折伤者，多有瘀血凝滞也。（宜用童便、黄酒各一钟和而温服，最能散瘀消滞，效。）
通导散 治跌扑伤损极重，大小便不通，乃瘀血不散、肚腹膨胀、上攻心腹、闷乱至死者，
先服此药打下死血、瘀血，然后方可服补损药。不可用酒，饮愈不通矣。亦量人虚实而用。
大黄 芒硝 枳壳（各二钱） 浓朴 当归 陈皮 木通 红花 苏木（各一钱） 甘草
上锉一剂，水煎热服，以利为度。唯孕妇、小儿勿服。
麦斗散 治跌扑骨折，用药一厘，黄酒调下。如重车行千里之候，其骨接之有声。初跌之时整调
如旧对住，绵衣盖之，勿令见风，方服药、休移动。端午制，忌妇人鸡犬等物。（孙都督传。）
土鳖（一个，新瓦上焙干） 巴豆（一个，去壳） 半夏（一个，生用） 乳香（半分） 没药（半分）
自然铜（火烧七次，醋淬七次，用些须）
上为细末，每服一厘，黄酒送下。不可多用，多则补得高起。神效。
天灵散 天灵盖用柴火烧存性为末，每二钱，黄酒，神效。
按骨效方
山栀（生为末五分） 飞罗面（三钱），姜汁调和搽患处，一夜，皮肉青黑是其验也。一方治跌扑伤损，
逆气作肿，痛不可忍者，用栀、白面为末，井水调搽，干则扫去，即效。
接骨膏
当归（七钱半） 川芎（五钱） 乳香（二钱半） 没药（五钱） 广木香（一钱） 川乌
（四钱，煨） 黄香（六钱） 古钱（三钱，火煨酒淬七次） 骨碎补（五钱） 香油（一两五钱）
上先将各药为末，和油成膏，用油纸摊贴患处。如骨碎筋断，用此复续如初。
白膏药 治跌打或刀斧所伤，候血尽，用葱、花椒煎水，将患处洗净拭干敷药，不必包裹，
其效如神。
白芨（一两） 猪脂油（六两） 芸香（四两） 樟脑（四两） 轻粉 乳香 没药 孩儿茶
（各二钱） 片脑（五分。）
上各为末，将油铜锅化开，先下白芨，次下芸香、樟脑、儿茶，一二时取出离火，方下乳香没药，
候冷又下片脑、轻粉。此方不但生肌，凡疮毒皆可贴之。膏成，将瓷罐内盛之，每用油纸摊贴患处。
接骨散 治跌打损伤。能接筋续骨。用窝苣子不拘多少，微炒研细末，每服二三钱，同好酒调服。
接骨方 白蒺藜炒为末，每服一钱，热酒调下，被盖汗出即愈。
神效葱熨法 治跌扑伤损。用葱白细切，杵烂烧热敷患处。如冷易之，肿痛即止。其效如神。
人坠马，腹内作痛，饮酒数杯，翌早，大便自下瘀血即安。此元气充实，挟酒势而行散。
一男子坠马，腹有瘀血，服药下之，致发热、盗汗、自汗、脉浮涩。予以为重剂过伤气血所致，投以
十全大补汤益甚，时或谵语，此药力未及而然也。以前药加炮附子五分，服之即睡，觉来顿安，再剂而安。
折伤（因外力导致的筋骨损伤），大多伴有瘀血凝滞。（适宜用童便、黄酒各一钟混合后温服，最能消散瘀血、消除滞涩，效果显著。）
通导散：治疗跌打扑击造成的严重损伤，导致大小便不通畅，这是因为瘀血未散、腹部膨胀、气血上攻心腹，导致患者闷乱至死。先服用此药排出死血、瘀血，然后才可以服用补益损伤的药物。不可用酒送服，否则会导致更加不通畅。也要根据患者的虚实情况来使用。大黄、芒硝、枳壳（各二钱）、浓朴、当归、陈皮、木通、红花、苏木（各一钱）、甘草。以上药材锉成粗末，作为一剂，用水煎煮后热服，以大便通畅为度。只有孕妇、小儿不要服用。
麦斗散：治疗跌打骨折，用药一厘，用黄酒调服。如果像重车行千里那样严重的损伤，接骨时会有声响。刚跌倒时，先将骨头调整回原来的位置对齐，用绵衣覆盖患处，不要让风吹到，然后再服药，不要移动身体。在端午节制作，忌见妇人、鸡犬等物。（孙都督传。）土鳖虫（一个，在新瓦上焙干）、巴豆（一个，去壳）、半夏（一个，生用）、乳香（半分）、没药（半分）、自然铜（火烧七次，醋淬七次，取少量）。以上研成细末，每次服用一厘，用黄酒送下。不可多用，多了会导致骨头长高起。神效。
天灵散：天灵盖（人顶骨）用柴火烧至存性后研成末，每次二钱，用黄酒送服，神效。
按骨效方：山栀（生研成末五分）、飞罗面（三钱），用姜汁调和搽在患处，一夜之后，皮肤肌肉变青黑就是有效的验证。另一方法治疗跌打损伤，气逆作肿，疼痛难忍，用山栀、白面粉研成末，井水调匀搽敷，干了就扫去，立即见效。
接骨膏：当归（七钱半）、川芎（五钱）、乳香（二钱半）、没药（五钱）、广木香（一钱）、川乌（四钱，煨制）、黄香（六钱）、古钱（三钱，火煨酒后淬七次）、骨碎补（五钱）、香油（一两五钱）。先将各药研成末，与油混合制成膏药，用油纸摊开贴在患处。如果骨头碎裂、筋断裂，用此药可以恢复如初。
