和安散
木香 当归 川芎 北前胡 柴胡 青皮 北梗 甘草（炙） 赤茯苓（各等分）
上锉散。每服一钱，水一盏，生姜二片，枣一枚煎，空心服。
枇杷叶散、来复丹（方见大方科伤暑及痼冷类。）
养脏汤，香连丸（方并见大方科泄泻类。）
震灵丹
治面黧黑，齿消脱，骨力弱，小腹痛，泄多白脓。
上用三丸为末，入钟乳粉半钱，以炒破故纸一钱半，生肉豆蔻一钱，大枣二枚，煎取清
汁，

豆蔻散：治疗腹痛伴洞泄，肠胃虚寒。
肉豆蔻（一枚，挖一小孔，内滴入乳香一块，用面皮包裹煨熟）
以上研为细末。每次服用一钱，用米饮调服。
和安散：
木香、当归、川芎、北前胡、柴胡、青皮、北梗（桔梗）、甘草（炙）、赤茯苓（各等分）
以上切碎成散剂。每次服用一钱，用水一盏，生姜两片，大枣一枚煎煮，空腹服用。
枇杷叶散、来复丹（方剂见大方科伤暑及痼冷类）。
养脏汤、香连丸（方剂均见大方科泄泻类）。
震灵丹：治疗面色黧黑，牙齿脱落，骨骼无力，小腹痛，泄泻多伴有白色脓液。
取上述药三丸研为细末，加入钟乳粉半钱，用炒过的补骨脂一钱半、生肉豆蔻一钱、大枣二枚，煎取清汁送服。
Anshen Wan (Calming Spirit Pill), Xiao Jing Wan (Minor Startle Pill), Baizhu San (Atractylodes Macrocephala Powder): Treat diarrhea with green stools. (Formulas are cited previously.)
Baizhu San (Atractylodes Macrocephala Powder), Chansu Wan (Toad Venom Pill), Shijun Bing (Quingjie Biscuit): Treat diarrhea where the stool is rotten and mud-like, accompanied by abdominal tightness. (Formulas are cited previously.)
Xiaoji Wan (Accumulation-Dissolving Pill): Treat diarrhea with extremely foul-smelling stool and abdominal pain. (Formula cited previously.) After administration, subsequently use Yihuang San (Yellow Protecting Powder) (formula cited later), Pingwei San (Stomach-Pacifying Powder), and Suosha Xiangfu Tang (Amomum and Cyperus Decoction), to tonify Spleen Qi for stabilization. (Formulas are cited in the Major Formulas section under Qi Disorders and Spleen-Stomach categories.)
Wuling San (Five-Ingredient Poria Decoction) (formula cited in Major Formulas section under Heatstroke category), Tongxin Yin (Heart-Unblocking Infusion) (formula cited previously): Treat loose stools with a sensation of heat in the large intestine. Take 2 qian per dose, administered with a decoction of Dengxincao (Junci Medulla).
For extreme cold in the Zang-Fu organs, with watery diarrhea resembling broken water, use Yunqi San (Qi-Balancing Powder). To alter the syndrome pattern, use Baizhu San (Atractylodes Macrocephala Powder) or Guanyin San (Guanyin Powder), taken with a decoction of Dongguazi Ren (Winter Melon Seed). Or, for Spleen Qi deficiency, take Lizhong Tang (Regulate the Middle Decoction). Lizhong Tang (Regulate the Middle Decoction): Treat persistent cold-type diarrhea. Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with Jujube Decoction or Salt Water. (Formula cited in Major Formulas section under Cholera category.)
Doukou San (Cardamom Powder): Treat abdominal pain with profuse diarrhea due to deficiency-cold of the intestines and stomach.
Roudoukou (Nux Vomica Seed / Myristicae Semen) (one seed, hollowed out, filled with a piece of Rushi Xiang (Frankincense), wrapped in dough and roasted until cooked).
Grind into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, mixed with Rice Drink.
He'an San (Harmony and Peace Powder):
Muxiang (Costus Root), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root), Chuanxiong (Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizome), Bei Qianhu (Peucedani Radix), Chaihu (Bupleuri Radix), Qingpi (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium Viride), Beigeng (Platycodonis Radix), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, honey-fried), Chifuling (Poria with Red Host, each in equal parts).
Cut into coarse pieces. Take 1 qian per dose, decoct with one cup of water, two slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), and one Dazao (Jujubae Fructus). Take on an empty stomach.
Pipaye San (Loquat Leaf Powder), Laifu Dan (Restoring Harmony Pill) (formulas cited in Major Formulas section under Heatstroke and Chronic Cold categories).
Yangzang Tang (Nourish Viscera Decoction), Xianglian Wan (Coptis and Costus Pill) (formulas cited in Major Formulas section under Diarrhea category).
Zhenling Dan (Spiritual Energy Cinnabar Pill): Treat sallow-dark complexion, tooth loss, weak bone strength, lower abdominal pain, and diarrhea with abundant white pus.
Take three pills of the above, grind into powder, add Zhongru Fen (Stalactitum Powder) half a qian. Decoct with Chao Poguzhi (Fried Psoraleae Fructus) 1.5 qian, Sheng Roudoukou (Raw Myristicae Semen) 1 qian, and two Dazao (Jujubae Fructus). Take the clear decoction to administer the powder.
Xiangge Tang (Pueraria and Costus Decoction):
Take two slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens) and five grains of Douchi (Sojae Semen Praeparatum), decoct with one cup of water. (Formula cited in Major Formulas section under Cold Damage category.)
