中医、西医；各种恢复健康的医疗，方法很多，中医、西医的医学就像中餐、西餐一样，都在提供大众的口味与营养、补充体力，中医不是西医，西医也不是中医，就像西餐不是中餐，中餐也不是西餐，中餐会比西餐不科学、不营养吗？西医自己不科学、不能解决疾病医疗的问题，而寻求科学的中医来解决却倒打一把，诬蔑中医为不科学，中药没有科学依据，说要中医科学化，中药现代化，天下就有这么不要脸、颠倒是非的科学，误非为是的科学，大众不明就里而受误导，致中医的科学全面混沌不彰。试问：中医没有科学依据，怎么可能把疾病治疗痊愈呢？
中医、西医、中餐、西餐，两种截然不同的科学，桥归桥，路归路，中医归中医，西医归西医，各显神通，各展所长，不正确的、错误的医学，一个病人都治不好，不能治疗疾病的医疗科学，不应让它继续存在来危害人类健康，更不应让它由中医、中药来治疗，而耽误病患治疗的时机。
中医的科学并不玄，亦不神秘，不科学的误导，根本是自己不懂，又不去研究，没有去发扬。加上蓄意诬蔑、歪曲，更莫明其妙的拿西医的科学来乱凑合，只要你去研究，了解中国医学的真面貌，让大众了解，认识中医如何治疗疾病的真相，则健康的获得就在你自己的身上，就在你的身边，疾病的痊愈，健康的恢复就操纵在自己的手里，根本就不需要精密的仪器，齐全的设备，就是中国医学举手之间能解决一切疾病的问题的所在。
今日教育的普遍，信息的发达，医疗的专业知识，乃辅助大众对医疗知识的不足，而不是某些人的特权、专利，只要能把病治好，恢复健康，医学并没有中医、西医之分，而是属于每一个人，属于任何能恢复健康、痊愈疾病的方法。
今日中医科学化、中药现代化的口号，只是让欺骗、杀人、耽误病情的科学再度拿中医科学化、中药现代化来混淆视听，想要拿中医、中药做为欺骗病患，草菅人命的工具。事实上，中医的科学比西医的科学进步、正确千万倍，中医的五行相生相克、经络病变、脏象学说，可以解决一切疾病的诊断问题，可以做为疾病治疗痊愈的根据，可以解决西医一个病人都治不好的高血压、糖尿病Ｂ型肝炎、尿毒症、癌症、爱滋病：：等，科学郎中制造出来的文明病，及其治疗不当所制造出来的副作用、并发症之问题。西医的科学，解决不了一个科学数据所制造出来的疾病及其副作用、并发症，更解决不了中医学的五行相生相克经络病变如癌细胞的转移即疾病的六经传变，五脏五行的生克病变、脏象学说。中医本身即可解决一切疾病医疗的问题，根本就不须西医的证明才是正确的、科学的，多此一举。
西医本身不能解决疾病医疗的问题，才是真正的需要西医科学化，西药现代化，但今日许多是非不明、本末倒置的科学，许多病患的无知和迷信的科学，常扼杀了自己的生命与健康，将垂手就可获得健康的医疗视同陌路，而把自己的生命、健康交给冰冷的仪器，迷信精密的仪器、齐全的设备，进步的科学可以为自己的健康带来福音，结果换来了悲泣与怨恨，人财两失却仍不知道觉醒，而不知道精密的仪器，齐全的设备乃是某些人借机敛财、谋财害命的工具，根本不是治疗疾病恢复健康所必须。
今日大众的日常生活被疾病的阴影笼罩，大众日夜受医疗科学、疾病的恐吓、威胁与勒索，却不知道这些精密的仪器，齐全的设备，才是人类健康、生命的夺命杀手，倾家荡产，家破人亡的元凶，而不是疾病正常的医疗，任何疾病的医疗费用，以今日的国民所得水准，应该是每一个家庭所能负担的，疾病的痊愈、健康的恢复，亦绝对不会造成倾家荡产的医疗，行医四十年的先严常说：病人是拿钱来买命的，不是拿钱来卖命的。又说：为了治一个病人，而令其全家没饭吃，这是谁的罪恶。常见垂危且被科学治疗到面目全非的病患，一是钱财耗尽，二是病情严重，心中实觉无奈，但徒叹奈何！
大众对放射线治疗、化疗、电疗、手术、器官移植……等医疗，被治得面目全非仍执迷不悟的科学，许多公、劳、渔、农、军、学生医疗保险之屠杀病患的医疗，及病患不愿自己花钱的心态，直到西医的科学宣布绝望，才抱着怀疑的心，回头找中医治疗的悲剧，是谁造成的呢？今日倾家荡产，家破人亡的医疗悲剧是如何造成的呢？汽车故障，修复即可行驶，身体生病，痊愈即可恢复健康，今日一个病人都治不好，且无法痊愈的文明病，是因发明了某种仪器，致该检查的疾病没检查到，不该检查的却因仪器的发明而做错误的检查，造成错误的治疗，此乃疾病无法治疗痊愈之症结所在。