白膏药：治疗跌打或刀斧所致的伤害，待血液流尽后，用葱、花椒煎水，将患处洗净擦干敷药，不必包裹，其效果如神。白芨（一两）、猪脂油（六两）、芸香（四两）、樟脑（四两）、轻粉、乳香、没药、孩儿茶（各二钱）、片脑（五分）。以上各药分别研成末，用油铜锅熔化油脂，先放入白芨，其次放入芸香、樟脑、儿茶，一二小时后取出离火，再放入乳香、没药，冷却后又放入片脑、轻粉。此方不仅能生肌，凡是疮毒都可以贴敷。膏药制成后，装在瓷罐内，每次用时用油纸摊开贴在患处。
接骨散：治疗跌打损伤。能接筋续骨。用窝苣子不拘多少，微炒后研成细末，每次服用二三钱，用好酒调服。
接骨方：白蒺藜炒后研成末，每次服用一钱，用热酒调服，盖上被子出汗即愈。
神效葱熨法：治疗跌打损伤。用葱白细切，捣烂烧热敷在患处。如果冷了更换，肿痛就会停止。效果如神。
有人坠马，腹部内部作痛，喝几杯酒，第二天早上，大便自然排出瘀血后就安好了。这是因为元气充实，借助酒的势头而行散瘀血。
有一个男子坠马，腹部有瘀血，服药排出后，导致发热、盗汗、自汗、脉浮涩。我认为这是重剂药物过度损伤气血所致，投用十全大补汤反而更严重，有时出现谵语，这是药力未到而出现的反应。在此前药方中加入炮附子五分，服用后即入睡，醒来顿时安宁，再服一剂而痊愈。
Fractures and sprains (injuries to bones and tendons caused by external force) often involve the stagnation of blood stasis. (It is advisable to mix one zhong of child's urine and one zhong of yellow wine, warm and take orally; this can best dissipate blood stasis and eliminate stagnation, with significant efficacy.)
Tongdao San: Treats severe injuries from falls and blows, resulting in the obstruction of both urination and defecation. This is due to unsuppressed blood stasis causing abdominal distension, with qi and blood attacking the heart and abdomen, leading to suffocation and death. First, administer this medicine to expel dead blood and blood stasis; only then can tonifying medicines for injuries be taken. Do not use wine, as it will cause further obstruction. Dosage should also be adjusted according to the patient's deficiency or excess. Rhubarb (Da Huang), Niter (Mang Xiao), Aurantium (Zhi Ke) (each 2 qian), Magnolia Bark (Hou Po), Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui), Tangerine Peel (Chen Pi), Akebia Stem (Mu Tong), Safflower (Hong Hua), Calamus Wood (Su Mu) (each 1 qian), Licorice Root (Gan Cao). The above herbs are coarsely chopped into one dose, decocted in water, and taken hot. Stop when bowel movement is unobstructed. Pregnant women and children should not take this.
