青橘饮 治妇人百不如意。久积忧忿。乳内有核不痒不痛。将成乳岩。
青皮（五钱醋炒） 橘叶（三十片） 水煎食远服。
神功饮 治妇人乳内一核。初起如钱。不作疼痒。三五年成功红肿。溃时无脓。惟流清
水形如岩穴之凹。
忍冬藤 蒲公英 甘草节 金银花（各二钱） 栝蒌（一个连壳） 生酒煎服。
十六味流气饮 治乳岩赤肿疼痛。
人参 黄 当归 川芎（各一钱五分） 肉桂 白芷 浓朴 甘草 桔梗 防风 乌
药槟榔（各一钱） 赤芍 枳壳 广木香 苏梗（各八分） 水煎食远服。
肠痈。因湿热流入小肠而成。小腹急胀。按之则痛。小便淋数时时出汗。恶寒发热。腹
皮坚实高肿。绕脐生疮是也。
神通散 治肠痈不拘已成未成。服之脓血皆从大便中出。
出过蚕蛾（烧灰） 大黄（各六钱） 穿山甲（炒） 牙皂（各五钱）
上为末。每服一钱。酒调下。
化毒饮 治肠痈。腹痈。初起小腹肿痛。急胀。
木通（四钱） 黄连 青皮 乳香 没药 大黄（各三钱九蒸九晒） 生姜三片。水二碗
。煎服。
牡丹皮汤 治肠痈。腹濡而痛。以手按之则止。或时时下脓。
人参 丹皮 白芍 赤茯苓 黄 桃仁（去皮尖） 薏苡仁 白芷 当归 川芎（各一
钱） 广木香 甘草 官桂（各五分） 水煎食前服。
排脓汤 治肠痈小腹胀痛。里急后重。时时下脓。
黄 穿山甲 白芷 当归（各一钱二分） 金银花 防风 川芎 栝蒌仁（各一钱） 水
煎食前温服。
十全大补汤 治肠痈。小腹胀痛。脓下无时（方见发背门）
青橘饮：治疗妇人因诸多不如意之事，长期积聚忧愁愤懑，导致乳房内出现肿块，不痒也不痛，即将发展为乳岩（乳腺癌）。
处方组成：青皮（五钱，用醋炒制）、橘叶（三十片），用水煎煮，在饭后服用。
神功饮：治疗妇人乳房内有一个肿块，初起时大小如铜钱，不疼也不痒，经过三五年后形成红肿，溃破时没有脓液，只流出清水，形状像岩穴一样凹陷。
处方组成：忍冬藤、蒲公英、甘草节、金银花（各二钱）、栝蒌（一个，带壳），用生酒煎煮服用。
十六味流气饮：治疗乳岩表现为局部赤肿疼痛。
处方组成：人参、黄芪、当归、川芎（各一钱五分）、肉桂、白芷、厚朴、甘草、桔梗、防风、乌药、槟榔（各一钱）、赤芍、枳壳、广木香、苏梗（各八分），用水煎煮，在饭后服用。
肠痈：是由于湿热之邪流入小肠而形成的病症。症状包括小腹部紧急胀满，按压时感到疼痛，小便淋漓频数，时常出汗，恶寒发热，腹皮坚实且高高肿胀，肚脐周围生疮。
神通散：治疗肠痈，无论脓肿已成或未成，服用后脓血都会从大便中排出。
处方组成：出过蚕蛾（烧成灰）、大黄（各六钱）、穿山甲（炒制）、牙皂（各五钱）。
用法：将上述药物研为细末，每次服用一钱，用酒调服。
化毒饮：治疗肠痈及腹痈，初起时小腹部肿痛，紧急胀满。
处方组成：木通（四钱）、黄连、青皮、乳香、没药、大黄（各三钱，经九蒸九晒处理）、生姜三片，用水两碗煎煮服用。
牡丹皮汤：治疗肠痈，腹部柔软但疼痛，用手按压时疼痛停止，或者时常排出脓液。
处方组成：人参、丹皮、白芍、赤茯苓、黄芪、桃仁（去皮尖）、薏苡仁、白芷、当归、川芎（各一钱）、广木香、甘草、官桂（各五分），用水煎煮，饭前服用。
排脓汤：治疗肠痈，小腹胀痛，伴有里急后重感，时常排出脓液。
处方组成：黄芪、穿山甲、白芷、当归（各一钱二分）、金银花、防风、川芎、栝蒌仁（各一钱），用水煎煮，饭前温服。
Qingju Yin (Green Tangerine Decoction) treats female patients with prolonged emotional distress and accumulated anger, resulting in a hard mass in the breast without pain or itching, which may progress to "ruxian" (early-stage breast cancer).
