治小儿脾胃虚弱，不思乳食，伤食癖积，面色黄，呕吐泻
泄，腹痛膨胀，并皆治之。
苍术（制）五钱，厚朴三钱，陈皮五钱，砂仁二钱，
草果仁二钱，神曲（炒）三钱，益智仁二钱，茯苓三钱，
麦芽（炒）三钱。共为末，酒糊丸，如粟米大，米饮下。
呕吐，煨姜汤下。脾胃虚弱，米汤下。食积，山楂汤下。
腹痛，茴香汤下。肿胀，萝卜汤下。寒泄，姜枣汤下。
治小儿风疮疥癣。
苦参五钱，何首乌、胡麻仁（炒）、蔓荆子（炒）、威
仙、荆芥穗、白蒺藜（炒、去刺）、牛蒡子（炒）各三钱，
石菖蒲一钱五分，干菊花三钱。共为末，酒糊为丸，如
粟米大，竹叶灯心汤下。
治小儿上焦积热，惊风壅滞，头目赤肿，咽闭，大小便赤涩，
及痰喘之症，并皆治之。
大黄（酒蒸）、黄芩各一钱，黑牵牛头末、滑石各四钱，
黄连、川芎、薄荷叶各五钱。共为末，滴水为丸，如粟
米大，竹叶汤下。
治风壅，化痰利膈，清头目烦热，除咳嗽。
寒水石（火锻水飞）二两，半夏（制）一两，枯矾五钱。
共为末，米糊丸，如粟米大，姜汤下。感风寒咳嗽，桑
白皮汤下。咳血，茅根汤下。常咳，茶汤下。咳而吐，
煨姜汤下。
治偏坠，膀胱疝气，及内吊惊，啼哭不止。
山茱萸五钱，桔梗、川芎各三钱，小茴香（炒）五钱，
陈皮、青皮、白蒺藜（炒去刺）、川楝子（去核）各五钱，
食茱萸（炒）、肉桂各三钱，木香二钱，枳实（炒）一钱，
桃仁三钱，大腹皮（酒洗）、海藻、玄胡索（炒）各五钱，
五味子一钱。共为末，酒糊丸，如粟米大，茴香汤下。久
不愈者，盐汤下。
治疗小儿脾胃虚弱，不想吃奶或食物，因饮食积滞形成的癖块和积聚，面色发黄，呕吐腹泻，腹痛腹胀，这些症状都能治疗。

苦参五钱，何首乌、胡麻仁（炒）、蔓荆子（炒）、威灵仙、荆芥穗、白蒺藜（炒、去刺）、牛蒡子（炒）各三钱，石菖蒲一钱五分，干菊花三钱。以上药材共同研磨成粉末，用酒调糊制成丸药，大小如粟米，用竹叶灯心草汤送服。
治疗小儿上焦积热，惊风阻滞，头目红肿，咽喉闭塞，大小便赤黄涩痛，以及痰喘等症状，这些都能治疗。

山茱萸五钱，桔梗、川芎各三钱，小茴香（炒）五钱，陈皮、青皮、白蒺藜（炒去刺）、川楝子（去核）各五钱，食茱萸（炒）、肉桂各三钱，木香二钱，枳实（炒）一钱，桃仁三钱，大腹皮（酒洗）、海藻、玄胡索（炒）各五钱，五味子一钱。以上药材共同研磨成粉末，用酒调糊制成丸药，大小如粟米，用茴香汤送服。若久治不愈，用盐汤送服。
Treats pediatric Spleen and Stomach deficiency (Spleen-Stomach Qi Deficiency), lack of appetite for milk or food, food stagnation masses and accumulations, sallow complexion, vomiting and diarrhea, abdominal pain and distension; it treats all these conditions.
