细辛、石菖蒲、木通各一分，麝香一厘，共为细末，用棉裹塞入耳中即通。
用小珍珠两粒，以生半夏粉一钱，将珠入米汤内打湿，滚半夏粉在上，约黄豆大，将丝
棉裹好放入耳，七日即聪。
生地四钱，白芍二钱，怀牛膝二钱，（盐水炒）丹皮二钱，知母二钱，（盐水炒）广皮一

又方∶巴豆一粒，斑蝥三个，片麝各少许，共为细末，以葱、蜜和研丸如麦形，用新棉
裹入耳中。如耳中响声如雷，不必惊骇，俟三七日后乃取出，神效，此药切忌入口。
用铁刀磨水滴入耳中即愈。
又方∶用芭蕉根捣汁滴入耳中尤效。
又方∶用郁金磨水滴之亦效。
海螵蛸一钱、枯矾一钱、麝香一分，干胭脂五分，共为细末，吹入耳内，即愈。
又方∶香附研末吹入亦愈。
此方并治痘出而即靥者。人牙 存性出火毒，加麝香少许，共研细吹之。如有痘出而即
靥者，用酒服即出，此方两治并效。
用海螵蛸一钱，枯矾一钱，麝香一分，干胭脂烧灰存性五分，共为细末吹入耳内少许，
即愈。大人小儿皆效。
又方∶枯矾研末，入麝香少许，或吹入耳内，或棉裹塞入亦可。
又方∶油胭脂，水粉，拌匀捻成末吹入耳内，亦愈。
细辛、石菖蒲（Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma）、木通（Akebiae Caulis）各一分，麝香（Moschus）一厘，共同研磨成细末，用棉花包裹后塞入耳中，耳朵即可通畅。
取小珍珠两粒，用生半夏粉（Pinelliae Rhizoma Crudum）一钱，将珍珠放入米汤中打湿，再裹上滚满半夏粉的珍珠，大小约如黄豆，用丝棉包裹好后放入耳内，七日后听力即可恢复。
生地黄（Rehmanniae Radix）四钱，白芍（Paeoniae Radix Alba）二钱，怀牛膝（Achyranthis Bidentatae Radix）二钱（用盐水炒制），丹皮（Moutan Cortex）二钱，知母（Anemarrhenae Rhizoma）二钱（用盐水炒制），广陈皮（Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium）一钱。
又一方：巴豆（Crotonis Fructus）一粒，斑蝥（Mylabris），片状麝香少许，共同研磨成细末，用葱白和蜂蜜调和研制成麦粒大小的丸剂，用新棉花包裹后塞入耳中。如果耳中出现如雷般的响声，不必惊慌，等待三七二十一天后取出，疗效神奇，此药切忌入口。
用铁刀磨出的水滴入耳中即可痊愈。
又一方：用郁金（Curcumae Radix）磨水点入耳中也有疗效。
用生地黄切断，用纸包裹后用火煨热，塞入耳中，数次后即可痊愈。
海螵蛸（Sepiae Endoconcha）一钱、枯矾（Alumen Exsiccatum）一钱、麝香（Moschus）一分、干胭脂（Sanguis Draconis 或 Carmine，此处指干燥的红色染料或血竭类，依古籍语境常指代某种红色药材或矿物，暂保留原名“干胭脂”）五分，共同研磨成细末，吹入耳内，即可痊愈。
又一方：香附（Cyperi Rhizoma）研成末吹入耳内也能痊愈。
此方同时也治疗痘疮发出后立即结痂脱落的情况。人牙（Human Teeth）存性以去除火毒，加入少许麝香，共同研磨细末后吹入耳中。如果有痘疮发出后立即结痂的情况，用酒送服即可使痘疹透发，此方两种情况治疗均有效。
用海螵蛸（Sepiae Endoconcha）一钱，枯矾（Alumen Exsiccatum）一钱，麝香（Moschus）一分，干胭脂烧灰存性五分，共同研磨成细末，少量吹入耳内，即可痊愈。大人小孩都有效。
又一方：枯矾研成末，加入少许麝香，既可以吹入耳内，也可以用棉花包裹后塞入耳中。
又一方：油胭脂、水粉（Lead Carbonate 或 Rice Powder，此处指传统化妆品原料，中医外用多指铅粉或滑石粉类，依原文保留“水粉”），拌匀捻成末吹入耳内，也能痊愈。
陈皮（Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium）、灯草（Junci Medulla）烧成灰各一钱，冰片（Borneolum Syntheticum）少许，共同研磨均匀后吹入耳内，即可痊愈。
Radix Asari (Xixin), Rhizoma Acori Tatarinowii (Shichangpu), and Caulis Akebiae (Mutong) each one fen, Moschus (Shexiang) one li. Grind them together into a fine powder. Wrap in cotton and insert into the ear canal to restore patency.
