Treats persistent hematochezia (blood in stool) caused by Jieyin syndrome (a condition where yin pathogen binds internally leading to bleeding).
Suan Shiliu Pi (Pericarpium Granati Acidum), Chen Ju Pi (Exocarpium Citri Reticulatae aged, soaked in decoction, pith removed), Zhi Gan Cao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata, roasted and chopped), Pao Gan Jiang (Rhizoma Zingiberis Preparatum, processed). All ingredients in equal proportions.
Dry the above ingredients by roasting, grind into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, mixed with aged rice water for administration, three times daily.
