夫痔。不分男妇小儿皆有。缘富贵之家多患此疾。皆因嗜饮曲酒。过贪色欲。并浓味肥
甘。椒姜炙爆等物。以致湿热流注大肠之经。积而成痔。蕴蓄日久。则变为漏矣。
和荣清火汤 治痔疮疼痛。
槐角子 连翘 枳壳（各一钱） 川连 当归 川芎 桃仁 生地 赤芍（各一钱五分）
加灯心三十茎煎服。
壮气收肠汤 治番花痔。肠落不收。
黄 人参 当归 川芎 广木香 金银花 川连（各一钱） 升麻（七分） 黑枣二枚。
艾丸 治一切痔疮出血。里急后重。
艾叶 槐角 地榆 当归 川芎 刺 皮 贯众（各一两） 头发（ 存性三钱） 猪后甲
（十个炙焦） 上为末蜜丸。每服三钱。空心米饮下。
熊冰散 治内痔。
熊胆 冰片 芦荟 雷丸（各二钱） 银朱（五分）
上为末以胡萝卜煨半熟。绵裹蘸药。入幽门。
清润汤 治一切痔漏。
防风 秦艽（各一钱五分） 生地 当归 川连 阿胶（各二钱） 水煎食前服。
秘灵丹 治一切远年近日痔漏。神效。
血竭 乳香 没药 全蝎（去头足） 僵蚕 蝉蜕（各三钱） 大黄（酒蒸） 当归 象牙（
各八分） 穿山甲（酥炙） 头发（ ） 珍珠（各四钱） 川连 槐花 琥珀（各五钱） 青黛
刺猥皮（各二钱五分醋浸去刺炙）
上为末。以黄蜡八两溶化。入蜜一两同前末搅匀。众手为丸。每服二钱。空心清茶送下

痔疮不分男女老少都会患有。富贵人家多患此病，都是因为嗜好饮用发酵酒，过度贪恋色欲，以及食用浓烈味道和肥甘厚味的食物，还有花椒、生姜、烤炸等物品，导致湿热之邪流注于大肠经络，积聚而成痔疮。蕴蓄日久，则转变为漏症。
和荣清火汤：治疗痔疮疼痛。
槐角子、连翘、枳壳（各一钱），黄连、当归、川芎、桃仁、生地、赤芍（各一钱五分）。
加灯心草三十茎煎服。
壮气收肠汤：治疗番花痔（一种严重的痔疮，状如石榴花或菜花，脱出难收）。肠管脱出不能收回。
黄芪、人参、当归、川芎、广木香、金银花、黄连（各一钱），升麻（七分），黑枣二枚。
艾丸：治疗各种痔疮出血，伴有里急后重感。
艾叶、槐角、地榆、当归、川芎、刺皮（推测为椿根皮或类似树皮类药材）、贯众（各一两），头发（存性三钱），猪后甲（十个炙焦）。
以上研为细末，用蜂蜜制成丸药。每次服用三钱，空腹时米汤送服。
熊冰散：治疗内痔。
熊胆、冰片、芦荟、雷丸（各二钱），银朱（五分）。
以上研为细末，将胡萝卜煨至半熟，用棉布包裹药粉，蘸取后纳入肛门（幽门此处指肛门部位）。
清润汤：治疗各种痔漏。
防风、秦艽（各一钱五分），生地、当归、黄连、阿胶（各二钱）。水煎，饭前服用。
秘灵丹：治疗各种陈年或新发的痔漏，效果神奇。
血竭、乳香、没药、全蝎（去头足）、僵蚕、蝉蜕（各三钱），大黄（酒蒸），当归、象牙（各八分），穿山甲（酥炙），头发（原文缺省处理），珍珠（各四钱），黄连、槐花、琥珀（各五钱），青黛、刺猬皮（各二钱五分，醋浸去刺后炙）。
以上研为细末。用黄蜡八两熔化，加入蜂蜜一两与前药末搅拌均匀，众人合力搓成丸药。每次服用二钱，空腹时用清茶送下。

This disease is more common among the wealthy, primarily due to a preference for fermented alcoholic beverages, excessive indulgence in sexual desires, and the consumption of rich, greasy, sweet foods, as well as spicy items like Sichuan pepper and ginger, or roasted and fried foods. These habits lead to the accumulation of Damp-Heat (Shi-Re) flowing into the Large Intestine meridian, which gathers to form hemorrhoids. If this stagnation persists for a long time, it transforms into fistulas.
