蝉蜕散
治饮酒后遍身痒如风疮，抓至血出，其痒止后痛。
蝉蜕（去头足翼土，二十个） 薄荷叶（一两）
上为末。每服二钱，小酒调服，不拘时候立效。
治疗瘾疹，邪气上攻头面部，导致皮肤红肿瘙痒，抓挠后表皮脱落，形成疮疡，既痒又痛，渗出液流注扩散。
川乌（用汤水清洗三至五次，去除皮和尖，焙干后称量）半斤，荆芥穗半斤，薄荷五两，杜当归（洗净浸泡三日）。
治疗因沐浴后感受腠理风冷，导致全身出现瘾疹，抓挠后随即肿起，以及伴有眩晕、呕吐的症状。
白术一两，神曲二两（炒制），甘草一分。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，用米汤调服。另一方法，将土朱研磨炒制，用冷酒调服二钱。不饮酒者，可用茶调服。
治疗风气挟带热邪，导致瘾疹瘙痒。
胡麻子五两，苦参、荆芥穗、何首乌各二两，威灵仙、防风、石菖蒲、牛蒡子（炒制）、菊花。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，饭后用薄荷汤或清茶送服。
治疗全身瘾疹，疼痛并发展为疮疡。
白僵蚕一两，炒至黄色，研为细末，分四次用酒调服。
敷药：明矾、朴硝研为细末，用井水调和，用鸡毛蘸取扫敷患处。
另一方：赤小豆、荆芥穗晒干，研为细末，用鸡蛋清调和，薄涂于患处。
蚕沙，用新汲水煎煮，在温暖的密室中清洗患处。
平血饮
治疗遍身生疮，脓血肿胀，极度疼痛且瘙痒。
干葛、赤芍药、升麻各一两，粉草五钱，加天麻、蝉蜕。
以上药物切碎成散剂，与人参败毒散混合，加入生姜、薄荷、生地黄、去心的麦门冬煎煮，不拘时候服用，效果极佳。
小牛黄丸
治疗心肺积热，肾脏风毒，攻犯皮肤，时常生出疥癞，瘙痒难忍，时常流出黄水。以及大风病导致的手脚眉毛脱落，一切风疾。
玄参、荆芥穗各四两，苦参半斤，大川乌、宣连各一两，真牛黄二钱。
以上药物研为细末，用水糊制作成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三十丸，用温水或茶清送服。另一方，加入麻黄、防风、皂角末。
牛黄清心丸（方剂见风科通治类。）
天麻煎
治疗风毒入胃，以及心肾经络受邪攻注，导致全身关节疼痛，头目虚肿，痰涎不利，邪气下注腰脚，导致肢体软弱迟缓。治疗妇人血风，男子癞风。以及风湿香港脚攻注皮肤，引起瘙痒瘾疹。偏正头风。
川乌头（净洗，灰炒至裂开，去除皮和脐）二两，草乌头（水浸三日，洗去皮，二两）。
以上药物研为细末，用醋糊制作成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三十丸，用茶清送服。
酒蒸黄连丸
主治同上。（方剂见大方科诸气类。用米饮送服三十丸。）

治疗恶疮生在背部、胁部、头脑、四肢要害处，连续服用一二剂。得利即见效，未得利再服。（方见积热类。）
当归饮

治疗各种恶疮红赤，痛痒不定，心烦口干。以及妇人血风，红斑圆点，溃烂成疮，痒痛流汁。
连翘、赤芍药、当归、荆芥、防风、牛蒡子（炒制）、川芎、栀子、黄芩、瞿麦、木通、生干地黄。
以上药物切碎成散剂。每次服用四钱。加水一盏半，灯心草二十茎煎煮，不拘时候服用。
赤小豆汤
治疗少年气血俱热，从而生出疮疥。变为肿胀满闷，或烦渴，小便不利。
赤小豆（炒制）、当归（去芦，炒制）、商陆、连翘仁、赤芍药、汉防己、木猪苓（去皮）、桑白皮。
以上药物切碎成散剂。每次服用四钱，加水一盏半，生姜五片煎煮，不拘时候温服。热势重者，加犀角二钱半。
蝉蜕散
治疗饮酒后遍身瘙痒如风疮，抓至出血，止痒后转为疼痛。
蝉蜕（去除头足翼土，二十个），薄荷叶一两。
以上药物研为细末。每次服用二钱，用小酒调服，不拘时候立即见效。
Treat urticaria (urticaria), where pathogenic factors attack the head and face, causing redness, swelling, itching, and skin shedding upon scratching, leading to sores that are both itchy and painful, with exudate spreading.