诊断正确，则用药容易，健康恢复亦易如反掌，若能诊断健康检查正确，则大众身边，周围无不是恢复健康、痊愈疾病的仙丹、妙药，诊断、检查的错误，乃疾病无法根治，甚至误人性命的根源。
中国医学对任何疾病的诊断与用药，先贤、先圣皆有详细、正确、完整的学理记载，汗牛充栋的医学著述，却被视如敝屣，国人对中医学理、中医如何把病治疗痊愈完全陌生，致大众健康，生命受医疗的伤害而无所知，情何以堪！在某追悼会中，聆听司仪宣称，亡者发病至死亡的医疗过程有半年，在半年医疗的期间换了二十八位医生，深痛病患的无知与彷徨，文明的今日，病患的遭遇何其凄惨！
要如何还给国人健康、中医、中药一个公道呢？要如何才能使病患脱离医疗科学的炼狱呢？唯有中国医学之能重放光芒，才能让大家认识今日医疗科学之狰狞面目，庶几不再受医疗与疾病之恐吓、威胁，而能生活在健康的世界里！

研究与行医近三十年，深觉病患困厄、无奈，为医亦觉惭愧与无奈，心中希冀能为大众寻得解脱疾困之苦，百思莫解，及拜吾师刘公培中，修习禅坐，一日入静，忽见观世音菩萨显现坐前，慈祥和蔼，心中惶愧，详述弟子无能，不能解众生疾苦，为医内疚，蒙观世音菩萨指示，乃悟今日大众疾病困苦之因所在，即在菩萨面前立誓，今生不能治愈天下所有的疾病病患，誓不成佛，暨幸蒙菩萨赐常一真人法号，心中更觉责任重大，而成此书。
本书让大众认识疾病的真正面目，庶几大众不再受疾病之威胁、恐吓，而疾病的治疗、处方，用药在中医书籍－－医方集解、删补名医方论、伤寒论、温病条辨方中，已足以治疗天下所有的疾病，天下没有不治之症，唯医之能力有限而已。
本书所述内容，不及先贤著述之万一，祈各贤达不吝指正谬误是祷，更让中国医学能因此书而大放光芒。

易经有关书目多至二千余部，上及天文，下迨地理，中及与百姓的日用，天地之至理，无不弥纶于其间，万世不息，乃我中华无数贤哲与圣人智能之结晶，道之至大，理之至深，学之至有用，对后世导愚解惑之效，莫高于易者，孔子曰：有易简而天下之理得。然易从何而生呢？实则易乃一部中华医学之生理学，生于道也。
什么是道呢？天地自然变化之过程道路也。以中国哲理之推想，在天空创始之前期，本是清空虚无，即名无极天地，即而产生气质体，是为混沌时期，名为太极天地，渐孕育两仪阴阳，混沌初期，乾坤始奠，轻清为天阳，重浊为地阴，故无极生太极也就是道，太极生两仪，亦即道生阴阳，阴阳生天地，再由天地生万物也。
天地生育万物，万物之有生长发育，以致成长、毁灭的变化，乃因万物具备了阴阳的条件，阳气推万物而起，阴尽万物而止也。在天地灵能的培植之下，才有生长发育变化之开端，所以阴阳是天地间的一种自然规律。生长、毁灭的根源，故易经系辞曰：一阴一阳之谓道，阴阳合德，万物育生。太上道祖老子说：道就是阴阳，阴阳就是道。
（二）先天八卦：
太上道祖老子说：人法地、地法天、天法道、道法自然。人为万物之一，故人乃由道而生，即阴阳生化而成人类，原始人类之发生，乃人受天之日月星辰所发射之电灵能，射达地面，侵入地下，和地下之水火风所发生之电灵能，结合生化培养方造成人，称为先天人，其身体为天人合一体，今日之集中精神训练、禅坐、神视、神游，即为人身电波与天上、地下电波相合，乃谓由后天返先天。其体乃半人半神气之体，仍能透视人身之电流现象，而画出先天人身之电流现象即天地电灵能结合变化之电流图现象是为先天八卦如图一。先天八卦为天地灵气所生，非父母的性欲(太极所生，故先天八卦无太极阴阳鱼，唯有数，是名天数。
黄帝内经，素问宝命全角篇第二十五：黄帝曰：天覆地载，万物悉备，莫贵于人，人以天地之气生，四时之法成……岐伯曰：夫人生于地，悬命于天，天地合气，命之曰人，人能应四时，天地为之父……。古人所谓人为小天地就是天地缩小为人，而人与天地有同样的构造，天地有什么，人身即有什么；天地起变化，人身亦起变化；宇宙生化之妙与人身的生化相同。西方神学－神照着自己的样子造了男人和女人也是源自东方人身为一小天地之说。
