治赤白痢相杂，里急后重。
黄连（吴茱萸炒）五钱，广木香五钱，石莲肉三钱。
久痢不止者，加肉豆蔻（面包煨去油）五钱。共为末，醋
糊丸，如粟米大，陈米汤送下。
下痰去热，追虫打积。
雄黄一钱另研，郁金三钱，巴豆霜二钱。共为末，
米糊丸，如粟米大。痰涎壅甚，竹叶汤下。积痛，茴香
汤下。缠喉风，滚白水化开吐痰。虫痛，苦楝子根白皮
汤下。先以鸡蛋油煎，空心时，令儿闻之，然后服药，
必要上半月，谓其虫之头向上故也。
治急慢惊风，夜啼，常服清心安神。
全蝎十四个，蝉退（去翅足）一钱，使君子内（煨）五
分，麝香半分，辰砂一钱，天麻二钱，胆星二钱，防风一
钱，僵蚕（炒）二钱，白附子（制）一钱，珍珠五分，金箔
四十张。共为末，粟米粉糊和匀为丸，印成锭子，薄荷
汤磨服。惊风，薄荷灯心汤下，夜啼，灯心烧灰化温水
下。
治小儿水泄。
寒水石二两，枯矾一两。共为末，水和丸，如绿豆
大，每服一丸，米汤下。
治小儿大人疟疾。
黄丹（水飞晒干）一两，独蒜（大者）七个，捣烂和丹
为丸，取端午日修合，如绿豆大，勿令妇人、鸡犬孝服
见之，每于发疟日五更，用桃枝、长流水煎汤，面向东
方服一丸，其效如神。
治疗赤白痢疾混杂，伴有里急后重（腹痛窘迫，时时欲便，肛门重坠，便出不爽）。

治疗急惊风和慢惊风、小儿夜啼，常服可清心安神。

黄丹（用水飞法处理并晒干）一两，独头蒜（大的）七个，捣烂后与黄丹混合制成丸药，选择在端午节这一天配制，大小如绿豆。不要让妇女、鸡犬或穿孝服的人看见。每逢疟疾发作日，在五更天（凌晨3-5点），用桃枝和长流水煎煮汤剂，面向东方服用一丸，疗效神奇。

Coptidis Rhizoma (Stir-fried with Evodiae Fructus) 5 qian, Aquilariae Lignum Resinatum 5 qian, Nelumbinis Semen 3 qian.

Action: Expels phlegm, clears heat, drives out parasites, removes accumulation.
Realgar 1 qian (ground separately), Curcumae Radix 3 qian, Croci Fructus Frost (Badi Dou Shuang) 2 qian. Grind all into fine powder, make pills with rice paste, size of millet grains. If phlegm-saliva is severely obstructing, take with Bamboo Leaf Decoction. For pain due to accumulation, take with Fennel Decoction. For strangling throat wind (an acute condition of severe sore throat and suffocation), dissolve in boiling water to induce vomiting and expel phlegm. For worm pain, take with Ailanthi Radicis Cortex Decoction. Before taking the medicine, fry egg oil first; when the child is fasting, let them smell it, then administer the medicine. It is necessary to take it during the first half of the lunar month, because it is believed that the heads of the worms face upwards at this time.
Treats acute and chronic convulsive disorders (Jing Feng) and night crying in children; regular use clears the heart and calms the spirit.
Scorpio 14 pieces, Bombyx Batryticatus (remove wings and feet) 1 qian, Quisqualis Semen (kernel, roasted) 0.5 fen, Moschus 0.5 fen, Cinnabaris 1 qian, Gastrodiae Rhizoma 2 qian, Arisaematis Cum Bile Preparata 2 qian, Saposhnikoviae Radix 1 qian, Bombyx Cicadae (stir-fried) 2 qian, Typhonii Rhizoma Praeparatum 1 qian, Margarita 0.5 fen, Folium Aureum 40 sheets. Grind all into fine powder, mix evenly with millet flour paste to form pills, stamp into ingot shapes, grind with Mint Decoction before administration. For convulsive disorders, take with Mint and Juncus Decoction; for night crying, take with Juncus ash dissolved in warm water.
Treats watery diarrhea in children.
Metalli Hydroxidum Rubrum (Han Shui Shi) 2 liang, Alumina et Potassia Sulfas Exsiccatum (Ku Fan) 1 liang. Grind all into fine powder, make pills with water, size of mung beans, take one pill each time with rice soup.
Treats malaria in both children and adults.
Lithargyrum (processed by water levigation and sun-dried) 1 liang, Allium Sativum Bulbus (large ones) 7 cloves, mash thoroughly and mix with Lithargyrum to form pills.