Chuanwu (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) (washed with boiling water three to five times, peel and tip removed, dried and weighed) half a jin, Jingjie Sui (Schizonepetae Spica) half a jin, Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) five liang, Du Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (washed and soaked for three days).
Treat body-wide urticaria caused by wind-cold invading the pores after bathing, characterized by immediate swelling upon scratching, accompanied by dizziness, vertigo, nausea, and vomiting.
Baizhu (Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma) one liang, Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata) two liang (stir-fried), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) one fen.
Grind the above into powder. Take two qian each time, mixed with rice water. Another method: grind Tuzhu (Cinnabaris) and stir-fry, mix with cold wine for two qian. For those who do not drink alcohol, mix with tea.

Treat wind qi carrying heat, causing urticaria itching.
Huma Zi (Sesami Fructus) five liang, Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix), Jingjie Sui (Schizonepetae Spica), Heshouwu (Polygoni Multiflori Radix) each two liang, Weilingxian (Salviae Miltiorrhizae Radix et Rhizoma), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Shichangpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma), Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus) (stir-fried), Juhua (Chrysanthemi Flos).
Grind the above into powder. Take two qian each time, after meals, taken with Bohe Tang (Mint Decoction) or clear tea.
Treat body-wide urticaria, pain developing into sores.
Bai Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus) one liang, stir-fried until yellow, ground into powder, divided into four doses, taken with wine.
Topical application: Mingfan (Alumen) and Puxiao (Natrii Sulfas) ground into powder, mixed with well water, applied with a chicken feather.
Another formula: Chixiaodou (Vigna Semen Rubrum) and Jingjie Sui (Schizonepetae Spica) sun-dried, ground into powder, mixed with egg white, thinly applied.
Can Sha (Bombyx Batryticatus), decocted in fresh water, wash the affected area in a warm room.
Pingxue Yin (Blood-Pacifying Drink)
Treat sores all over the body with pus, blood, swelling, extreme pain, and itching.
Gange (Puerariae Lobatae Radix), Chishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) each one liang, Fengan (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) five qian, add Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum).
Cut the above into pieces to make a powder, mix with Renshen Baidu San (Ginseng Detoxification Powder), decoct with Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba), Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix), and Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix) (heart removed). Take at any time; highly effective.
Xiao Niuhuang Wan (Little Ox Gallstone Pill)
Treat accumulation of heat in the Heart and Lung, toxic wind in the Kidney attacking the skin, frequently producing scabies and leprosy-like sores, unbearable itching, and frequent discharge of yellow fluid. Also treats severe wind disease causing hair loss on hands, feet, and eyebrows, and all wind diseases.
Xuanshen (Scrophulariae Radix), Jingjie Sui (Schizonepetae Spica) each four liang, Kushen (Sophorae Flavescentis Radix) half a jin, Da Chuanwu (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata), Xuanlian (Coptidis Rhizoma) each one liang, Zhen Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis) two qian.
Grind the above into powder, make pills with water paste, size of Sophora seeds. Take thirty pills each time, with warm water or tea clearing. Another formula adds Mahuang (Ephedrae Herba), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), and Zaofeng Mo (Stemonae Radix powder).