曾子天圆篇的一段话：参尝闻之夫子曰：天道曰圆，地道曰方，方曰幽而圆曰明，明者吐气者也，是故外景，幽者含气者也，是故内景。吐气者施，而含气者化，是以阳施而阴化。内经灵枢邪客篇：黄帝问于伯高曰：愿闻人之肢节以应天地奈何？伯高曰：天圆地方，人头圆足脚方应……。中国神话昆仑两字的意义就是头、就是圆、就是天道曰圆的圆、圆就是天、是天柱、一支圆形的天柱。古代神权的宇宙观中，位居大地的中央，往上就可通达天的中央－－北辰，属于天空的中央称北极，北极为天的中央，对应于北极的就是昆仑，神话中的昆仑仙境乐园，乐园中的帝王就是黄帝，黄帝名轩辕，义即昆仑即为最先圆轩辕满生成人类的始祖，是以昆仑山应为人类之远源祖先之最始祖出生地，人类的繁衍自此而始，黄帝内经于焉产生，内经是阐述人体易之经典，易经为人类身体因时间的演进，环境、饮食、气候、情绪刺激……随时间的不同，而产生生理变化的公式昆仑两字义源引山海经。
人体随天地自然的演进，环境的变迁而产生变化，天地变化的周期规律，气候异、常对于人体的影响，自原始人类至今日的文明，古今中外，暨中华民族五千年历史，有多少次的改朝换代、天灾人祸、太平、变乱、兴衰更替、有多大的演变，人类适应天地自然的演进，五行学说结合天文、气象因素、气候与季节变化影响人体症状为致病外因；人体自身因七情变化为致病的内因，疾病变化的规律与异常的关系，暨科学工业文明的进步，污染了人类自己生存的环境，使人类付出了惨痛的代价，然而人体的生理变化，亦不离天的五运六气，易的范畴。
（三）后天八卦：
原始人类是为道阴阳所生化，所以人类是以天地为根据，人身是一个、一个小天地，今将母亲的子宫拟为太空，人年少无性欲为无极，年长男女的原始性欲为太极－是为生长发育的电能精子、卵子为两仪，原始人类先天人的父精母血卵子结合在母腹内。未出生前是先天的，生产出世后是为后天的，所谓先天真体乃是气电质液体阳电流精子是热的，阴电流卵子是冷的，阳电流天气电波左旋，阴电流地气电波右旋，阴阳两仪精子、卵子寒热结合生化而成，以生化四象大脑象天之阴阳，小脑象地之阴阳，于六十天内结成胎，即三月而形，男生干卦，女生坤卦，故曰天地定位，乾坤始奠即在第三个月时判定干男坤女。以后每月生一卦，即四月而肌，五月而筋，六月而骨，七月而成受金气生兑，八月受水气而动生坎，九月受火气而燥生离，十月受土气而生，脱离母体，是以怀孕六十天后，每一个月生一卦，一面生卦，一面生长人身各部构造，至第十个月八卦完成，连同肚脐之太极，共十个月降生，五行配合调匀，调匀则秀，此人称为后天人，所以八卦为后天八卦如图二。
后天人是以在母腹中为先天，婴儿在母腹内至出生时的生长发育是谓先天的生理变化，未曾呼吸饮食，乃为先天真体，是为电气之流动，至产生离母腹后，鼻受后天气刺激肺，肺乃由先天腺体接受后天空气，用鼻孔呼吸及以口饮食，乃为后天体。
（四）重卦六十四卦
天干、地支、任、督脉之取名，归藏、连山、周易之命名：人体之骨骼、神经、循环、呼吸、消化、生殖、分泌、筋肉及泌尿……等系统所构成后天人体的生活与活动，是由父精生成骨，母血生成筋脉、神经……等之电流产生变化，此人仍受天阳日月星、地阴水火风之电能气变感应。
中医与西医；各种旨在恢复健康的医疗手段，方法繁多。中医和西医的医学体系就像中餐和西餐一样，都在满足大众的口味需求、提供营养并补充体力。中医并非西医，西医也非中医，正如西餐不是中餐，中餐也不是西餐。难道中餐就比西餐更不科学、更缺乏营养吗？如果西医自身被认为不科学，且无法解决疾病治疗的问题，却反过来指责寻求中医解决方案的行为，诬蔑中医不科学，称中药没有科学依据，要求中医科学化、中药现代化。天下竟有如此不知羞耻、颠倒是非的“科学”，将错误当作正确。大众因不明真相而受到误导，导致中医的科学性全面被混淆，无法彰显。试问：如果中医没有科学依据，怎么可能治愈疾病呢？

人体随天地自然的演进，环境的变迁而产生变化。天地变化的周期规律，气候异、常对于人体的影响，自原始人类至今日的文明，古今中外，暨中华民族五千年历史，有多少次的改朝换代、天灾人祸、太平、变乱、兴衰更替、有多大的演变。人类适应天地自然的演进，五行学说结合天文、气象因素、气候与季节变化影响人体症状为致病外因；人体自身因七情变化为致病的内因。疾病变化的规律与异常的关系，暨科学工业文明的进步，污染了人类自己生存的环境，使人类付出了惨痛的代价。然而人体的生理变化，亦不离天的五运六气，易的范畴。
（三）后天八卦：
