地骨散

地骨皮（先刮取表面的浮皮，另外收藏；再取浮皮下的腻白粉，研成细散；其下层的赤皮细切，与浮皮一起制成粗末）。
每次取粗皮约一合，煎煮浓汁，趁热洗疮，直到药汤变冷，用软布擦干，然后敷上细散的药粉。（过去有人治疗骨下疮脓……）
治疗指疽肿痛，难以忍受：
紫干菜子（黑色者一盏量）
将一味药捣烂，用水一大碗熬煮十沸后，趁热蘸洗患指七次，或者趁热淋洗，最后用冷水冲洗一次，擦干手指，贴上膏药。
豆豉膏
治疗灸疮火气及臭气所伤导致的肿痛。
豆豉，用量不限。
将一味药研成细末，用油调匀涂在疮上。
治疗恶疮并出箭头等五个方子：
治疗各种恶疮：黄蜀葵花（趁露水未干时采摘）。
将一味药放在盒子里，埋在马粪底下十余日，待其成膏状取出，涂抹治疗各种疮疡。
拔出箭头（仁宗朝神应大师进献的方子，神妙）：
壁鼠（一个，尾巴长的是）
将药熬干研末，先让患者饮酒一两盏，然后调服药末三四钱，再饮酒使身体微醉。感觉痒时不要搔抓，箭头自会像针刺入一样退出。
治疗绕腰丹疮：
蛇蜕皮（首尾完整的）
将一味药烧成灰，用菜油调匀涂抹，一两次即可痊愈。世间流传的许多方子都有道理，所以编录于此。
木香膏
治疗跌打损伤。
木香，用量不限。
研成细末，每次用热熟汤调成膏状，取少许涂在手上，按摩痛处，每天三到四次。
治疗一切恶疮等方：
治疗一切恶疮及补漏发背等疮疡：黄丹
用象斗子盛放两个黄丹，相互合拢，外面用纸包裹五重，放在炭火中，烟尽后取出，放在砖石上，用碗盖住，使其冷却。
治疗火烧疮，疼痛难忍：
用干黄牛粪烧成灰，用油调匀涂抹，片刻后疼痛停止，促进生肌。
治疗疮疡久治不愈，愈合后又复发，骨头从孔中长出，名为骨疽：
用猪胆和楸叶捣碎封贴患处。
附骨疽，其脓在骨间，也称为深疽或痈疽，日久脓液化为骨头，从疮口中排出，这是疽病中非常严重的。
用芙蓉皮研末内服，感觉脓与骨头从肉下涌出。
另一个方子：
治疗恶疮、灸疮，如果上边痛就灸到不痛，如果不痛就灸到痛，艾炷如麦粒大。
治疗疮中水肿方：
用炭白灰、胡粉两味药等分，用脂调和涂在疮口上，水流出后疼痛立即停止。
治疗疮因风致肿方：
用栎木根一斤，浓煮后加入一把盐，浸泡患处。
治疗因疮肿痛剧烈，数日致死的情况：
或者是中风，或者是中水毒，或者是中狐尿刺毒。
烧黍穰或牛马屎或生桑条，取烟雾多的燃烧熏蒸，汁液出来后即痊愈。
治疗疮因风致肿：
用温桑灰汁浸泡，冷了再加热，常令其温热，此为神秘方。
治疗恶疮：
十年不愈，也名为马疥。
烧一条蛇蜕皮为细末，用猪脂调和敷贴，用醋调和也可以。
治疗人脚无论冬夏经常开裂：
名为尸脚方。
用鸡屎一升，水二升，煮数沸，停置水冷后浸泡半月，痊愈。也可以用马屎。
另一个方子：
烧胶研成末，用唾液调匀涂上，使其干燥后用帛贴之。
治疗瘰疬疮：
用鲤鱼一个，重量在半斤以上的，取巴豆不计多少，和皮一起用杖子填入鱼口腹内，候满后用纸糊住鱼口，使新……
五丸
治疗破伤风：
用全干蝎一个，用薄荷叶包裹，在火上炙烤至微黄，研细，用热酒调服。
疗治肿毒痈疽：
未溃破令其消散，已溃破令其速愈。
取草乌头屑，用水调匀，用鸡翅扫在肿处。有疮的人先用膏药贴定，不让药直接接触疮面。人有病疮肿甚者，涂之坐中便见……
治疗舌根强直：
不能咽物，在舌根等处两经络深紫处以弥针刺之，放出紫血为止。
圈癣膏
治疗干湿癣：
夏枯草根（俗呼吃塔叶者）
将一味药捣烂，用浓醋浸涂癣疮上，效果佳。
夺命散
治疗久患漏疮见骨：

鲫鱼丸

用猪筒骨中髓，以腻粉和为剂，再纳入骨泥裹住，火煨熟，盐水浴后敷之。
芜荑散
治疗疮：
雄黄（半两）、白芜荑（一分）、吴茱萸、白矾（少许）。
（重校定此方内吴茱萸无分两，此方太平圣惠方亦有之，纳吴茱萸用二钱。）
用白矾水调前件药末，涂在疮上。
治疗癣疮甲疽等疼痛方：

千金夺命鳖牙膏
治疗远年恶疮、疳疮、漏疮、无名恶毒疮，诸药贴不效，神效。
香白芷、红皮、白术、青皮、细辛、红芍药、白附子、败龟、通草、虎骨、骨碎补、苍术、子（五个）、（一钱半）。
上件药同为细末，每料使药末半两，先用清油三两，铫子内煎沸，入黄丹一两，不住以柳枝搅，候黑色取……
Another prescription:
Chicken egg (one, broken).