Niuhuang Qingxin Wan (Ox Gallstone Clearing Heart Pill) (Formula see Wind Syndrome General Treatment Category.)
Tianma Jian (Gastrodia Decoction)
Treat wind toxicity entering the Stomach, and pathogenic factors attacking via Heart and Kidney meridians, causing pain in all joints, deficiency swelling of head and eyes, difficulty in expectoration of phlegm-saliva, downward flow to waist and legs causing weakness and slowness. Treats women's blood wind, men's leprosy wind. Also rheumatic Hongjiao (gout) attacking the skin, causing itching and urticaria. Hemiplegic headache and frontal headache.
Chuan Wutou (Aconiti Radix) (cleanly washed, ash-roasted until cracked, peel and navel removed) two liang, Cao Wutou (Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix) (soaked in water for three days, washed and peeled) two liang.
Grind the above into powder, make pills with vinegar paste, size of Sophora seeds. Take thirty pills with tea clearing.
Jiu Zheng Huanglian Wan (Wine-Steamed Coptis Pill)

Jinghuang Tang (Schizonepeta and Coptis Decoction)
Treat malignant sores occurring on the back, flanks, head, brain, and vital points of limbs. Take one or two doses consecutively. Effective if bowel movement occurs; take again if not. (See Accumulated Heat Category.)
Danggui Yin (Angelica Drink)
Treats stagnation of Heart blood, internal accumulation of wind-heat erupting on the skin, causing body-wide sores and scabies, swelling or itching, oozing pus, or emergence of red rashes.
Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (remove radicle), Baishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Alba), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix) (wash), Baijili (Tribuli Fructus) (stir-fry, remove spines), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix) (remove radicle), Jingjie Sui (Schizonepetae Spica) each one liang.
Cut the above into pieces to make a powder. Take four qian each time, with one and a half cups of water, five slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), decoct, take warm at any time.
Lianqiao Yin (Forsythia Drink)
Treats various malignant sores that are red and hot, with不定 pain and itching, heart vexation, and dry mouth. Also treats women's blood wind, red spots and round dots, ulcerating into sores with itching, pain, and flowing fluid.
Lianqiao (Forsythiae Fructus), Chishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Jingjie (Schizonepetae Spica), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Niubangzi (Arctii Fructus) (stir-fried), Chuanxiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Zhizi (Gardeniae Fructus), Huangqin (Scutellariae Radix), Qumai (Dianthi Herba), Mutong (Akebiae Caulis), Sheng Gan Dihuang (Rehmanniae Radix Preparata).
Cut the above into pieces to make a powder. Take four qian each time. With one and a half cups of water, twenty stems of Dengxincao (Junci Medulla), decoct, take at any time.
Chixiaodou Tang (Red Bean Decoction)
Treats youth with excessive heat in both qi and blood, subsequently generating sores and scabies. Transforming into swelling and fullness, or vexation and thirst, with difficult urination.
Chixiaodou (Vigna Semen Rubrum) (stir-fried), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (remove radicle, stir-fried), Shanglu (Phytolaccae Radix), Lianqiao Ren (Forsythiae Semen), Chishaoyao (Paeoniae Radix Rubra), Han Fangji (Stephaniae Tetrandrae Rhizoma), Mu Zhu Ling (Polyporus), Sangbaipi (Mori Cortex).
Cut the above into pieces to make a powder. Take four qian each time, with one and a half cups of water, five slices of Shengjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens), decoct, take warm at any time. If heat is severe, add Xijiao (Rhinocerotis Cornu) two and a half qian.
Chantui San (Cicada Slough Powder)
Treats body-wide itching like wind sores after drinking alcohol, scratching until bleeding, followed by pain after itching stops.
Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum) (remove head, feet, wings, soil, twenty units), Bohe Ye (Menthae Haplocalycis Folium) one liang.
Grind the above into powder. Take two qian each time, mixed with small amount of wine, take at any time for immediate effect.