原始人类是为道阴阳所生化，所以人类是以天地为根据，人身是一个、一个小天地。今将母亲的子宫拟为太空，人年少无性欲为无极，年长男女的原始性欲为太极－是为生长发育的电能。精子、卵子为两仪，原始人类先天人的父精母血卵子结合在母腹内。未出生前是先天的，生产出世后是为后天的。所谓先天真体乃是气电质液体。阳电流精子是热的，阴电流卵子是冷的，阳电流天气电波左旋，阴电流地气电波右旋，阴阳两仪精子、卵子寒热结合生化而成，以生化四象：大脑象天之阴阳，小脑象地之阴阳，于六十天内结成胎，即三月而形，男生干卦，女生坤卦，故曰天地定位，乾坤始奠，即在第三个月时判定干男坤女。以后每月生一卦，即四月而肌，五月而筋，六月而骨，七月而成受金气生兑，八月受水气而动生坎，九月受火气而燥生离，十月受土气而生，脱离母体。是以怀孕六十天后，每一个月生一卦，一面生卦，一面生长人身各部构造，至第十个月八卦完成，连同肚脐之太极，共十个月降生，五行配合调匀，调匀则秀，此人称为后天人，所以八卦为后天八卦如图二。
后天人是以在母腹中为先天，婴儿在母腹内至出生时的生长发育是谓先天的生理变化，未曾呼吸饮食，乃为先天真体，是为电气之流动。至产生离母腹后，鼻受后天气刺激肺，肺乃由先天腺体接受后天空气，用鼻孔呼吸及以口饮食，乃为后天体。
（四）重卦六十四卦
天干、地支、任、督脉之取名，归藏、连山、周易之命名：人体之骨骼、神经、循环、呼吸、消化、生殖、分泌、筋肉及泌尿……等系统所构成后天人体的生活与活动，是由父精生成骨，母血生成筋脉、神经……等之电流产生变化，此人仍受天阳日月星、地阴水火风之电能气变感应。
Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) and Western Medicine; various medical methods aimed at restoring health are numerous. The medical systems of TCM and Western Medicine are like Chinese cuisine and Western cuisine, both catering to public tastes, providing nutrition, and replenishing physical strength. TCM is not Western Medicine, nor is Western Medicine TCM, just as Western cuisine is not Chinese cuisine, nor is Chinese cuisine Western cuisine. Is Chinese cuisine less scientific or less nutritious than Western cuisine? If Western Medicine itself is considered unscientific and unable to solve the problem of disease treatment, yet it turns around to criticize the search for TCM solutions, slandering TCM as unscientific and claiming that Chinese herbal medicine lacks scientific basis, demanding the "scientification" of TCM and the "modernization" of Chinese herbs. There exists such shameless, inverted "science" in the world, mistaking error for truth. The general public, unaware of the truth, is misled, causing the scientific nature of TCM to be thoroughly confused and obscured. Let us ask: If TCM has no scientific basis, how can it cure diseases?
