间服，目渐稍明，大忌酒面、煎炙、烧爆、鸡、羊、鹅、鸭、豆腐、辛辣，一切毒食，并房
劳及稍温药，如其不然，眼不复明也。盖此证为怀身娠，多居火阁，衣着 褥浓盖，伏热在
里，或服补药，因食热物太过，致令胎热，肝脏壅极，风充入脑所致。

第十四问∶小腹虚胀者何？答曰∶因食硬物，伤妊娠，既受病，传于脾胃，脾胃气虚，

第十五问∶将产忽见横倒者何？答曰∶不能忌口，恣情多食，五脏气滞，六腑不和，胎

以上药材切碎，每次服用四钱，加水一盏半，放入好茶半钱，煎煮至八分满，滤去药渣，饭后温服。有一位孕妇出现眼睛转动不灵的症状，只服用四物汤加入荆芥、防风，另外在眼科对照第四十九辘轳转关证，服用天门冬饮子。只是交替服用这两种药物，眼睛逐渐稍微明亮，非常忌讳酒类、面食、油炸烧烤、鸡肉、羊肉、鹅肉、鸭肉、豆腐、辛辣食物，以及一切有毒的食物，还有房事劳累和稍带温性的药物，如果不这样做，眼睛就不会复明。因为这个病症是因为怀孕期间，多居住在火阁（温暖房间），穿着厚褥子覆盖，伏热在体内，或者服用补药，因为吃热性食物过多，导致胎热，肝脏壅塞至极，风邪充入脑部所致。

Crush the above herbs. For each dose, take four qian, add one dan and a half of water, put in half qian of good tea, decoct until eight fen remains, filter out the dregs, take orally after meals. There was a pregnant woman who experienced limited eye movement; she only took Siwu Tang (Four Substances Decoction) added with Jingjie and Fangfeng, and additionally, referring to Ophthalmology Case 49 "Wheel Axle Turning and Closing Syndrome," took Tianmendong Yinzi (Asparagi Decoction). By alternating these two prescriptions, her vision gradually improved slightly. Strictly avoid alcohol, wheat products, fried and roasted foods, chicken, mutton, goose, duck, tofu, spicy foods, all toxic foods, sexual exhaustion, and slightly warming medicines. If this is not followed, vision will not recover. This syndrome occurs because during pregnancy, one often resides in warm rooms, wears thick furs and covers, causing latent heat inside, or takes tonifying medicines, combined with excessive consumption of hot-natured foods, leading to fetal heat, extreme congestion of the Liver, and wind pathogen invading the brain.

Crush the above herbs. For each dose, take four qian, add one dan and a half of water, three slices of fresh ginger, decoct until eight fen remains, filter out the dregs, take warm after meals.