Mix with hot wine and take orally; after five or six doses, it will be cured.
Diguo San (Lycium Bark Powder)
Treats malignant sores that have not healed for a long time, relieves pain, and promotes tissue regeneration (using this formula prevents pain; without it, there is pain; prolonged use promotes tissue growth. Another method is to decoct Goji root thickly and wash the sore while hot).
Lycii Cortex (Digupi, 地骨皮): Scrape off the outer floating skin first and set aside separately. Then take the greasy white powder beneath the floating skin and grind it into a fine powder. The reddish bark underneath should be finely chopped and mixed with the floating skin to make a coarse powder.
For each use, take approximately one he of the coarse bark, decoct in water to make a concentrated liquid. Wash the sore while hot until the liquid cools down. Dry with a soft cloth, then apply the fine powder. (In the past, someone treated bone-under sores with pus...)
Treating paronychia with severe swelling and pain:
Zigancaizi (Purple dried vegetable seeds, black ones, one he measure).
Pound one ingredient until paste-like. Add one large bowl of water, boil ten times. Dip the affected finger seven times while hot, or pour over the finger while hot. Finally, rinse once with cold water. Dry the finger and apply a plaster.
Another prescription:
Boiled pig trotter soup, quantity unrestricted.
Usage same as the previous prescription.
Douchi Gao (Fermented Soybean Paste)
Treats swelling and pain caused by moxibustion burns or foul odors.
Fermented soybeans (Douchi, 豆豉), quantity unrestricted.
Grind the ingredient into a fine powder, mix with oil, and apply to the sore.
Five prescriptions for treating malignant sores and extracting arrowheads:
Treating various malignant sores: Malvae Flower (Huangshukuihua, 黄蜀葵花), harvested while dewy.
Place the ingredient in a box, bury it under horse manure for more than ten days until it becomes a paste. Take out and apply to treat various sores.
Prescription for eliminating internal toxins:
Puerariae Radix (Gegen, 葛根) and Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma, 升麻).
Grind equal parts into a fine powder. Mix with plain boiled water and take orally.
Treating centipede bites:
Grind the tip of Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (Fuzi, 附子) with strong vinegar. Apply to the affected area for immediate recovery.
Extracting arrowheads (A miraculous prescription presented by Master Shenyings during the reign of Emperor Renzong):
Marmota bobak (Bishu, 壁鼠, specifically the one with a long tail).
Dry and grind the medicine into powder. First, let the patient drink one or two cups of wine. Then take three to four qian of the medicine mixed with wine, followed by more wine to induce slight intoxication. If itching occurs, do not scratch; the arrowhead will withdraw naturally like a needle being pulled out.
Treating herpes zoster (band-like rash around the waist):
Ophichus Skin (Shetuipi, 蛇蜕皮, complete with head and tail).
Burn the ingredient to ash, mix with rapeseed oil, and apply. It heals after one or two applications. Many folk prescriptions are rational, so they are recorded here.
Muxiang Gao (Costus Root Ointment)
Treats contusions and bruises.
Costus Root (Muxiang, 木香), quantity unrestricted.