TCM, Western Medicine, Chinese cuisine, and Western cuisine represent two completely different scientific systems. Bridges belong to bridges, roads belong to roads; TCM belongs to TCM, Western Medicine belongs to Western Medicine. Each displays its unique prowess and strengths. Incorrect and erroneous medical practices, which cannot even cure one patient, should not continue to exist to harm human health. Patients should not rely on them for treatment, thereby delaying the optimal timing for therapy.
The science of TCM is not mystical or mysterious. The claim that it is unscientific stems fundamentally from ignorance and a lack of research and promotion. Coupled with deliberate slander and distortion, and inexplicably forcing Western scientific standards onto it, if you were to study and understand the true face of Chinese medicine, allowing the public to recognize the reality of how TCM treats diseases, then obtaining health would be within your own grasp, right beside you. The recovery from disease and restoration of health are controlled by yourself, requiring no sophisticated instruments or complete equipment. This is where Chinese medicine solves all disease problems with a mere gesture.
Today, with universal education and developed information, professional medical knowledge should assist the public in弥补 their lack of medical knowledge, rather than becoming the privilege or patent of certain individuals. As long as a disease can be cured and health restored, there is no distinction between TCM and Western Medicine; it belongs to everyone and to any method that can restore health and cure disease.
The current slogan of "scientifying TCM and modernizing Chinese herbs" merely allows deceptive, life-threatening, and condition-delaying "science" to once again confuse the public under the guise of "scientifying TCM and modernizing Chinese herbs," attempting to use TCM and Chinese herbs as tools to deceive patients and disregard human life. In fact, the science of TCM is tens of thousands of times more advanced and correct than that of Western Medicine. The theories of Five Elements generation and restriction (Wu Xing), meridian pathology, and Zang-Fu organ manifestation (Zang-Xiang) in TCM can solve diagnostic problems for all diseases, serve as the basis for curing diseases, and address conditions that Western Medicine fails to treat, such as hypertension, diabetes, Hepatitis B, uremia, cancer, AIDS, and other civilization diseases caused by "scientific quacks," as well as side effects and complications resulting from improper treatment. Western science cannot solve diseases and their side effects/complications generated by single scientific data, nor can it address the Five Elements generation/restriction, meridian pathology (such as cancer metastasis corresponding to the Six Meridian transmission in TCM), Zang-Fu five-element interaction pathologies, and Zang-Xiang theories. TCM itself can solve all medical problems related to disease and does not require proof from Western Medicine to be considered correct or scientific; this is superfluous.
If Western Medicine itself cannot solve the problem of disease treatment, then it is truly in need of "scientification" and "modernization." However, today's many unclear distinctions between right and wrong, inverted priorities in "science," along with the ignorance and superstition of many patients, often strangle their own lives and health. They treat readily available medical care as strangers, handing over their lives and health to cold instruments, believing in sophisticated equipment and advanced science to bring blessings to their health, only to receive weeping and resentment in return, losing both money and life without awakening. They do not realize that sophisticated instruments and complete equipment are tools for some to enrich themselves and harm others for profit, and are not essential for treating disease and restoring health.
Today, the daily lives of the masses are shrouded in the shadow of disease, subjected day and night to the intimidation, threat, and extortion of medical science and disease. Yet they do not know that these sophisticated instruments and complete equipment are the life-taking killers of human health and life, the culprits behind bankruptcy and family destruction, rather than normal medical treatment for disease. At today's national income levels, the cost of treating any disease should be affordable for every family. The cure of disease and restoration of health should absolutely not lead to financial ruin. My father, who practiced medicine for forty years, often said: "Patients spend money to buy life, not to sell their lives." He also said: "To treat one patient and cause his whole family to go hungry, whose sin is this?" I often see critically ill patients, distorted by "scientific treatment," either bankrupted or suffering from severe illness, feeling helpless but sighing in vain!
The masses are obsessed with the "science" of radiation therapy, chemotherapy, electrotherapy, surgery, organ transplantation..., being treated until unrecognizable yet remaining deluded. Many tragedies arise from medical insurance schemes for public servants, laborers, fishermen, farmers, military personnel, and students that slaughter patients, combined with patients' reluctance to pay out-of-pocket. Only when Western medicine declares despair do they turn back to seek TCM treatment with suspicion. Who caused this tragedy? How was the medical tragedy of bankruptcy and family destruction today caused? A car malfunction can be fixed to drive again; a sick body can recover health upon cure. Today's civilization diseases, which cannot cure even one patient and cannot be healed, are because the invention of certain instruments led to missed diagnoses of diseases that should have been checked, and incorrect checks of diseases that should not have been checked, causing incorrect treatments. This is the crux of why diseases cannot be cured.
