上先将草药四味同捣烂渐渐入锻石再捣匀捏作饼子阴干为末干掺之

上为细末炼蜜和丸如酸枣大每服一丸温水化下含化亦佳忌热面炙爆等物
【治疗金创出血】
锻石（一斤） 刺蓟（六两） 马齿苋（二两） 韭菜（四两） 百草霜（烧过的草灰，具有止血功效）（一斤）
以上先将四种草药一同捣烂，然后渐渐加入锻石，再捣匀，捏成饼状，在阴凉处晾干后研为细末。使用时直接干撒于伤口上。
【治疗热毒、瓦斯邪气未解，心肺积热导致的吐血不止，心中壅闷】
犀角屑 栀子仁 地骨皮 子芩（黄芩） 川大黄（各半两） 麦门冬（三分） 甘草 茯神 川升麻
以上药物研为细末。每次服用四钱，加水一盏，煎煮至六分，去渣滓，不拘时候温服。
【治疗吐血，伴有腹中绞痛、出汗、胸中闷塞。此症由饮食过度损伤，胃中寒冷，不能消化食物，因而感到烦闷，呕吐出所食之物，与气共同上冲所致】

以上药物研为细末，用炼蜜调和，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用十丸，用米汤送下，饭后服用。
【治疗吐血不止】
柏叶 艾叶 干姜 阿胶（等量）
以上药物研为粗末。每次服用二钱，加水一盏，煎煮至六分，去渣滓，温服。
【治疗长期鼻衄不止】
棕榈 刺蓟 桦皮 龙骨
以上药物等分为细末。每次服用二钱，用米汤调服。
【治疗脾毒、脏毒导致的下血】
鲫鱼（一条大的，不去皮鳞，只去肠肚） 荜茇 木香（各一分） 黄连（半两）
以上三味药研为细末，填入鱼腹中，用多层湿纸包裹，放入糖灰火中烧熟。取出后去掉皮和骨，焙干后细研为末。每次服用一大钱，空腹服用（原文此处截断，推测为“空腹服”）。
【治疗衄血（泛指鼻出血或肌衄）】
生干地黄（一两一分） 芍药 牡丹皮（各四分） 玄参（三分）
以上药物研为粗末。每次服用二钱，加水一盏，煎煮至六分，去渣滓，饭后及临睡前温服。（若有伏热者，以犀角代替玄参）
【治疗鼻血】
人参 生蒲黄（各半两） 甘草（生用一分） 麦门冬（二分）
以上药物研为细末，用炼蜜调和，制成如酸枣大小的丸剂。每次服用一丸，用温水化开服用，含化效果也很好。忌食热面、炙烤爆裂等食物。
[Treatment for Hemorrhage from Metal Wounds]
Duan Shi (Calcined Stone, 1 jin) Ci Ji (Acanthospermum Hispidum, 6 liang) Ma Chi (Portulaca Oleracea, 2 liang) Jiu (Allium Tuberosum, 4 liang) Bai Cao Shuang (Soot from Burning Grass, 1 jin)
First, pound the four herbal medicines together until mashed. Gradually add Duan Shi and pound evenly. Shape into cakes, dry in the shade, and grind into powder. Apply the dry powder directly to the wound.

Xi Jiao Xie (Rhinoceros Horn Chips) Zhi Zi Ren (Gardenia Seed) Di Gu Pi (Cortex Lycii) Zi Qin (Radix Scutellariae) Chuan Da Huang (Radix et Rhizoma Rhei, each half liang) Mai Men Dong (Radix Ophiopogonis, 3 fen) Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae) Fu Shen (Poria with Hostwood) Chuan Sheng Ma (Radix Bupleuri, each appropriate amount)
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Take 4 qian per dose. Add one zhan of water, decoct until reduced to 6 fen. Strain and take warm at any time.
[Treatment for Hematemesis accompanied by Colic, Sweating, and Chest Stifling Sensation. This condition arises from excessive dietary injury causing Cold in the Stomach, inability to digest food, resulting in irritability, vomiting of ingested matter, and counterflow of Qi]

Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Mix with refined honey and form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 10 pills per dose with rice water after meals.
[Treatment for Continuous Hematemesis]
Bai Ye (Ramulus Platycladi) Ai Ye (Folium Artemisiae Argyi) Gan Jiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis) E Jiao (Colla Corii Asini, equal parts)
Grind into coarse powder. Take 2 qian per dose. Add one zhan of water, decoct until reduced to 6 fen. Strain and take warm.
[Treatment for Persistent Epistaxis]
Zong Lu (Fructus Trachycarpi) Ci Ji (Acanthospermum Hispidum) Hua Pi (Cortex Betulae) Long Gu (Os Draconis)
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with rice water.
[Treatment for Lower Bleeding due to Spleen Toxin or Visceral Toxin]
Ji Yu (Cyprinus Carpio, one large fish, skin and scales intact, guts removed) Bi Bo (Fructus Piperis Longi) Mu Xiang (Radix Aucklandoniae, each 1 fen) Huang Lian (Rhizoma Coptidis, half liang)
Grind the three herbs into fine powder. Place inside the fish belly. Wrap tightly with several layers of wet paper. Roast in sugar ash fire until cooked. Remove skin and bones, dry, and grind finely. Take one da qian per dose on an empty stomach [text incomplete].

Sheng Gan Di Huang (Radix Rehmanniae Preparata, 1 liang 1 fen) Shao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Alba) Mu Dan Pi (Cortex Moutan, each 4 fen) Xuan Shen (Radix Scrophulariae, 3 fen)
Grind into coarse powder. Take 2 qian per dose. Add one zhan of water, decoct until reduced to 6 fen. Strain and take warm after meals and before bed. (If latent heat is present, replace Xuan Shen with Xi Jiao).

Ren Shen (Radix Ginseng) Sheng Pu Huang (Sporis Typhae, each half liang) Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae, raw, 1 fen) Mai Men Dong (Radix Ophiopogonis, 2 fen)
Grind into fine powder. Mix with refined honey and form pills the size of jujube seeds. Take one pill per dose, dissolved in warm water. Holding it in the mouth to dissolve is also effective. Avoid hot noodles, roasted, and fried foods.