Grind into a fine powder. For each use, mix with hot cooked water to form a paste. Apply a small amount on the hand and massage the painful area three to four times daily.
Prescriptions for treating all kinds of malignant sores:
Treating all malignant sores and back carbuncles with sinus tracts: Minium (Huandan, 黄丹).
Place two liang of Minium in an elephant-shaped container, seal it, wrap it with five layers of paper, and place it in charcoal fire until smoke disappears. Remove, place on bricks/stones, cover with a bowl, and let cool.
Treating burns with unbearable pain:
Burn dry yellow cow dung to ash. Mix with oil and apply. Pain stops shortly after, promoting tissue regeneration.
Treating non-healing sores that recur, where bone protrudes from the wound, known as osteomyelitis (Guju, 骨疽):
Mix Pig Bile (Zhudan, 猪胆) with Chinese Hackberry leaves (Qiuye, 楸叶), pound them, and apply as a compress.
Deep-seated abscesses (Fuguju, 附骨疽) have pus between bones, also called deep abscesses or carbuncles. Over time, pus transforms into bone and discharges from the wound. This is a severe type of abscess.
Take Hibiscus Mutabilis Bark (Furongpi, 芙蓉皮), grind into powder, and take orally. One may feel pus and bone emerging from the flesh.
Another prescription:
Pound Populus Densiflora (Baiyang, 白杨) end into powder and apply.
Another prescription:
Pound Mylabris Seeds (Wuqingzi, 芜青子) and apply. Wrap with cloth, change once daily.
Another prescription:
Burn the skin of [unspecified herb] to ash, take orally in a cun-bi dose.
Another prescription:
For malignant sores or moxa sores: If the upper part hurts, moxa until pain ceases; if no pain, moxa until pain arises. Use moxa cones the size of wheat grains.
Prescription for edema within sores:
Mix Carbonized White Ash (Tanbaigui, 炭白灰) and Lead Carbonate (Hufen, 胡粉) in equal parts. Blend with animal fat and apply to the wound opening. When fluid drains, pain stops immediately.
Prescription for wind-induced swelling in sores:
Decoct Quercus variabilis Root (Limugen, 栎木根, one jin) strongly. Add one handful of salt and soak the affected area.
Treating severe swelling and pain in sores that can lead to death in a few days:
Caused by wind-stroke, water toxicity, or fox urine thorns.
Burn Setaria italica straw, cattle/horse manure, or fresh mulberry branches. Use the smoke with abundant vapor to fumigate. Once juice appears, it heals.
Treating wind-induced swelling in sores:
Soak in warm Mulberry Ash Juice (Wensanghui Zhi, 温桑灰汁). Reheat when cool, keeping it warm. This is a mysterious prescription.
Treating malignant sores:
Non-healing for ten years, also known as horse scabies.
Burn one snake shed skin to fine powder. Mix with lard and apply. Mixing with vinegar is also acceptable.
Treating chronic cracking of human feet regardless of season:
Known as Corpse Foot Prescription (Shijiao Fang, 尸脚方).
Boil one sheng of chicken feces in two sheng of water for several boils. Let cool and soak for half a month for cure. Horse feces can also be used.
Another prescription:
Burn glue to powder, mix with saliva, apply, let dry, and cover with cloth.
Prescription for vitiligo:
Collect dew from leek heads at dawn. Apply to the affected area. Extremely effective.
Prescription for genital sores in men and women:
Grind Sulfur (Shiliuhuang, 石硫黄) into fine powder and apply to the sore.
Treating swollen and painful sores:
Grind Adzuki Beans (Chixiaodou, 赤小豆) into powder. Mix with egg white and apply.
Another prescription:
Mix Mung Bean Powder (Lvdoumo, 绿豆末) and Frankincense Powder (Ruxiangmo, 乳香末) in equal parts. Mix with fresh water and apply.
Treating scrofula sores:
Take one carp weighing over half a jin. Fill its belly with Cascarilla Bark (Badou, 巴豆) using a stick until full. Seal the mouth with paper...
Wu Wan (Five Pills)
Treating tetanus:
Take one whole dried Scorpion (Quanxie, 全干蝎). Wrap in Mentha Haplocalyx Leaves (Boheye, 薄荷叶). Roast over fire until slightly yellow. Grind finely. Mix with hot wine and take orally.