If the diagnosis is correct, medication is easy, and health restoration is effortless. If health examinations are conducted correctly, then everywhere around the public are elixirs and miraculous medicines for restoring health and curing disease. Errors in diagnosis and examination are the root causes of incurable diseases and even fatal mistakes.
Ancient sages and worthies have recorded detailed, correct, and complete theoretical foundations for the diagnosis and medication of any disease in Chinese medicine. Volumes of medical writings, filling ox-carts and filling libraries, are treated as worn-out shoes. People are completely unfamiliar with TCM theory and how TCM cures diseases, leaving the public unaware of how medical harm affects their health and life. How unbearable is this! At a memorial service, I heard the master of ceremonies state that the medical process from the deceased's onset of illness to death lasted half a year, during which twenty-eight doctors were changed. I deeply lament the ignorance and hesitation of patients. In today's civilized era, how tragic is the plight of patients!
How can we give the people, TCM, and Chinese herbs justice? How can we free patients from the purgatory of medical science? Only when Chinese medicine shines brightly again can people recognize the ferocious face of today's medical science, so that they may no longer be intimidated and threatened by medical practice and disease, and can live in a healthy world!
Fear not, for justice will surely return!
Disbelieve not, for truth will never turn to ash.
Having researched and practiced medicine for nearly thirty years, I deeply feel the distress and helplessness of patients, and as a doctor, I feel ashamed and helpless. Hoping to find a way for the public to escape the suffering of illness, I pondered endlessly without solution. Then, I bowed to my teacher, Mr. Liu Peizhong, and practiced Zen meditation. One day, in deep stillness, I suddenly saw Guanyin Bodhisattva appear before me, kind and gentle. Feeling ashamed and guilty, I detailed my incompetence in relieving the suffering of sentient beings and my guilt as a physician. Guided by Guanyin Bodhisattva, I realized the cause of the public's current suffering from disease. I vowed before the Bodhisattva that if I could not cure all diseases and patients in this life, I would not become a Buddha. Fortunately, the Bodhisattva bestowed upon me the Dharma name Changyi Zhenren, making me feel an even greater sense of responsibility, leading to the creation of this book.
This book allows the public to recognize the true face of disease, so that the public may no longer be threatened or intimidated by disease. Regarding the treatment, prescriptions, and medication for diseases, the TCM books *Yifang Jijie* (Collection of Medical Formulas), *Shanbu Mingyi Fanglun* (Supplemented Commentary on Famous Doctors' Formulas), *Shanghan Lun* (Treatise on Cold Damage), and *Wenbing Tiaobian* (Systematic Differentiation of Warm Diseases) contain sufficient formulas to treat all diseases in the world. There are no incurable diseases in the world, only limited medical capability.
The content described in this book is less than one ten-thousandth of the works of ancient sages. I pray that worthy experts do not hesitate to point out errors, further allowing Chinese medicine to shine brightly through this book.

(I) Yi Born from Dao:
There are more than two thousand books related to the *I Ching* (Book of Changes). Covering astronomy above, geography below, and daily life among the people, the ultimate principles of heaven and earth are comprehensively included within it, continuing for eternity. It is the crystallization of the wisdom of countless sages and philosophers of China. Dao is the greatest, Li (Principle) is the deepest, and Xue (Learning) is the most useful. Its effect in guiding the ignorant and resolving confusion for future generations is unmatched by anything higher than Yi. Confucius said: "With simplicity, the principles of the world are obtained." But from where does Yi arise? In reality, Yi is a physiology of Chinese medicine, born from Dao.
What is Dao? It is the path and process of natural changes in heaven and earth. According to Chinese philosophical speculation, before the creation of the sky, it was originally empty and void, named Wuji Tiandi (Limitless Heaven and Earth). Then, Qi-Zhi-Ti (Qi and substance body) emerged, which is the Chaos period, named Taiji Tiandi (Supreme Ultimate Heaven and Earth). Gradually, Liangyi Yin-Yang (Two Poles Yin and Yang) were nurtured. In the early chaos, Qian and Kun were established. Light and clear became Heaven Yang, heavy and turbid became Earth Yin. Thus, Wuji generating Taiji is Dao, Taiji generating Liangyi is Dao generating Yin and Yang, Yin and Yang generating Heaven and Earth, and Heaven and Earth generating all things.
