治痈疽诸疮初肿将溃之时，日洗数次，以疮内热痒为度；当归、独活、白芷、甘草各五
钱，葱头十个，封缸口，水煎汤，软棉 洗。
痈疽诸毒已溃流脓，洗此助血气，消肿散风，脱腐止痛，若腐肉已尽勿用，只用米泔温
洗，令疮洁净，然亦不可过洗，恐皮肤揩破难敛。条芩、甘草节、当归尾、赤芍、白芷、羌
活、露蜂房各三钱，葱头五个，研为粗末，猪前蹄二只，煮软滤汁，吹去油花，投药末封口
，煎数十沸，布滤去渣，待温时倾放盆中，软绢帛蘸洗，轻揉孔内， 出败脓，再折软帛数
重，蘸汤覆于疮上，轻按片时，冷则再蘸热汤，覆按三五次，方用软帛拭干，上贴膏药。
又方∶用防风、白芷、甘草、赤芍、川芎、当归尾各一钱，雄猪蹄一节，连须葱白五根
，水煎，以绢片蘸洗，其深曲处，用羊毛笔洗之。
痈疽腐尽，洗此长肉生肌；当归、白芷、独活、生甘草、葱头等分切碎，煎汤，软帛蘸
洗，轻轻 尽脓水，拭干，上撒生肌药，外贴膏。
洗肾囊风麻痒热痛。蛇床子、威灵仙、归尾、大黄、苦参、地肤子、砂仁壳各二钱，葱
头七个，煎汤熏洗二次，日用一剂。
治阴户起疙瘩，内生小虫，阴中痒甚。蛇床子、威灵仙、归尾、苦参、野狼毒各五钱，鹤
虱草一两，水十碗煎至五碗，去渣，贮盆内，乘热熏蒸，稍温时，又下猪胆汁一枚和匀，用
棉蘸洗阴内，后用银杏散。
治疗痈疽等各类疮疡在初起肿胀、即将溃破的时候，每天清洗数次，以疮口内部感觉热且痒为适宜限度；取当归、独活、白芷、甘草各五钱，葱头十个，密封缸口，加水煎煮成汤，用软棉蘸取清洗。
痈疽各类毒邪已经溃破并流出脓液时，清洗此方有助于补益气血，消除肿胀，疏散风邪，脱落腐肉，缓解疼痛。如果腐肉已经完全脱落，则不要使用此方，仅用米泔水（淘米水）温热清洗，使疮口保持洁净。但是也不可以过度清洗，恐怕皮肤被擦破导致难以愈合。取条芩（黄芩）、甘草节、当归尾、赤芍、白芷、羌活、露蜂房各三钱，葱头五个，研磨成粗末，取猪前蹄两只，煮至软烂后滤出汁液，撇去油花，投入药末并封口，煮沸数十次，用布过滤去除药渣，待温度适宜时倒入盆中，用软绢帛蘸取药汤清洗，轻轻揉搓疮孔内部，排出败脓。再折叠软绢帛数层，蘸取药汤覆盖在疮口上，轻轻按压片刻，变冷后再蘸取热汤，覆盖并按压三到五次，最后用软帛擦干，贴上膏药。
又一方：用防风、白芷、甘草、赤芍、川芎、当归尾各一钱，雄猪蹄一节，连须葱白五根，加水煎煮，用绢片蘸取清洗。对于深曲的部位，用羊毛笔清洗。
痈疽腐肉完全脱落后，清洗此方可促进肌肉生长；取当归、白芷、独活、生甘草、葱头等量切碎，煎煮成汤，用软帛蘸取清洗，轻轻拭尽脓水，擦干后，撒上生肌药，外部贴敷膏药。
清洗肾囊风引起的瘙痒、麻木、热痛。取蛇床子、威灵仙、当归尾、大黄、苦参、地肤子、砂仁壳各二钱，葱头七个，煎煮成汤，熏洗两次，每日使用一剂。
治疗阴户长出疙瘩，内部滋生小虫，阴部剧烈瘙痒。取蛇床子、威灵仙、当归尾、苦参、野狼毒各五钱，鹤虱草一两，用水十碗煎煮至五碗，去除药渣，储存在盆内，趁热气熏蒸，稍凉时，再加入一枚猪胆汁搅拌均匀，用棉花蘸取清洗阴部内部，之后使用银杏散。
Treats carbuncles, sores, and various ulcers during the initial stage of swelling and impending ulceration. Wash several times a day until heat and itching are felt inside the wound; take Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), and Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gancao) each 5 qian, and 10 scallion heads. Seal the jar mouth, decoct with water to make a soup, and wash with soft cotton.
When carbuncles, sores, and various toxins have already ulcerated and discharged pus, washing with this formula helps nourish Qi and Blood, reduce swelling, dispel wind, slough off necrotic tissue, and relieve pain. If necrotic tissue has completely sloughed off, do not use this formula; instead, wash gently with warm rice water (Mi Gan) to keep the wound clean. However, avoid excessive washing to prevent skin abrasion which may hinder healing. Take Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Gancao Jie (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma with nodes), Danggui Wei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix tail), Chishao (Paeoniae Rubra Radix), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Qianghuo (Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix), and Lufengfang (Apiapis Alveolus) each 3 qian, and 5 scallion heads. Grind into coarse powder. Take two anterior pig trotters, boil until soft, filter the juice, skim off the oil, add the herbal powder, seal, and boil for dozens of times. Filter through cloth to remove dregs. When warm, pour into a basin. Dip soft silk in the solution to wash, gently rubbing inside the wound to expel foul pus. Fold the soft silk several layers, dip in the hot soup, cover the wound, and press lightly for a while. When cool, dip again in hot soup, cover and press three to five times. Finally, wipe dry with soft silk and apply a plaster.
Another prescription: Use Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Chishao (Paeoniae Rubra Radix), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), and Danggui Wei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix tail) each 1 qian, one section of male pig trotter, and 5 stalks of green onion white with roots. Decoct with water, dip silk pieces to wash. For deep or curved areas, wash with a wool brush.
After necrotic tissue from carbuncles and sores has completely sloughed off, wash with this formula to promote flesh regeneration. Take equal parts of Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Baizhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix), Duhuo (Angelicae Pubescentis Radix), Sheng Gancao (Raw Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), and scallion heads. Chop and decoct with water. Dip soft silk to wash, gently wipe away pus and water, dry, sprinkle regenerative medicine, and apply an external plaster.
Washes for Scrotal Wind (Kunnan Feng) characterized by itching, numbness, heat, and pain. Take Chuanshenzi (Cnidii Fructus), Weilingxian (Syneilesidis Herba), Guiwei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix tail), Dahuang (Rhei Radix et Rhizoma), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), Difuzi (Kochiae Scopariae Herba), and Sharenke (Amomi Fructus pericarpium) each 2 qian, and 7 scallion heads. Decoct with water for fumigation and washing twice daily, using one dose per day.
Treats nodules arising on the vulva, with small insects growing internally causing severe vaginal itching. Take Chuanshenzi (Cnidii Fructus), Weilingxian (Syneilesidis Herba), Guiwei (Angelicae Sinensis Radix tail), Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), and Yelangdu (Stellerae Chamaejasme Radix) each 5 qian, and Heshicao (Chrysanthemi Indici Flos) 1 liang. Decoct with ten bowls of water until reduced to five bowls. Remove dregs and store in a basin. While hot, fumigate; when slightly warm, mix in one pig bile. Dip cotton to wash the interior of the vagina, followed by the application of Yin Xing San (Ginkgo Powder).
