上锉散。每服一两，用水一碗，煎七分盏，取清汁服。

治疗方法与前述相同。

以上药材切碎成散剂。每次服用四钱，取鲤鱼一条，不论大小，剖开洗净鳞片和内脏，用清水煮熟后去掉鱼肉，只取鱼汁一盏半（煎煮药物）。
治疗妇人患病，饮食如常，心中烦热无法安卧，反而需要倚靠呼吸（喘息），因为胞系扭转导致小便不通，因此造成这种病，名叫转胞。只要通利小便就能痊愈，这是因为方剂中含有茯苓的缘故。（该方见大方科香港脚类。）
治疗妊娠期间手脚肿胀满闷、拘挛紧急。

以上药材切碎成散剂。每次服用一两，用水一碗，煎至七分盏，取澄清的药汁服用。
治疗妊娠期间腰部和脚部肿痛。

以上药材切碎成散剂。每次服用四钱，用水一盏半煎煮，饭前服用。
治疗胎冷，腹部胀满虚痛，两胁虚鸣，脐下冷痛，小便频数，大便滑泄。
诃子（用面粉包裹煨熟，去核）一两，白术一两，陈皮一两，高良姜一两（炒制），木香一两（不经过火烤），白芍药一两，陈米一两。
以上药材切碎成散剂。每次服用四钱，用水一盏半，加生姜五片煎煮，不拘时间温服。忌食生冷食物。
治疗胎气不和，胎儿位置偏上，腹部胀满疼痛，称为“子悬”。又治疗临产时因惊恐导致气机郁结，连续几天胎儿不下。
紫苏（连茎）一两，川当归三分，人参半两，川芎半两，白芍药半两，陈皮半两，甘草一分（炙制）。
以上药材切碎成散剂。每次服用三钱，用水一盏半，加生姜四片、葱六寸煎煮，空腹服用。
治疗妊娠期间小便淋漓不尽，名叫“子淋”，或者按“转胞”治疗无效者。
麦门冬一钱，通草一钱，滑石一钱，当归一钱（去除芦头，用酒浸泡），灯心草半两，甘草半两（炙制），人参半两，细辛半两。
以上药材研为细末。每次服用三钱，用麦门冬汤调服，不拘时间服用。另一方案，只用槟榔、赤芍药各等分，用水煎煮，空腹……（原文此处中断）
The treatment is the same as mentioned above.
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) [remove rhizome, soak in wine] 3 qian, Baishao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Alba) 3 qian, Bai Fuling (Poria) 4 qian, Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) 5 qian.
Crush the above herbs into a powder. Take 4 qian per dose, using one carp regardless of size, clean the scales and entrails, boil in plain water until cooked, remove the fish, and use 1.5 zhan of fish broth to decoct the medicine.
Treat women with illness where appetite remains normal, accompanied by irritability, heat sensation, inability to lie flat, and instead requiring leaning forward to breathe (orthopnea/dyspnea), due to the bladder ligament being twisted causing urinary retention, thus resulting in this disease, named Zhuanbao (Cystoptosis/Urinary Retention). It will be cured by promoting urination, because the formula contains Fuling (Poria). (See the formula under the Hongjiao category in the Major Formulas section.)
Treat pregnancy with swelling and fullness of hands and feet, and spasmodic tightness.
Chixiaodou (Seed Vigna Angularis) and Shanglu Gan (Radix Phytolaccae Radix Dried) in equal parts.
Crush the above herbs into a powder. Take 1 liang per dose, decoct in one bowl of water until reduced to 0.7 zhan, and take the clear juice.
Treat pregnancy with swelling and pain in the waist and legs.
Fuling (Poria) 4 liang, Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) 4 liang, Jiangjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Dried) 3 liang, Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) 3 liang, Xingren (Semen Armeniacae Amarum) 3 liang (wash with hot water, remove skin and tips).
Crush the above herbs into a powder. Take 4 qian per dose, decoct in 1.5 zhan of water, take before meals.
Treat cold womb, abdominal distension with empty pain, empty ringing in both hypochondria, cold pain below the umbilicus, frequent urination, and loose stools.
Hezi (Fructus Terminaliae Chebulae) [wrap in flour and roast, remove seeds] 1 liang, Baizhu (Rhizoma Atractylodis Macrocephalae) 1 liang, Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) 1 liang, Gaoliangjiang (Rhizoma Alpiniae Officinarum) 1 liang (stir-fry), Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae) 1 liang (do not expose to fire), Baishao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Alba) 1 liang, Chenmi (Oryza Sativa Dried) 1 liang.
Crush the above herbs into a powder. Take 4 qian per dose, decoct in 1.5 zhan of water with 5 slices of Shengjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens), take warm at any time. Avoid raw and cold foods.
Treat disharmony of fetal qi, fetus positioned high, with abdominal distension and pain, known as Zixuan (Floating Fetus). Also treat fright and qi stagnation during labor leading to failure of delivery for several days.
Zisu (Herba Perillae Frutescentis) [with stems] 1 liang, Chuan Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) 3 fen, Renshen (Radix Ginseng) 0.5 liang, Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong) 0.5 liang, Baishao Yao (Radix Paeoniae Alba) 0.5 liang, Chenpi (Pericarpium Citri Reticulatae) 0.5 liang, Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) 1 fen (roasted).
Crush the above herbs into a powder. Take 3 qian per dose, decoct in 1.5 zhan of water with 4 slices of Shengjiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Recens) and 6 cun of Congbai (Bulbus Allii Cepae), take on an empty stomach.
Treat pregnancy with dribbling urination, named Zilin (Dysuria of Pregnancy), or when treated as Zhuanbao (Cystoptosis) without success.
Maimendong (Radix Ophiopogonis Japonici) 1 qian, Tongcao (Medulla Tetrapanacis) 1 qian, Huashi (Talcum) 1 qian, Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis) 1 qian [remove rhizome, soak in wine], Dengxin (Medulla Junci) 0.5 liang, Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata) 0.5 liang (roasted), Renshen (Radix Ginseng) 0.5 liang, Xixin (Herba Asari) 0.5 liang.
Grind the above herbs into fine powder. Take 3 qian per dose, mix with Maimendong Tang (Decoction of Radix Ophiopogonis Japonici), take at any time.
