可进。如疮发三五日之后，此药但可间服，当别用药以治疗。
愈，不曾表汗，余毒在经络，背发大疽，自肩下连腰胁肿甚，
药敷之，中夜大呕，乃连进此药四服，呕遂止，既而疮溃出赤
瘰者，痛过辄呕，服此药呕亦止，近见有人病疽，医者不肯
杨氏之言，以解世人之惑。
夫肺痈者，由风寒之气，内舍于肺，其气结聚所成也。盖肺为五脏之华盖，其位象天，

上 咀，每服四钱，水一盏半，生姜五片，煎至八分，去滓，温服，不拘时候。若大便

瘰疬者，疼痛加剧时就会呕吐，服用此药呕吐也会停止，最近见到有人患疽病，医生不肯
采纳杨氏的说法，以此解除世人的疑惑。

甜葶苈（二两半，隔纸炒至紫色）
以上研为细末，每次服用二钱，用水一中盏，煎至六分，温服，不限时候。
Dou Fen (1 liang) and Xiangru (Pistacia mastic, half liang, ground separately).
The above are powdered and mixed evenly. Take with boiled water. Another method is to mix with a decoction of raw Gancao (Licorice Root) and take a small amount, sipping slowly from time to time, so that the medicinal effect remains in the chest and diaphragm.
Whenever
Qi attacks and rushes against the Zang-Fu organs, gradually causing vomiting, later often leading to sores in the throat and tongue, which become black, rotten, and grow fungoid masses,
it can be taken. If after three or five days of the sore's eruption, this medicine should only be taken intermittently; other medicines should be used for treatment.
Cured, without prior sweating, residual toxins remain in the meridians, causing a large carbuncle on the back, swelling severely from the shoulder down to the waist and hypochondrium,
apply medicine externally. In the middle of the night, severe vomiting occurred, so four doses of this medicine were taken consecutively, and the vomiting stopped. Subsequently, the sore ruptured and discharged red fluid.
For those with Luoli (scrofula), vomiting occurs when pain intensifies; taking this medicine stops the vomiting. Recently, I saw someone suffering from a carbuncle, but the physician was unwilling to
adopt Yang Shi's words, to resolve the doubts of the world.
Fei Yong (Lung Abscess) is caused by Wind-Cold Qi entering and residing in the Lung, where Qi becomes knotted and aggregated. The Lung is the canopy of the Five Zang organs, its position resembling Heaven,

To treat Fei Yong, with Qi stagnation in the chest and heart, coughing up pus and blood, mental restlessness, dry throat with excessive thirst, swelling and fullness in both feet, red and yellow urine, and constipation:
Jiegeng (Platycodon Root, remove rhizome), Beimu (Fritillaria Bulb, remove core and membrane), Danggui (Angelica Sinensis Root, remove rhizome, soak in wine), Gualouzi (Trichosanthes Seed), Zhike (Aurantium Fruit, remove pulp, stir-fry with bran), Yiyiren (Coix Seed, stir-fry), Sangbaipi (Morus Bark, honey-water fried), Fangji (Stephania Root) (each 1 liang), Gancao Jie (Licorice Joint, raw use), Xingren (Apricot Seed, remove skin and tips, stir-fry with bran), Baihe (Lily Bulb, steamed) (each half liang), Huangqi (Astragalus Root, remove rhizome, 1.5 liang).
Chop the above ingredients. Take 4 qian per dose, with 1.5 cups of water and 5 slices of Shengjiang (Fresh Ginger), decoct until 0.8 cup remains, strain, and take warm. Do not restrict the time. If there is
constipation
To treat Fei Yong with wheezing, coughing, urgent breathing, and inability to sleep or lie down.
Tian Tingli (Periploca Seed, 2.5 liang, stir-fried between papers until purple).
Powder finely. Take 2 qian per dose, with one medium cup of water, decoct until 0.6 cup remains, and take warm. Do not restrict the time.