Heaven and Earth give birth to all things. The growth, development, maturation, and destruction of all things occur because all things possess the conditions of Yin and Yang. Yang Qi pushes all things to rise, and Yin completes/stops all things. Under the cultivation of the spiritual energy of Heaven and Earth, the beginning of growth, development, and change arises. Therefore, Yin and Yang are a natural law in heaven and earth, the root of growth and destruction. Thus, the *Xi Ci* (Great Commentary) of the *I Ching* says: "One Yin and one Yang is called Dao; Yin and Yang combining virtue, all things are nurtured." Taishang Daozu Laozi said: "Dao is Yin and Yang, Yin and Yang is Dao."
(II) Qian Tian Bagua (Earlier Heaven Eight Trigrams):
Taishang Daozu Laozi said: "Man follows Earth, Earth follows Heaven, Heaven follows Dao, Dao follows Nature." Man is one of all things, thus man is born from Dao, i.e., humans are formed through the biological generation of Yin and Yang. The occurrence of primitive humans was due to humans receiving the electrical spiritual energy emitted by the sun, moon, and stars in the sky, reaching the ground, penetrating underground, and combining with the electrical spiritual energy generated by water, fire, and wind underground. This combination biologically generated and cultivated humans, called Qian Tian Ren (Earlier Heaven Humans). Their bodies were a unity of Heaven and Man. Today's concentrated mental training, Zen meditation, divine vision, and spirit wandering are the integration of human body electromagnetic waves with heavenly and earthly electromagnetic waves, termed returning from Later Heaven to Earlier Heaven. Their bodies were half-human, half-divine-spirit bodies, capable of perceiving the current phenomena of the human body and drawing the current phenomena of the Earlier Heaven human body, i.e., the current diagram phenomenon of the combination and change of heavenly and earthly electrical spiritual energy, which is the Qian Tian Bagua (Earlier Heaven Eight Trigrams) as shown in Figure 1. The Qian Tian Bagua is born from the spiritual energy of heaven and earth, not from parental sexual desire (Taiji generation). Therefore, the Qian Tian Bagua has no Taiji Yin-Yang fish, only numbers, known as Heavenly Numbers.
*Huangdi Neijing Suwen* (Yellow Emperor's Inner Canon: Basic Questions), Chapter 25 *Baoming Quanji Pian*: Yellow Emperor said: "Heaven covers and Earth carries, all things are complete, nothing is more precious than humans. Humans are born from the Qi of Heaven and Earth, perfected by the laws of the four seasons..." Qibo said: "Humans are born from Earth, their fate hangs from Heaven. When Heaven and Earth combine Qi, it is called Human. Humans can respond to the four seasons, and Heaven and Earth act as their parents...." The ancients referred to humans as small heavens and earths, meaning heaven and earth shrunk into humans, and humans have the same structure as heaven and earth. Whatever heaven and earth has, the human body has; whatever changes occur in heaven and earth, changes occur in the human body; the mystery of cosmic generation and transformation is the same as the biological generation of the human body. Western theology—God created man and woman in His own image—also originates from the Eastern saying that the human body is a small heaven and earth.
A passage from Zengzi's *Tianyuan Pian* (Heaven Round Earth Square): "Can [Zengzi] once heard from our Master: The Way of Heaven is round, the Way of Earth is square. Square implies darkness/yin, round implies brightness/yang. Brightness exhales Qi, hence external scenery; Darkness contains Qi, hence internal scenery. Exhaling Qi applies, containing Qi transforms, thus Yang applies and Yin transforms." *Neijing Lingxu* (Spiritual Pivot), Chapter *Xieke Pian*: Yellow Emperor asked Bo Gao: "I wish to hear how human limbs and joints correspond to heaven and earth." Bo Gao said: "Heaven is round and Earth is square, the human head is round and feet are square, corresponding...." The meaning of the two characters Kunlun in Chinese mythology is head, is round, is the round of 'Heaven's Way is Round', round is Heaven, is the Heavenly Pillar, a cylindrical pillar of Heaven. In the ancient theocratic worldview, located in the center of the Earth, going up reaches the center of Heaven -- Beichen (North Star). The center of the sky is called North Pole. The North Pole is the center of Heaven, corresponding to the North Pole is Kunlun. The fairyland paradise of Kunlun in mythology, the emperor in the paradise is the Yellow Emperor. The Yellow Emperor's name is Xuanyuan, meaning Kunlun is the first to round Xuanyuan fully generate the ancestor of humanity. Therefore, Kunlun Mountain should be the birthplace of the most remote ancestor of humanity, and human reproduction began here. *Huangdi Neijing* arose from this. *Neijing* is the classic expounding the Yi of the human body; *Yi Jing* is the formula for physiological changes in the human body due to the evolution of time, environment, diet, climate, emotional stimulation... varying with time. The meaning of the two characters Kunlun is derived from *Shan Hai Jing* (Classic of Mountains and Seas).
