双手交叉抱头而头晕目眩，悲伤忧愁想哭，忽冷忽热。
消渴病，两肾内部疼痛，腰背后侧疼痛，腰部背痛。皮肤浸淫溃烂且易笑，容易恐惧，容易健忘，上部咳嗽吐痰，下部气泄（腹泻），眩晕跌倒，身体发热且腹痛，情绪悲伤。
笑声不止，手心发热，心中极度烦热，面色发黄，眼睛发红，心悸不安。
面红。涉及手少阴心经、手厥阴心包经、手阳明大肠经、足阳明胃经。
眼睛发黄。涉及手阳明大肠经、手少阴心经、手太阳小肠经、手厥阴心包经、足太阳膀胱经。
耳聋。涉及手太阳小肠经、手阳明大肠经、手少阳三焦经、手太阴肺经、足少阳胆经。
喉痹（咽喉肿痛闭塞）。涉及手阳明大肠经、足阳明胃经、手少阳三焦经。