He Rong Qing Huo Tang (Harmonize Blood and Clear Fire Decoction): Treats pain caused by hemorrhoids.
Sophorae Fructus Immaturus (Huaijiaozi), Forsythiae Fructum (Lianqiao), Aurantii Fructus (Zhiqiao) (each 1 qian); Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuanlian), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Persicae Semen (Taoren), Rehmanniae Radix Preparata (Shengdi), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chishao) (each 1.5 qian).
Add thirty stalks of Juncus effusus (Dengxincao) and decoct with water for oral administration.
Zhuang Qi Shou Chang Tang (Strengthen Qi and Retract Intestine Decoction): Treats "Fan Hua" hemorrhoids (a severe type resembling a flower, often prolapsed), where the intestine protrudes and cannot retract.
Astragali Radix (Huangqi), Ginseng Radix (Renshen), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Aucklandiae Radix (Guangmuxiang), Lonicerae Japonicae Flos (Jinyinhua), Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuanlian) (each 1 qian); Cimicifugae Rhizoma (Shengma) (0.7 qian); two black dates.
Ai Wan (Mugwort Pill): Treats bleeding from all types of hemorrhoids, accompanied by tenesmus (Li Ji Hou Zhong).
Artemisiae Argyi Folium (Aiye), Sophorae Fructus Immaturus (Huaijiao), Sanguisorbae Radix (Diyu), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Cortex Phellodendri (Cipi - likely referring to a bark such as Toosendan or similar), Cyperi Rhizoma (Guanzhong) (each 1 liang); human hair (charred, 3 qian); pig posterior hoof (ten pieces, roasted until charred).
Grind all ingredients into fine powder, mix with honey to form pills. Take 3 qian per dose, administered on an empty stomach with rice water.
Xiong Bing San (Bear Gall and Borneol Powder): Treats internal hemorrhoids.
Ursi Fel (Xiongdan), Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian), Aloe (Luhui), Omphalia Lapponica (Leiwan) (each 2 qian); Vermillio (Yinzhu) (0.5 fen).
Grind into fine powder. Roast a carrot until half-cooked, wrap the powder in cotton cloth, dip it into the preparation, and insert it into the anus (referred to here as Youmen).
Qing Run Tang (Clear and Moisten Decoction): Treats all types of hemorrhoids and fistulas.
Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix (Qinjiao) (each 1.5 qian); Rehmanniae Radix Preparata (Shengdi), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuanlian), Asini Corii Colla (Ejiao) (each 2 qian). Decoct with water and take before meals.
Mi Ling Dan (Secret Spirit Elixir): Treats chronic or recent hemorrhoids and fistulas with miraculous efficacy.
Draconis Os (Xuexie), Olibanum (Ruxiang), Myrrha (Moyao), Scorpio (Quanxie, head and feet removed), Bombyx Batryticatus (Jiangcan), Cicadae Periostracum (Chantui) (each 3 qian); Rheum Palmatum (Dahuang, steamed with wine), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Elephantis Dentis Os (Xiangya) (each 0.8 fen); Manis Squama (Chuanshanjia, fried with butter); human hair; Pearl (Zhenzhu) (each 4 qian); Coptidis Rhizoma (Chuanlian), Sophorae Flos (Huaihua), Succinum (Hupo) (each 5 qian); Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai), Erinacei Corium (Ciweipi, each 2.5 qian, soaked in vinegar, thorns removed, then roasted).
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Melt 8 liang of Beeswax (Huangla), add 1 liang of Honey (Fengmi), and mix thoroughly with the powder. Roll into pills by hand. Take 2 qian per dose, administered on an empty stomach with clear tea.
