代赭石（火煅，醋淬七次） 紫石英（炮制同上） 禹余粮（炮制同上） 香附子（去毛，醋煮。各二两） 阿胶（蛤粉炒） 当归（去芦头，酒浸） 蒲黄（炒。各一两） 血竭（单独研细，半两）
以上药物研为细末，用艾叶醋汁调和糯米糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用七十丸，空腹时，米汤送服。
治疗忧思过度，劳伤心经。心主血脉，心气虚弱不能统摄诸经之血，也能导致崩中下血。
当归（去芦头，酒浸） 川芎 茯神（去木心） 远志小草 阿胶（蛤粉炒） 鹿茸（燎去毛，酒蒸，焙干。各半两）
以上药物切碎成散剂。每次服用四钱，用水一盏半，生姜五片煎煮，空腹饭前，温服。
治疗小产后及下元虚损，数月崩漏不止。

以上药物研为细末，醋糊制成梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三十五丸。以十全大补汤三钱，加入嫩鹿茸（去毛，酒炙）、阿胶，用温酒调下。（方剂见《大方科》脾胃类。）
治疗劳伤过度，致使脏腑受损，冲任二脉气虚，不能约束固摄，或突然暴下崩中，或下鲜血，或瘀血连绵不断，淋沥不止，形体羸弱，气息低劣，倦怠困乏，均予以治疗。

Treating metrorrhagia and metrostaxis that does not stop, or leukorrhea of five colors, or indeterminate red and white discharge, or resembling bean juice, or resembling pig liver, or discharging blood stasis, with distending pain in the umbilical and abdominal regions, dizziness, and blurred vision. If it persists for a long time, it causes sallow emaciation, dry mouth, chest irritability, and loss of appetite.

Grind into powder, make pills with vinegar paste of glutinous rice, size of sophora seeds. Take 70 pills each time, on an empty stomach, down with rice drink.
Treating excessive worry and thought, damaging the Heart Meridian due to fatigue. The Heart governs blood; when Heart Qi is deficient and cannot maintain the blood of all meridians, it can also cause metrorrhagia and lower bleeding.

Cut into pieces for decoction. Take 4 qian each time, with one and a half cups of water and five slices of fresh ginger, decocted. Take warm on an empty stomach before meals.
Treating post-miscarriage and deficiency of the lower origin, with metrorrhagia and metrostaxis persisting for months.

Grind into powder, make pills with vinegar paste, size of sophora seeds. Take 35 pills each time. Mix with 3 qian of Shiquan Dabu Decoction, add tender Cervi Cornu Pantotrichum (deprived of hair, roasted in wine) and Colla Corii Asini, take with warm wine. (Prescription seen in the Spleen and Stomach category of Da Fang Ke.)
Treating excessive labor injury, damaging the zang-fu organs, causing Qi deficiency in the Chong and Ren vessels, unable to restrain and control, resulting in sudden severe metrorrhagia, or discharge of fresh blood, or continuous blood stasis dripping without stopping, emaciated body, weak qi, fatigue and lassitude. All these are treated.
