惊蛰这一天，用锻石粉末撒在门槛外，可以防止虫蚁爬出。

Prepare Cyperi Rhizoma (Cyperi Rhizoma, soaked in vinegar and stir-fried in a copper pot) 1.5 liang and Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Preparata, stir-fried with flour and the flour removed) 5 qian, grind into powder. Take one fen each time, and before the onset of symptoms, first take snake berry root (Rubiae Mollis Radix et Rhizoma) ground into powder, directing the action downward, or drink one to two sheng of its juice. In summer, when intending to enter water, throw a little into the middle of the stream first, and there will be nothing to fear.
On the day of Awakening of Insects, sprinkle lime (Calcii Carbonas Preparatus) on the outside of the threshold to prevent insects and ants from coming out.
On the Dragon Boat Festival, take one handful of duckweed (Lemna Minoris Herba) and one handful of poplar catkins, grind into powder. On the Qingming Festival, take turtle blood (Testudinis Carapax et Plastrum Blood) to mix these two medicines evenly, and rub them on the door frame so that mosquitoes and flies do not enter.
Stemonae Radix (Stemonae Radix), mercury (Hydrargyrum), and tea leaves (Camelliae Sinensis Folium) each one qian, and three black dates (Jujubae Fructus). Grind and mix, wrap in cloth, and carry on the body to prevent lice. Pigeon droppings (Columbae Excrementum), Polyporus (Polyporus Umbrellatus), and Datura Flower (Daturae Flos) three flowers, mix and burn to eradicate bedbugs completely.
