治血衰无乳或乳少。生黄 一两，当归五钱，白芷五钱，用七孔猪蹄一对煮汤，吹去浮
油，代水煎药一大碗服之，覆面卧，即有乳。或未效，再一服无不通矣。新产无乳者不用猪
蹄，用半酒半水煎服。体壮者加红花三五分，以消瘀血。
蒲公英、泽兰叶、金银花、白芷、生甘草、木瓜各三钱，共为末，每服二钱，水酒各一
钟煎服，出汗即消。
治吹乳肿痛，栝蒌一个，乳香二钱，用酒煎服。外用南星研末，温汤调敷，即愈。
治产母乳汁不通，王不留行、瞿麦、麦门冬、龙骨各二钱，用猪蹄汁一碗，酒一杯煎服
。再以木梳于乳上梳下，神效。
又方∶王不留行，天花粉，甘草各三钱，当归二钱，穿山甲一钱五分炙黄，共为细末，
每服三钱，猪蹄汤下，或热黄酒下。其乳如涌泉，极效。
又方∶王不留行、通草、归尾、炙穿山甲各等分，七星猪前蹄并黄酒煎服。
木通，通草，煮猪前脚蹄连汤一并食完。
又方∶红砂糖煎豆腐，不用油盐，以黄酒共食之。
又方∶芝麻炒研，入盐少许食之。大便结者尤更相宜。
鲤鱼头一个，烧研末。每服一钱，酒调下。
又方∶黑芝麻炒焦为末，每用三钱，热酒冲服。
又方∶雄猪胰子切碎，不另入油干炒半熟，以黄酒煮滚，空心服。
香白芷二钱，川贝母三钱，共为细末，以黄滚酒调服出汗，频以手擦患处，已成未成俱
治。
又方∶用鹅毛 存性，研细末，酒调服三钱，即愈。

又一方：王不留行，天花粉，甘草各三钱，当归二钱，炙黄穿山甲一钱五分，共研为细末，每次服用三钱，用猪蹄汤送服，或用热黄酒送服。其乳汁如涌泉般流出，极为有效。
又一方：王不留行、通草、归尾、炙穿山甲各等分，七星猪前蹄并黄酒煎服。
木通，通草，煮猪前脚蹄连汤一并吃完。
又一方：红砂糖煎豆腐，不放油盐，与黄酒一同食用。
又一方：芝麻炒后研碎，加入少许盐食用。大便结滞者尤其适宜。

又一方：用鹅毛煅存性，研细末，酒调服三钱，即可痊愈。
Treats agalactia (absence of milk) or hypogalactia (scanty milk) due to blood deficiency. Sheng Huangqi (Raw Radix Astragali), 1 liang; Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), 5 qian; Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae), 5 qian. Boil a pair of pig trotters with seven pores in water to make a decoction, skim off the floating oil, and use this liquid as water to decoct the herbs into one large bowl. Drink it, then lie prone with your face covered; lactation will commence immediately. If there is no effect, take another dose, and flow will be unimpeded. For women with no milk after recent childbirth, do not use pig trotters; instead, decoct with half wine and half water. For those with robust constitution, add Honghua (Flos Carthami), 3-5 fen, to resolve blood stasis.
Pugongying (Herba Taraxaci), Zelan Ye (Herba Lycopi), Jinyinhua (Flos Lonicerae), Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae), Sheng Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata), Mugua (Fructus Chaenomelis), each 3 qian. Grind together into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, decoct with one zhong of water and one zhong of wine. Sweating will cause swelling and pain to subside.
Treats chui ru (acute mastitis) with swelling and pain. One Gualou (Fructus Trichosanthis), Xiangru (Resina Draconis), 2 qian. Decoct with wine and take orally. Externally, grind Nanxing (Rhizoma Arisaematis) into powder, mix with warm water to apply, which will lead to recovery.
Treats postpartum agalactia. Wangbuliuxing (Semen Viscariae), Qumai (Herba Dianthi), Maimendong (Radix Ophiopogonis), Longgu (Os Mastodi seu Ossis Femoris), each 2 qian. Decoct with one bowl of pig trotter juice and one cup of wine. Then, comb downwards on the breast with a wooden comb for miraculous effect.
Another prescription: Wangbuliuxing (Semen Viscariae), Tianhuafen (Radix Trichosanthis), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae), each 3 qian; Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), 2 qian; Zhi Chanshanjia (Scuta Manis Praeparata), 1.5 qian, fried until yellow. Grind into fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, washed down with pig trotter soup or hot yellow wine. Milk flow will be like a gushing spring; extremely effective.
Another prescription: Wangbuliuxing (Semen Viscariae), Tongcao (Medulla Tetrapanacis), Guiwei (Radix Angelicae Sinensis Caudex), Zhi Chanshanjia (Scuta Manis Praeparata), equal parts. Decoct with the front trotters of a seven-star pig and yellow wine.
Mutong (Caulis Akebiae), Tongcao (Medulla Tetrapanacis). Boil pig front trotters and consume both meat and broth.
Another prescription: Red sugar stewed tofu, without salt or oil, consumed together with yellow wine.
Another prescription: Sesame seeds fried and ground, taken with a little salt. Especially suitable for those with constipation.
One carp head, burned to ash and ground into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with wine.
Another prescription: Black sesame seeds fried until scorched, ground into powder. Use 3 qian per dose, taken with hot wine.
Another prescription: Male pig pancreas chopped finely, dry-fried halfway without adding oil, boiled in yellow wine until boiling. Take on an empty stomach.
Xiang Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae), 2 qian; Chuan Beimu (Bulbus Fritillariae Cirrhosae), 3 qian. Grind into fine powder, mix with hot yellow wine to induce sweating. Frequently rub the affected area with hands; treats both formed and unformed abscesses.
Another prescription: Goose feathers carbonized (preserved nature), ground into fine powder. Take 3 qian mixed with wine; recovery follows immediately.