Pericarpium Citri Viridis (Qingpi, 5 qian, stir-fried with vinegar) and Folium Citri (30 leaves) are decocted in water and taken after meals.
Shenggong Yin (Miraculous Efficacy Decoction) treats a hard mass in the breast of female patients. Initially the size of a coin, it causes no pain or itching. After 3-5 years, it develops into redness and swelling. When ruptured, it does not produce pus but only clear fluid, resembling a cave-like depression.
Lonicerae Japonicae Caulis (Renlingteng), Taraxaci Herba (Pugongying), Radix Glycyrrhizae Preparata (Gancaojie), Lonicerae Flos (Jinyinhua), and Trichosanthis Fructus (Gualou, whole fruit) are decocted with raw wine.
Shiliuwei Liqi Yin (Sixteen-Flavor Qi-Dispelling Decoction) treats redness, swelling, and pain in "ruxian" (breast tumor).
Ginseng Radix (Ren Shen), Astragali Radix (Huang Qi), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dang Gui), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuan Xiong), Cinnamomi Cortex (Rou Gui), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Bai Zhi), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Chun Pu), Glycyrrhizae Radix (Gan Cao), Sojae Semen Preparata (Yi Gan), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fang Feng), Persicae Semen (Wu Yao), Arecae Fructus (Bing Lang), Paeoniae Rubra Radix (Chi Shao), Fructus Aurantii Immaturus (Zhi Ke), Aucklandiae Radix (Guang Mu Xiang), and Perilla frutescens (Su Geng) are decocted in water and taken after meals.
Enteritis abscess (Changyong) is caused by damp-heat invading the small intestine, presenting with urgent abdominal distension, pain on palpation, frequent urination, continuous sweating, chills and fever, and hardened, swollen abdominal skin with ulcers around the navel.
Shensheng San (Divine Power Powder) treats enteritis abscess (whether or not abscess has formed), causing pus and blood to be expelled through the stool.
Bombyx Batryticus (Chichao, burnt ash) and Rheum palmatum (Da Huang, 6 qian each), Manis pentadactyla (Chuan Shanjia, stir-fried), and Saponaria officinalis (Ya Zao, 5 qian each) are ground into powder. Take 1 qian per dose with wine.
Huadu Yin (Toxin-Resolving Decoction) treats enteritis abscess and abdominal abscess in the early stage with lower abdominal swelling and distension.
Akebia quinata (Mu Tong, 4 qian), Coptidis Rhizoma (Huang Lian), Pericarpium Citri Viridis (Qingpi), Myrrha (Ru Xiang), Balsamodendron mukul (Mo Yao), and Rheum palmatum (Da Huang, 3 qian each, steamed and sun-dried nine times), and three slices of Zingiber officinale (Sheng Jiang) are decocted in two bowls of water.
Moutanpi Tang (Cortex Moutan Decoction) treats enteritis abscess with soft abdomen but pain that subsides on palpation, or intermittent pus discharge.
Ginseng Radix (Ren Shen), Moutan Cortex (Dan Pi), Paeoniae Alba Radix (Bai Shao), Poria (Chi Fu Ling), Astragali Radix (Huang Qi), Persicae Semen (Tao Ren, peeled), Coix (Yiyiren), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Bai Zhi), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dang Gui), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuan Xiong), Aucklandiae Radix (Guang Mu Xiang), Glycyrrhizae Radix (Gan Cao), and Cinnamomi Cortex (Guan Gui) are decocted in water and taken before meals.
Paigong Tang (Pus-Discharging Decoction) treats enteritis abscess with lower abdominal distension and pain, tenesmus, and intermittent pus discharge.
Astragali Radix (Huang Qi), Manis pentadactyla (Chuan Shanjia), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Bai Zhi), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dang Gui, 1.2 qian each), Lonicerae Flos (Jinyinhua), Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fang Feng), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuan Xiong), and Trichosanthis Semen (Gualou Ren, 1 qian each) are decocted in water and taken warm before meals.
Shiquan Dabu Tang (Ten-Ingredient Great Tonifying Decoction) treats enteritis abscess with lower abdominal distension and pain and intermittent pus discharge (formula see "Back Abscess" section).