Maidou San: Treats fractures from falls and blows. Take one li of the medicine, mixed with yellow wine. If the injury is as severe as a heavy cart traveling a thousand miles, the bone setting will produce a sound. Immediately after the fall, realign the bones to their original position, cover the area with cotton cloth to prevent exposure to wind, then administer the medicine and avoid moving the body. Prepare on the Dragon Boat Festival; avoid contact with women, chickens, and dogs. (Recorded by Governor Sun.) Blatta orientalis (one piece, roasted dry on a new tile), Bean of Castor (Ba Dou) (one piece, shelled), Pinellia Tuber (Ban Xia) (one piece, used raw), Frankincense (Ru Xiang) (0.5 fen), Myrrh (Mo Yao) (0.5 fen), Pyrite (Zi Ran Tong) (heated seven times, quenched in vinegar seven times, use a small amount). Grind all into fine powder. Take one li each time, washed down with yellow wine. Do not overdose, as excessive amounts may cause abnormal bone growth. Highly effective.
Tianling San: Human vertex bone (Tian Ling Gai) is burned with firewood until carbonized, then ground into powder. Take two qian each time, washed down with yellow wine. Highly effective.
Bone-Setting Effective Formula: Gardenia Fruit (Shan Zhi) (raw, ground into powder, 5 fen), Fine Wheat Flour (Fei Luo Mian) (3 qian). Mix with ginger juice and apply to the affected area. Overnight, if the skin and flesh turn blue-black, it indicates efficacy. Another method for treating falls and blows, where rebellious qi causes swelling and unbearable pain: use Gardenia Fruit and white flour ground into powder, mixed with well water for application. Sweep off when dry; immediate effect.
Bone-Setting Ointment: Angelica Sinensis (Dang Gui) (7.5 qian), Szechuan Lovage Root (Chuan Xiong) (5 qian), Frankincense (Ru Xiang) (2.5 qian), Myrrh (Mo Yao) (5 qian), Costus Root (Guang Mu Xiang) (1 qian), Aconite Root (Chuan Wu) (4 qian, roasted), Beeswax (Huang Xiang) (6 qian), Ancient Coin (Gu Qian) (3 qian, heated in fire, quenched in wine seven times), Drynaria Rhizome (Gu Sui Bu) (5 qian), Sesame Oil (Xiang You) (1.5 liang). First, grind all herbs into powder, mix with oil to form an ointment, spread on oil paper, and apply to the affected area. For shattered bones and severed tendons, this ointment restores them to normal.
White Ointment: Treats injuries from falls/blows or cuts/axes. After bleeding stops, wash the affected area clean and dry with decoction of scallion white and Sichuan pepper. Apply the medicine without wrapping. Effect is miraculous. Bletilla Rhizome (Bai Ji) (1 liang), Pig Lard (Zhu Zhi You) (6 liang), Rue Herb (Yun Xiang) (4 liang), Camphor (Zhang Nao) (4 liang), Calomelas (Qing Fen), Frankincense (Ru Xiang), Myrrh (Mo Yao), Child's Tea (Hai Er Cha) (each 2 qian), Borneol (Pian Nao) (0.5 fen). Grind each ingredient separately into powder. Melt the lard in an oil copper pot. Add Bletilla Rhizome first, then Rue Herb, Camphor, and Child's Tea. Remove from heat after one to two hours. Then add Frankincense and Myrrh. After cooling, add Borneol and Calomelas. This formula not only promotes tissue regeneration but can also be applied to various sores and toxins. Store the finished ointment in a porcelain jar. Spread on oil paper and apply to the affected area as needed.
Bone-Setting Powder: Treats injuries from falls and blows. Capable of reconnecting tendons and bones. Use Lactuca Sativa Seeds (Wo Ju Zi) in any quantity, lightly stir-fried and ground into fine powder. Take 2-3 qian each time, mixed with good wine.
Bone-Setting Formula: Tribulus Fruit (Bai Ji Li) stir-fried and ground into powder. Take one qian each time, mixed with hot wine. Cover with a blanket to induce sweating for recovery.
Effective Scallion Compress Method: Treats injuries from falls and blows. Finely chop scallion whites, pound until mushy, heat, and compress onto the affected area. Replace when cold; swelling and pain will cease. Effect is miraculous.
A person fell from a horse and suffered internal abdominal pain. After drinking several cups of wine, they passed blood stasis in their stool the next morning and recovered. This is because the primordial qi was sufficient, aided by the wine to disperse the stasis.
A man fell from a horse and had abdominal blood stasis. After taking medicine to expel it, he developed fever, night sweats, spontaneous sweating, and a floating, choppy pulse. I believed this was caused by heavy-dose medicines excessively damaging qi and blood. Administering Shiquan Dabu Tang made the condition worse, accompanied by delirium at times, which was due to the medicinal power not yet reaching the target. Adding five fen of Prepared Aconite Root (Pao Fu Zi) to the previous prescription allowed him to sleep immediately upon ingestion.
