续随子、槟榔、牵牛、大戟各五分，麝香三分，甘遂、芫花各一钱，用米糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂，每次服用十丸，用酒送下。
建中汤：白芍一两，黄芪、肉桂、甘草各五钱，共研为末，用米汤送服。
月经来潮时结成块状，颜色像葱白色，又像死猪血那样黑色，伴有头晕、眼睛昏暗、嘴唇麻木。
这是虚症。使用补内当归丸（见后文）非常有效。
这是血滞所致。使用元胡四钱，发灰三钱，共研为末，用酒调匀送服，服用半个月，血块自然消散。
此症表现为两三个月月经不来，导致七八个月腹部胀大如鼓，人们误以为是怀孕，一天突然崩漏下血，胞宫血中有物体像蛤蟆卵一样，昏迷不省人事，适宜服用十全大补汤（见前文）。
月经排出物形状像禽兽，想要伤害人，先将绵花塞住阴户，用没药一两研成末，用滚开的开水调服即愈。
头晕、眼睛昏暗，小腹疼痛，又兼有白带，喉咙中有鱼腥味，恶心呕吐。
先用理经四物汤，后用补内当归丸，可自行痊愈。理经四物汤：当归二钱，川芎八分，生地三钱，柴胡七分，香附（醋炒）、元胡（醋炒）、白芍（酒炒）、焦白术各二钱五分，黄芩（酒炒）一钱。
补内当归丸：当归、续断、白芷、阿胶、厚朴、茯苓、肉苁蓉（漂洗干净，焙干）、蒲黄（炒黑）、山茱萸各一两，川芎八钱，熟地黄一两五钱，甘草、干姜各五钱，附子二钱，蜂蜜为丸，空腹时用温酒送服七八十丸。
Burn thirty sheets of bamboo paper into ash, mix evenly with half a jin (approx. 500g) of light wine, clarify the mixture, and take it warm.
This is caused by deficiency-cold in the lower origin (Kidney and Mingmen), compounded by wind-pathogen invasion. It is suitable to use Shufeng Zhitong San (Wind-Dispersing Pain-Relieving Powder): Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus), Wuyao (Linderae Radix), Niuxi (Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), Shinanteng (Sabiae Caulis), Ruxiang (Olibanum), Zijinghua (Bauhiniae Flos), Gusuibu (Drynariae Rhizoma) each one qian (approx. 3.7g), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) five fen (approx. 1.8g), three slices of fresh ginger, three stalks of scallion white part; decoct with wine and take on an empty stomach.
One qian of Zhusha (Cinnabar), one liang (approx. 37g) of Baifuling (Poria); mix with water to form pills, take fifty pills sent down with ginger soup for immediate effect.
The woman is comatose and unaware of her surroundings; this is a deficiency syndrome. It is suitable to use Shiquan Dabu Tang (Ten Substance Great Tonifying Decoction) (see previous section), with fresh ginger and jujube as guides, decocted in water and taken on an empty stomach; three to five doses will yield immediate results. The formula contains Gancao (Licorice Root).
It is appropriate to expel parasites via the large intestine. First use Zhuichong Wan (Worm-Chasing Pill), then tonify with Jianzhong Tang (Middle-Jianzhong Decoction).
Zhuichong Wan: Xuisui Zi (Euphorbiae Lathyridis Semen), Binglang (Arecae Semen), Qianniu (Pharbitidis Semen), Daji (Euphorbiae Pekinensis Radix) each five fen, Shexiang (Musk) three fen, Gansui (Kansui Radix), Yuanhua (Genkwa Flos) each one qian; make pills with rice paste the size of wutong seeds, take ten pills per dose sent down with wine.
Jianzhong Tang: Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba) one liang, Huangqi (Astragali Radix), Rougui (Cinnamomi Cortex), Gancao (Licorice Root) each five qian; grind into powder and take with rice gruel.
Menstrual blood comes out in clumps, white like scallion whites or black like dead pig's blood, accompanied by dizziness, dim vision, and numbness of the lips.
This is a deficiency syndrome. Using Bunai Danggui Wan (Tonifying Interior Angelica Pill) (see following section) is very effective.
This is due to blood stasis. Use Yuanhu (Corydalis Rhizoma) four qian, Fa Hui (Ash of Human Hair) three qian, grind together into powder, mix with wine and take; after half a month of administration, the clumps will naturally dissipate.
This condition presents with amenorrhea for two or three months, leading to abdominal distension like a drum for seven or eight months; people mistake it for pregnancy. One day, sudden metrorrhagia occurs, and within the uterine blood there are objects resembling tadpole eggs, causing coma and loss of consciousness. It is suitable to take Shiquan Dabu Tang (Ten Substance Great Tonifying Decoction) (see previous section).
Menstrual discharge resembles the shape of birds and beasts, threatening harm; first plug the vagina with cotton wool, then take Moyao (Myrrha) one liang ground into powder, mixed with boiling water for immediate cure.
Dizziness, dim vision, lower abdominal pain, accompanied by leukorrhea, fishy odor in the throat, nausea, and vomiting.
First use Lijing Siwu Tang (Regulating Menses Four Substances Decoction), then use Bunai Danggui Wan (Tonifying Interior Angelica Pill) for self-healing.
Lijing Siwu Tang: Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) two qian, Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) eight fen, Shengdi (Rehmanniae Radix) three qian, Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix) seven fen, Xiangfu (Cyperi Rhizoma, stir-fried with vinegar), Yuanhu (Corydalis Rhizoma, stir-fried with vinegar), Baishao (Paeoniae Radix Alba, stir-fried with wine), JiaoBaizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma, charred) each two qian five fen, Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix, stir-fried with wine) one qian.
Bunai Danggui Wan: Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Xuduan (Dipsaci Radix), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Ejiao (Colla Corii Asini), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex), Fuling (Poria), Rongzong (Cynomorii Herba, washed clean and dried), Puhuang (Pollinis Typhae, charred), Yurou (Corni Fructus) each one liang, Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma) eight qian, Shudi (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata) one liang five qian, Gancao (Licorice Root), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) each five qian, Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata) two qian; make pills with honey, take seventy to eighty pills on an empty stomach sent down with warm wine.
