上为细末，猪心血为丸。如菜子大。每服一钱。麦门冬煎汤送下。
琥珀育心丸 治怔忡惊悸。日久不愈。形容渐瘦。四肢乏力。
茯神 郁金 远志（各一两） 牛黄（三钱） 龙齿（四钱） 酸枣仁 黄连（各八钱） 辰砂

上为末。炼蜜为丸。辰砂金箔为衣。如芡实大。每日早晚一丸。灯心煎汤调下。
加味定志丸 治肥人多痰惊悸。
天花粉 贝母（去心） 栝蒌仁（去油） 白茯苓（各二两） 远志（甘草水泡） 石菖蒲 人
参琥珀 郁金（各一两） 辰砂（六钱）
上为末蜜丸。辰砂为衣每服二钱。白滚汤送下。
归脾汤 治思虑过度。劳伤心脾。以至健忘。

人心是生命的主宰。心所滋养的是血液。心血一旦虚弱，神气就会失守，这是怔忡（心中惕惕不安）和惊悸（易受惊吓）产生的根源。所谓怔忡，是指患者常表现出郁郁寡欢的状态；所谓惊悸，是因为心虚且伴有郁结之痰，导致听到大声、看到异物时，产生惊恐不安的样子，或者突然跳跃受惊。此外还有健忘症，表现为做事有始无终，说话不知首尾。治疗的方法：对于怔忡，给予逐水消饮的方剂；对于惊悸，给予豁痰定惊的方剂；对于健忘，给予定志安神的药物。总之关键在于调养心血，平和心气。
寸口脉搏动而弱，趺阳脉微而浮。
虎犀丹 治疗怔忡、惊悸，因七情内伤导致心神惑乱、健忘等症状。

The heart is the master of the human body. The blood nourishes the heart. When Heart Blood (Xue) becomes deficient, the Shen Spirit (Shen Qi) loses its residence; this is the origin of Zhen Tong (palpitations with a sense of inner fear) and Jing Ji (startle palpitations). Zhen Tong refers to a condition where the patient appears depressed and unhappy. Jing Ji occurs due to Heart deficiency accompanied by stagnant phlegm; when hearing loud noises or seeing strange objects, the person feels terrified, or suddenly jumps in fright. Additionally, there is Jian Wang (forgetfulness), characterized by starting tasks but not finishing them, and speaking without knowing the beginning or end. The treatment methods are as follows: for Zhen Tong, administer formulas that drain water and resolve fluid retention; for Jing Ji, administer formulas that resolve phlegm and calm fright; for Jian Wang, administer medicines that stabilize the will and calm the spirit. In summary, the key lies in nourishing Heart Blood and harmonizing Heart Qi.