Cangzhu (Zedoary Rhizoma prepared) 5 qian, Houpo (Magnolia Bark) 3 qian, Chenpi (Aged Tangerine Peel) 5 qian, Sharen (Amomum Fruit) 2 qian, Caoguoren (Tsaoko Cardamom Seed) 2 qian, Shenqu (Medicated Leaven stir-fried) 3 qian, Yizhiren (Bitter Apricot Seed) 2 qian, Fuling (Poria) 3 qian, Maiya (Sprouted Hordeum Grain stir-fried) 3 qian. Grind all into powder, bind with wine paste to make pills the size of millet seeds, take with rice water.
For vomiting, take with ginger decoction (roasted ginger). For Spleen and Stomach deficiency, take with rice water. For food accumulation, take with hawthorn decoction.
For abdominal pain, take with fennel decoction. For swelling, take with radish decoction. For cold-type diarrhea, take with ginger and jujube decoction.
Treats pediatric wind sores, scabies, and tinea.
Kushen (Sophora Root) 5 qian, Heshouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix), Humaren (Sesami Semen stir-fried), Manjingzi (Vitex Fruit stir-fried), Weixian (Salvia Root), Jingjiesui (Schizonepeta Spike), Bajili (Tribulus Fruit stir-fried, thorns removed), Niubangzi (Arctium Fruit stir-fried) each 3 qian, Shichangpu (Acorus Rhizome) 1.5 qian, Gan Juhua (Chrysanthemum Flower) 3 qian. Grind all into powder, bind with wine paste to make pills the size of millet seeds, take with bamboo leaf and centella decoction.
Treats upper jiao heat accumulation in children, convulsive wind obstruction, redness and swelling of head and eyes, throat closure, dark and scanty urination and defecation, as well as phlegm-wheezing symptoms; it treats all these conditions.
Dahuang (Rhubarb Radix steamed with wine), Huangqin (Scutellaria Root) each 1 qian, Heiqianniu Toumo (Morning Glory Seed first powder), Huashi (Talcum) each 4 qian, Huanglian (Coptis Rhizome), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Rhizome), Boheye (Mint Leaf) each 5 qian. Grind all into powder, bind with drops of water to make pills the size of millet seeds, take with bamboo leaf decoction.
Treats wind obstruction, transforms phlegm and benefits the diaphragm, clears head and eye irritant heat, removes cough.
Hanshuishi (Calcitum calcined by fire and washed with water) 2 liang, Banxia (Pinellia Tuber prepared) 1 liang, Kufan (Alumen) 5 qian. Grind all into powder, bind with rice paste to make pills the size of millet seeds, take with ginger decoction. For cough caused by wind-cold invasion, take with mulberry root bark decoction. For hemoptysis, take with imperata rhizome decoction. For chronic cough, take with tea decoction. For cough accompanied by vomiting, take with roasted ginger decoction.
Treats unilateral testicular swelling and descent (hernia), bladder hernia qi, and internal winding convulsion (a type of convulsion characterized by inward retraction of sinews), incessant crying.
Shanzhuyu (Cornus Fruit) 5 qian, Jiegeng (Platycodon Root), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Rhizome) each 3 qian, Xiaohuixiang (Foeniculum Fruit stir-fried) 5 qian, Chenpi (Aged Tangerine Peel), Qingpi (Unripe Citrus Peel), Bajili (Tribulus Fruit stir-fried, thorns removed), Chuanlianzi (Toosendan Fruit pitted) each 5 qian, Shizhuyu (Evodia Fruit stir-fried), Rougui (Cinnamon Bark) each 3 qian, Muxiang (Vladimiria Root) 2 qian, Zhishi (Immature Bitter Orange stir-fried) 1 qian, Taoren (Prunus Seed) 3 qian, Dafupi (Areca Pericarp wine-washed), Haizao (Sargassum), Yanhusuo (Corydalis Tuber stir-fried) each 5 qian, Wuweizi (Schisandra Fruit) 1 qian. Grind all into powder, bind with wine paste to make pills the size of millet seeds, take with fennel decoction. For cases that do not heal for a long time, take with salt water decoction.