Treasing swellings, toxic abscesses, and furuncles:
Prevent rupture to resolve; promote rapid healing if ruptured.
Take Cuscutae Semen debris (Caowutouxie, 草乌头屑 - *Note: likely refers to Aconitum carmichaelii lateral root processing waste or similar toxic herb fragment, context implies caution*). Mix with water. Sweep onto the swelling using a chicken wing. For those with open sores, apply a plaster first to prevent direct contact. Severe cases show results quickly upon sitting/application.
Treating sudden redness and swelling of external genitals:
Enlarged and painful.
Grind Rheum Palmatum (Dahuang, 大黄) into powder. Mix with sour vinegar and apply.
Treating protruding flesh in all sores:
Burn Phoebe Zhennan (Wumei, 乌梅) to ash. Sprinkle dry powder onto the sore.
Another prescription:
Sprinkle Sulfur Powder (Liuhuangmo, 硫黄末) dry, then moisten with saliva.
Treating burns from hot oil or boiling water:
Grind Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao, 石膏) finely and sprinkle on the sore.
Treating stiff tongue base:
Inability to swallow. Prick the deep purple meridians at the tongue base with needles until purple blood flows.
Quan Xuan Gao (Ring Tinea Ointment)
Treating wet and dry tinea:
Prunella Vulgaris Root (Xiakucao Gen, 夏枯草根, commonly called Chita Ye).
Pound the ingredient, soak in strong vinegar, and apply to tinea sores. Effective.
Duoming San (Life-Rescuing Powder)
Treating chronic fistulas exposing bone:
Human feces, quantity unrestricted.
Wrap in clay balls, burn red in firewood. Remove clay. Grind feces finely. Add a little Musk (Shexiang, 麝香). Sprinkle dry powder. Promotes tissue growth in seven days.
Treating thermal burns:
Burn Xuanjing Stone (Xuanjingshi, 玄精石) to powder. Mix with water and apply. Immediate effect.
Jiyu Wan (Crab Fish Pills)
Treating scrofula:
Take a three-cun crucian carp. Remove intestines. Fill belly with Cascarilla Bark (Badou, 巴豆) and skin. Wrap with hemp rope. Burn in rice straw until smoke disappears. Grind finely. Form pills with glutinous rice porridge, size of mung beans. Swallow with water.
Treating moxa sores:
Take marrow from pig leg bones. Mix with Calomel (Nifen, 腻粉). Re-insert into bone mud. Wrap and roast in fire. After bathing in salt water, apply.
Wuyi San (Trogopterus Dung Powder)
Treating sores:
Realgar (Xionghuang, 雄黄, half liang), Trogopterus Dung (Baiwuyi, 白芜荑, one fen), Evodia Fruit (Wuzhuyu, 吴茱萸), Alum (Baifan, 白矾, a little).
(Note: Revised edition omits dosage for Evodia; Taiping Shenghui Fang uses two qian.)
Mix the above powders with Alum water and apply to the sore.
Prescription for pain from tinea and onychia:
Treating tinea:
Grind Cassiae Semen (Juemingzi, 决明子) powder with a little Calomel (Shuiyinfen, 水银粉). Rub the tinea until broken, then apply powder.
Treating onychia:
Flesh wrapping nail, pus bleeding, painful and non-healing.
Alum (Danfan, 胆矾, burnt to ash).
First remove the nail embedded in flesh. Apply medicine to the sore. Even if there is necrotic flesh, it dries and falls off after one application. Ding sores have thirty-six types, caused by wind-cold-dampness condensing in the pores.
Observe the person; all are suitable.
Miraculous Prescription for All Ding Swellings:
Use roots, stems, leaves, and seeds of Xanthium Strumarium (Canger, 苍耳), selecting one color. Burn to ash. Mix with vinegar rice wash water to form mud. Apply. Change when dry. Within ten applications, the root is extracted. Divine efficacy (Sun Simiao...).
Another prescription:
Burn mugwort stalks to ash. Leach through bamboo tube. Mix one or two he with calcined alum (Duanshi, 锻石) like flour slurry. Prick the sore until painful, then point three times. The root self-extracts.
Qianjin Duoming Biaoya Gao (Thousand Gold Life-Rescuing Turtle Bone Ointment)
Treating chronic malignant sores, chancre, fistula, and unnamed toxic sores unresponsive to other treatments. Divine efficacy.
