治九种心痛，腹胁气胀，不欲饮食。
附子（炮，去皮脐，二两） 干姜（炮） 吴茱萸（炒） 野狼毒（锉，醋拌，炒黄） 人
参（各一两） 巴豆（半两，去壳油）
上细末，炼蜜为丸，如梧桐子大，每服三丸，热汤送下，不拘时候。
治急心痛胃痛。
五灵脂（去砂石） 玄胡索（炒，去皮） 蓬莪术（煨，锉）良姜（锉，炒） 当归（去
芦，洗）
上等分，为细末，每服二钱，热醋汤调服，不拘时候。
治大人小儿蛔咬心痛。经云∶虫贯心则杀人，欲验之，大便不可忍，或吐青黄绿水涎沫，
或吐虫出，发有休止，此是蛔心痛也，宜速疗之。
干漆（捶碎，炒火烟尽，一两） 雷丸 芜荑（各半两）
上为细末，每服三钱，温水七分盏，调和服，不拘时候，甚者不过三服。小儿每服半钱
重。
治饮啖生冷果菜，寒留中焦，心脾冷痛不可忍，及老幼霍乱吐泻。
干姜（炮） 浓朴（姜制，锉，炒） 草果仁 缩砂仁 神曲（锉，炒） 麦 （炒） 橘
红良姜（锉，炒） 甘草
上为细末，每服三钱，用热盐汤点服，不拘时候。
治心痛不可忍者。
高良姜（一两，锉如骰子，火煨） 巴豆（五枚，去壳）
上和，炒令转色，去巴豆不用，研为细末，每服二钱，用热酒调服，不拘时候。
治疗九种心痛，腹胁部气机胀满，不想进食。

五灵脂（去掉砂石杂质） 玄胡索（炒制，去掉皮） 蓬莪术（煨制，切碎） 良姜（切碎，炒制） 当归（去掉芦头，洗净）
以上药物等量混合，研成细末，每次服用二钱，用热醋汤调服，不限定时间。
治疗成人及小儿蛔虫咬噬所致的心痛。医经说：虫子穿透心脏会导致死亡。想要验证是否为此症，患者大便难以忍受，或者吐出青黄绿色的水液涎沫，或者吐出虫子，发作有间歇期，这就是蛔虫心痛，应当迅速治疗。
干漆（捣碎，炒至火烟烧尽，一两） 雷丸 芜荑（各半两）
以上药物研成细末，每次服用三钱，用七分满杯的温水调和后服用，不限定时间，病情严重的不超过三次服药即可。小儿每次服用半钱重。
治疗因饮食生冷瓜果蔬菜，寒气停留于中焦，导致心脾冷痛难以忍受，以及老人小孩霍乱引起的呕吐腹泻。
干姜（炮制） 浓朴（姜汁制，切碎，炒制） 草果仁 缩砂仁 神曲（切碎，炒制） 麦芽（炒制） 橘红 良姜（切碎，炒制） 甘草
以上药物研成细末，每次服用三钱，用热盐汤冲服，不限定时间。
治疗心痛难以忍受的情况。
高良姜（一两，切碎如骰子大小，火煨） 巴豆（五枚，去掉壳）
将两者混合，炒至颜色改变，去掉巴豆不用，将剩余药物研成细末，每次服用二钱，用热酒调服，不限定时间。
Treats nine types of heart pain, abdominal and hypochondriac qi distension, and loss of appetite.
Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata) (processed, skin and umbilicus removed, two liang), Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) (processed), Wuzhuyu (Evodiae Fructus) (stir-fried), Yelangdu (Stellerae Radix) (cut into pieces, mixed with vinegar, stir-fried until yellow), Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma) (each one liang), Badou (Crotonis Fructus) (half a liang, husk and oil removed).
The above are ground into fine powder, formed into pills with refined honey, the size of Sophora japonica seeds. Take three pills per dose, swallowed with hot water, at any time.
Treats acute heart pain and stomach pain.
Wulingzhi (Trogopterori Faeces) (sand and gravel removed), Xuanhusuo (Cyperi Rotundi Rhizoma) (stir-fried, skin removed), Peng'ezhu (Curcumae Longae Rhizoma) (roasted, cut into pieces), Liangjiang (Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma) (cut into pieces, stir-fried), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix) (rhizome removed, washed).
The above are taken in equal parts, ground into fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with hot vinegar water, at any time.
Treats heart pain caused by roundworm biting in adults and children. The medical classics state: "If worms penetrate the heart, it is fatal." To verify this, the patient may experience unbearable urge to defecate, or vomit green-yellow watery saliva, or vomit worms. The attacks have intervals; this is roundworm heart pain, which should be treated promptly.
Ganqi (Periplocae Semen) (beaten into fragments, stir-fried until smoke disappears, one liang), Leiwu (Waniliae Semen), Wuyi (Chrysanthemi Indici Flos) (each half a liang).
The above are ground into fine powder. Take three qian per dose, mixed with seven-tenths of a cup of warm water, at any time. For severe cases, no more than three doses are needed. Children take half a qian per dose.
Treats cold pain in the heart and spleen that is unbearable due to cold lingering in the middle jiao from consuming raw and cold fruits and vegetables, as well as cholera-like vomiting and diarrhea in the elderly and children.
Ganjiang (Zingiberis Rhizoma) (processed), Houpo (Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex) (processed with ginger juice, cut into pieces, stir-fried), Caoguo Ren (Tsao-ko Fructus), Suazhen Ren (Amomi Fructus Rotundus), Shenqu (Massa Medicata Fermentata) (cut into pieces, stir-fried), Maiya (Hordei Fructus Germinatus) (stir-fried), Juhong (Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium), Liangjiang (Alpiniae Officinarum Rhizoma) (cut into pieces, stir-fried), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma).
The above are ground into fine powder. Take three qian per dose, taken with hot salt water, at any time.
Treats unbearable heart pain.
Gaoliangjiang (Alpiniae Katsumadai Rhizoma) (one liang, cut into dice-sized pieces, fire-roasted), Badou (Crotonis Fructus) (five seeds, husk removed).
Mix them together, stir-fry until the color changes, remove the Badou and do not use it, grind the remainder into fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with hot wine, at any time.