Take two small pearls. Moisten the pearls in rice water, then coat them with one qian of crude Rhizoma Pinelliae (Banxia) powder. The resulting pearl should be about the size of a soybean. Wrap in silk cotton and insert into the ear. Hearing will recover after seven days.
Radix Rehmanniae Preparata (Shengdihuang) four qian, Radix Paeoniae Alba (Baishao) two qian, Radix Achyranthis Bidentatae (Huainiuxi) two qian (stir-fried with salt water), Cortex Moutan (Danpi) two qian, Rhizoma Anemarrhenae (Zhimu) two qian (stir-fried with salt water), and Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (Guangpi) one qian.
Another prescription: One Crotonis Fructus (Badou), three Mylabris (Bantao), and a small amount of flake Moschus (Shexiang). Grind into a fine powder. Mix with scallion white and honey to form pills the size of wheat grains. Wrap in new cotton and insert into the ear. If thunderous noise is heard in the ear, do not be alarmed; remove after twenty-one days (three times seven). This is highly effective. **Caution:** Do not ingest this medicine.
Drip water obtained by grinding an iron knife into the ear to cure immediately.
Another prescription: Crush fresh Musa basjoo root (Bajiaogen) to extract juice and drip into the ear for superior efficacy.
Another prescription: Grind Radix Curcumae (Yujin) with water and apply to the ear; also effective.
Cut fresh Radix Rehmanniae (Shengdihuang), wrap in paper, roast over fire, and insert into the ear. Cure after several applications.
Sepiae Endoconcha (Haipiaoxiao) one qian, Alumen Exsiccatum (Kufan) one qian, Moschus (Shexiang) one fen, and dried Carmine/Gan Yanzhi five fen. Grind into a fine powder and insufflate into the ear to cure.
Another prescription: Insufflate powdered Rhizoma Cyperi (Xiangfu) into the ear; also curative.
This formula also treats cases where variola (smallpox) lesions appear and immediately crust over. Human teeth (Renya) are processed to retain their nature while removing "fire toxin." Add a small amount of Moschus, grind finely, and insufflate. For cases where variola lesions appear and immediately crust, administer with wine to promote eruption. This formula is effective for both conditions.
Use Sepiae Endoconcha (Haipiaoxiao) one qian, Alumen Exsiccatum (Kufan) one qian, Moschus (Shexiang) one fen, and dried Carmine (Gan Yanzhi) burned to ash but retaining its nature, five fen. Grind into a fine powder and insufflate a small amount into the ear to cure. Effective for both adults and children.
Another prescription: Grind Alumen Exsiccatum (Kufan) into powder, add a small amount of Moschus. Either insufflate into the ear or wrap in cotton and insert.
Another prescription: Mix Oily Carmine (You Yanzhi) and Lead Carbonate/Water Powder (Shuifen), grind into powder, and insufflate into the ear; also curative.
Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae (Chenpi) and Medulla Junci (Dengcao) burned to ash, one qian each, plus a small amount of Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian). Grind uniformly and insufflate into the ear to cure.
