治肺虚，风寒湿热之气加之，鼻内壅塞，涕出不已，或气息不通，或不闻香臭。
辛夷仁 细辛（洗去土叶） 本（去芦） 升麻 川芎 木通（去节） 防风（去芦）
羌活（去芦） 甘草（炙） 白芷（各等分）
上为细末，每服二钱，食后茶清调服。
治鼻塞不利。
当归（去芦） 木香（不见火） 通草 细辛（洗） 蕤仁（去壳） 川芎 白芷（各
三钱）
上七味， 咀，和羊髓，微火合煎三、五沸，白芷色黄，膏成，去滓，取如小豆，内鼻
中。
治时气鼻衄三升以上，恐多，宜此药止。
龙骨（不拘多少）
上为细末，用少许吹入鼻中。九窍出血者，皆用此药吹之。
治痈鼻者，有息肉，不闻香臭。通草 附子（炮，去皮脐） 细辛（洗）
上等分为细末，以蜜和，绵裹少许，纳鼻中。
治肺热鼻发赤瘰，俗名酒 鼻。
栀子仁（不拘多少）
上为细末，溶黄蜡等分为丸，如梧桐子大，每服二十丸，食后空心，茶酒嚼下，半月效，

枇杷叶（去毛，焙干）
上为末，茶调一、二钱，日三服。
治鼻流浊涕不止，名曰鼻渊。

上并晒干，为细末，每服二钱，用葱茶清，食后调服。

当归（去除芦头）、木香（不经过火炒）、通草、细辛（洗净）、蕤仁（去除外壳）、川芎、白芷（各三钱）。
将以上七味药切碎，与羊髓混合，用微火共同煎煮三到五次沸腾，直到白芷颜色变黄，膏剂制成，滤去药渣，制成如小豆大小的丸剂，纳入鼻中。
治疗时气病导致的鼻出血达三升以上，担心出血过多，宜用此药止血。
龙骨（数量不限）。
将上述药物研磨成细末，取少量吹入鼻中。九窍出血者，都用此药吹入。
治疗鼻息肉者，有息肉生长，闻不到香味和臭味。通草、附子（炮制，去皮和脐）、细辛（洗净）。
将上述药物研为细末，用蜂蜜调和，包裹在棉絮中少许，纳入鼻中。
治疗肺热导致鼻子发红生疮，俗称酒齄鼻。
栀子仁（数量不限）。
将上述药物研磨成细末，溶化黄蜡按等量制成丸剂，如梧桐子大小，每次服用二十丸，饭后空腹时，用茶或酒送服，半个月见效，忌口（原文此处缺失具体禁忌内容）。
又一方：

Treats Lung deficiency, where Qi of wind-cold, damp-heat invades, causing congestion inside the nose, continuous discharge of nasal mucus, or blocked breathing, or inability to perceive odors.
Xinyi Ren (Flos Magnoliae Buds), Xixin (Radix Asari), Bencao (Radix Ligustici Wallichii), Shengma (Rhizoma Cimicifugae), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Mutong (Caulis Akebiae), Fangfeng (Radix Saposhnikoviae), Qianghuo (Rhizoma et Radix Notopterygii), Gancao (Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata), Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae) [each in equal parts].
Grind the above into a fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with clear tea water after meals.
Treats nasal obstruction and difficulty in breathing through the nose.
Danggui (Radix Angelicae Sinensis), Muxiang (Radix Aucklandiae), Tongcao (Medulla Tetrapanacis), Xixin (Radix Asari), Ruren (Semen Pruni Armeniacae), Chuanxiong (Rhizoma Chuanxiong), Baizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae) [each three qian].
Chop the above seven herbs, mix with sheep marrow, and decoct over low heat for three to five boils until Baizhi turns yellow and the ointment is formed. Filter out the dregs, form pills the size of small beans, and insert into the nose.
Treats epistaxis caused by epidemic Qi exceeding three sheng; fearing excessive blood loss, use this medicine to stop it.
Longgu (Os Mastodi seu Ossis Frontis) [quantity as needed].
Grind the above into a fine powder. Blow a small amount into the nose. For bleeding from the nine orifices, use this medicine in the same manner.
Treats rhinophyma with polyps, resulting in inability to perceive odors. Tongcao (Medulla Tetrapanacis), Fuzi (Radix Aconiti Lateralis Preparata), Xixin (Radix Asari).
Grind the above into a fine powder, mix with honey, wrap a small amount in cotton, and insert into the nose.
Treats redness and pustules on the nose due to Lung heat, commonly known as jiu zao bi (alcoholic rhinophyma).
Zhizi Ren (Fructus Gardeniae Preparatus) [quantity as needed].
Grind the above into a fine powder, melt Huangla (Flavum Ceram) in equal proportion to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take twenty pills per dose after meals on an empty stomach, chewed down with tea or wine. Efficacy seen within half a month. Avoid [specific dietary restrictions missing in original text].
Another prescription:
Pipaye (Folium Eriobotryae) [remove hairs, dry by baking].
Grind the above into powder. Mix one to two qian with tea water, take three times daily.
Treats continuous flow of turbid nasal discharge, named Biyuan (nasal sinusitis).
Xinyi Ren (Flos Magnoliae Buds) (half liang), Cang'erzi (Fructus Xanthii) (stir-fried, two qian and a half), Xiangbaizhi (Radix Angelicae Dahuricae) (one liang), Boheye (Folium Menthae) (half qian).
Dry all the above thoroughly, grind into a fine powder. Take two qian per dose, mixed with scallion-tea water after meals.
Treats unceasing epistaxis.
Shanzhizi (Fructus Gardeniae) [quantity as needed].
Calcine the above into a fine powder. Use a small amount, blow into the nose, and bleeding will stop immediately.