The human body changes with the evolution of nature and environmental changes. The cyclical laws of heaven and earth changes, the impact of abnormal climate on the human body, from primitive humans to today's civilization, throughout history in China and abroad, and the five thousand years of Chinese nation history, how many dynastic changes, natural disasters, wars, peace, turmoil, rise and fall, and what great transformations. Humans adapt to the evolution of nature. The Five Elements theory combines astronomical and meteorological factors; climate and seasonal changes affecting human symptoms are exogenous pathogenic factors; human internal emotions (Seven Emotions) changes are endogenous pathogenic factors. The relationship between the laws of disease changes and abnormalities, and the progress of scientific industrial civilization polluting the environment humans survive in, has made humanity pay a painful price. However, physiological changes in the human body also do not depart from the Five Movements and Six Qi of Heaven, within the category of Yi.
(III) Hou Tian Bagua (Later Heaven Eight Trigrams):
Primitive humans were biologically generated by the Yin and Yang of Dao, so humans are based on Heaven and Earth. The human body is one, a small heaven and earth. Now, imagine the mother's uterus as outer space. Youthful humans without sexual desire are Wuji (Limitless). The original sexual desire of adult men and women is Taiji (Supreme Ultimate) -- the electrical energy for growth and development. Sperm and eggs are Liangyi (Two Poles). The sperm of the Earlier Heaven human father and the egg of the mother combine in the womb. Before birth is Earlier Heaven; after birth is Later Heaven. The so-called True Body of Earlier Heaven is Qi-Electricity Liquid Substance. Yang-current sperm is hot; Yin-current egg is cold. Yang-current weather electric waves rotate left; Yin-current earth gas electric waves rotate right. Yin and Yang Liangyi sperm and eggs combine heat and cold to biologically generate, producing Si Xiang (Four Images): Brain corresponds to Heaven's Yin and Yang; Cerebellum corresponds to Earth's Yin and Yang. Within sixty days, the fetus forms; at three months, shape appears. Male corresponds to Qian Trigram, Female to Kun Trigram. Thus it is said: Heaven and Earth establish positions, Qian and Kun begin to settle. That is, at the third month, male Qian and female Kun are determined. Every subsequent month generates one trigram: April muscles, May tendons, June bones, July receives Metal Qi generating Dui, August receives Water Qi moving generating Kan, September receives Fire Qi drying generating Li, October receives Earth Qi giving birth, separating from the maternal body. Thus, after sixty days of pregnancy, one trigram is generated each month. While generating trigrams, each part of the human body grows. By the tenth month, the Eight Trigrams are complete. Together with the Taiji of the navel, born after ten months. Five Elements are balanced and harmonized; harmonized means excellence. This person is called Hou Tian Ren (Later Heaven Human). Therefore, the Eight Trigrams are the Hou Tian Bagua (Later Heaven Eight Trigrams) as shown in Figure 2.
The Later Heaven Human considers the time in the womb as Earlier Heaven. The growth and development of the infant in the womb until birth is the physiological change of Earlier Heaven. Having not breathed or eaten, it is the True Body of Earlier Heaven, which is the flow of electricity. After leaving the womb, the nose stimulates the lungs with Later Heaven air. The lungs accept Later Heaven air from the Earlier Heaven glands. Breathing through the nostrils and eating through the mouth constitute the Later Heaven Body.
(IV) Repeated Hexagrams (Sixty-Four Hexagrams)
Naming of Heavenly Stems, Earthly Branches, Ren Mai (Conception Vessel), Du Mai (Governing Vessel), Guicang (Return to Storage), Lianshan (Connected Mountains), Zhouyi (Changes of Zhou): The life and activities of the Later Heaven human body constituted by systems such as skeleton, nerves, circulation, respiration, digestion, reproduction, secretion, muscles, and urinary tract... are generated by sperm forming bone, and blood forming tendons, nerves... etc., through the variation of currents. This person is still influenced by the electrical energy variations induced by Heavenly Yang Sun/Moon/Stars and Earthly Yin Water/Fire/Wind.
