上为末，别用皂角二挺去皮捶碎，以水三碗揉汁，去滓，煮精羊肉四两，烂软，入轻粉
五匣、男子乳汁半两，同研成膏，和药末丸，如绿豆大，朱砂为衣。温酒侵晨下十丸，日一
服，至晚，下肉疙瘩子。若项有五个，则以五服药取之；视其所生多少，以为服数，既可更
进数服。如热毒疮疖未有头脑者，一服亦须消散。
治九漏瘰 ，发于项腋之间，憎寒发热，或痛或不痛。
白花蛇(酒浸软，去皮骨，焙干秤，二两） 生犀(镑，半钱） 黑牵牛（半两，半生半炒) 青皮（半两）
上为末。每服二钱，腻粉半钱研匀，五更糯米饮调下，巳时利下恶物，乃疮之根也。更
候十余日，再进一服。忌发风壅热物。如已成疮，一月可效，用之神验。
治瘰 。用花蛇散取转后，须用此补之，永去根本。
海藻(洗) 石决明( ) 羌活 瞿麦穗（各等分）
上为末。每服二钱，米汤调下，日三服，下清水尽为妙。
治疗瘰疬，无论病程长短，以及脑后两侧出现的小结节连成复数个；兼治劳瘵腹内有肿块。

以上药材研为细末，另外取皂角二挺，去皮后捶碎，用水三碗揉搓取汁，滤去渣滓，煮精羊肉四两至烂软，加入轻粉五匣、男子乳汁半两，一同研磨成膏状，调和药末制成丸剂，如绿豆大小，以朱砂为衣。清晨空腹用温酒送服十丸，每日一次，到晚上排出肉疙瘩样的物质。如果颈部有五个结节，就用五服药来消除它；根据结节生长的数量多少，决定服药次数，之后可以再增加几服。如果是热毒疮疖尚未形成脓头的，服用一服也能消散。
治疗九漏瘰疬，发于颈项和腋窝之间，憎寒发热，或者疼痛或者不痛。

以上药材研为细末。每次服用二钱，加入腻粉半钱研匀，在五更天用糯米饮调服，巳时排出恶物，这就是疮毒的根源。再等待十余日，再进服一剂。忌食发风壅热的食物。如果已经形成疮疡，一个月可见效，使用此方神验。
治疗瘰疬。在使用花蛇散攻逐病邪之后，必须用此方进行补益，以永远去除病根。
海藻（洗净）、石决明（煅）、羌活、瞿麦穗（各等分）。
以上药材研为细末。每次服用二钱，用米汤调服，每日三次，直到排尽清水样大便为妙。
Treats scrofula (Luo Li, a disease characterized by tuberculous lymphadenitis), regardless of whether the duration is long or short, and small nodules connected in clusters on both sides behind the neck; also treats abdominal masses associated with consumptive diseases (Lao Zhai).
One crucian carp (remove intestines, stomach, and roe; place one piece of realgar [Xionghuang] the size of a chicken egg and one qian of sand inside the belly; place the fish belly-up on charcoal fire until smoke ceases). Remove from fire, then add one whole centipede, half liang of Curcuma zedoaria (Pengzhu), five Gardenia fruits (Zhizi), two pods of Gleditsia sinensis (Zaojiao), and burn five castor beans (Bimazi) after removing skins over a lamp. Additionally use three wen of yellow gelatin (Huangming Jiao) and two pods of Gleditsia sinensis (Zaojiao) (skins removed, roasted with suet oil).
Grind all above into powder. Separately take two pods of Gleditsia sinensis (Zaojiao), remove skins, crush, infuse in three bowls of water to extract juice, filter dregs, and boil four liang of lean mutton until soft. Add five qia of calomel (Qingfen) and half liang of human breast milk (male infant's milk), grind together into a paste, mix with the powder to form pills the size of mung beans, coated with cinnabar (Zhusha). Take ten pills early in the morning with warm wine, once daily. By evening, pass out meat-like lumps. If there are five nodules on the neck, use five doses to eliminate them; determine the number of doses based on the quantity of growths, and may increase by several doses thereafter. For hot-toxin sores and boils that have not yet formed a head, one dose is sufficient to dissipate them.
Treats nine types of leaking scrofula (Jiu Lou Luo Li), occurring between the neck and axilla, accompanied by aversion to cold and fever, either painful or painless.
Two liang of Bungarus multicinctus (Baihua She) (soaked in wine until soft, skin and bones removed, dried and weighed); half qian of Rhinocerotis Cornu (Sheng Xi) (shaved); half liang of Pharbitidis Semen (Hei Qianniu) (half raw, half stir-fried); half liang of Citrus reticulata pericarpium (Qingpi).
Grind all above into powder. Each dose: two qian mixed evenly with half qian of calomel (Nifen), taken at wu geng (early dawn) with glutinous rice drink. At si shi (9-11 AM), evacuate foul matter, which is the root of the sore. Wait more than ten days, then administer another dose. Avoid foods that induce wind and cause heat obstruction. If sores are already formed, efficacy can be seen within one month; this formula is miraculous.
Treats scrofula. After using Huashe San to expel pathogens, this formula must be used for tonification to permanently eradicate the root.
Sargassum (Haizao) (washed), Haliotidis Concha (Shijueming) (calcined), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo), Spermacoceae Herba (Qumai Sui) (equal parts).
Grind all above into powder. Each dose: two qian taken with rice soup, three times daily. It is ideal when clear watery stool is completely evacuated.
