腰似折，肩 肘臂，外后廉肿痛。
臂内前廉痛。
手大指次指难用，耳聋 ，耳鸣嘈嘈，耳后肩 肘臂外背痛。
气满，皮肤壳壳然坚而不痛。
五泄注下五色，大小便不通，面黄。
舌木强痛，口疳，食即吐，食不下咽。
怠惰嗜卧，抢心，善饥善味，不嗜食，不化食，尻阴股膝 足背痛，烦闷，心下急痛
。
有动痛，按之若牢，痛当脐，心下若痞。
腹胀肠鸣，飧泄不化，足不收，行善 ，脚下痛，九窍不通，溏泄，水下后，出余气则
快然。
饮发中满，食减，善噫，形醉，皮肤润而短气，肉痛，身体不能动摇，足溏肿若水。
面如漆，眇中清，面黑如炭，咳唾多血，渴，脐左、胁下背肩髀间痛。
胸中满，大小腹痛，大便难，饥不欲食，心中如饥，腹大，颈肿喘嗽，脊臀股后痛。
脊中痛，脊股内后廉痛，腰冷如冰及肿。
足痿厥，脐下气逆，小腹急痛，泄，下肿，足 寒而逆，肠癖，阴下湿，四指正黑。
手指清厥，足下热，嗜卧，坐而欲起，冻疮，下痢，善思，善恐，四肢不收，四肢不举
头痛，脱色善洁，耳无闻，颊肿。
肝逆颊肿，面青，目赤肿痛。
两胁下痛引小腹，胸痛，背下则两胁肿痛，妇人小腹肿，腰痛不可俯仰，四肢满闷，挺
长热。
呕逆，血，肿睾疝，暴痒。
足逆寒， 善 ，节时肿，遗沥，淋溲，便难，癃，狐疝，洞泄，大人 疝，眩冒，转
阴缩，两筋挛，善恐，胸中喘，骂詈。
血在胁下，喘。
面色苍白，耳前发热，畏寒，下颌肿胀导致头部转动困难。
腰部感觉像要折断一样，肩、肘、臂外侧后缘出现肿痛。
手臂内侧前缘疼痛。
手大拇指和食指活动不便，耳聋，耳鸣声音嘈杂，耳后、肩、肘、臂外侧及背部疼痛。
气机壅满，皮肤坚硬如壳且无痛感。
五种泄泻，下痢五色，大小便不通畅，面色发黄。
舌体僵硬强直且疼痛，口疮（口疳），进食即呕吐，食物无法咽下。
精神倦怠嗜睡，心中悸动抢痛，容易饥饿且味觉灵敏，但不想进食，食物不消化，尻部、阴部、股部、膝部及足背部疼痛，烦闷，心窝处急痛。
腹部有搏动感并疼痛，按压时感觉坚硬，疼痛位于肚脐周围，心窝处感觉痞塞。
腹胀伴有肠鸣音，完谷不化的泄泻，足部无力不能收持，行走时常颠簸不稳，脚下疼痛，九窍闭塞不通，大便稀溏，水样便排出后，排出残余气体则感到舒畅。
饮邪内停导致中焦胀满，食欲减退，容易嗳气，身体沉重如同醉酒，皮肤润泽但气短，肌肉疼痛，身体无法摇动，足部浮肿似有水湿。
面色黑如漆，眼睛视物清明，面色黑如炭，咳嗽吐痰带血，口渴，脐左侧、胁下、背部及肩髀之间疼痛。
胸中胀满，大腹和小腹疼痛，大便困难，饥饿但不想进食，心中感觉像饥饿一样难受，腹部膨大，颈部肿胀伴气喘咳嗽，脊柱、臀部、股部后侧疼痛。
脊柱中间疼痛，脊柱和股部内侧后缘疼痛，腰部冰冷如冰且肿胀。
足部痿软厥冷，脐下气机上逆，小腹部急痛，泄泻，下肢浮肿，足部寒冷且逆冷，肠风下血，阴部潮湿，四个脚趾发黑。
手指清冷厥逆，足底发热，嗜睡，坐立不安（坐下又想站起），冻疮，下痢，多思虑，易恐惧，四肢松弛无力，四肢不能抬起。
头痛，面色脱失光泽且爱清洁，耳朵听不见声音，脸颊肿胀。
肝气上逆导致脸颊肿胀，面色青，眼睛红肿疼痛。
两侧胁下疼痛牵引至小腹，胸痛，背部下方则两侧胁肋肿痛，妇女小腹部肿胀，腰痛导致不能俯仰，四肢胀满憋闷，阴茎挺长发热。
呕逆，出血，睾丸肿胀疝气，突发瘙痒。
足部逆冷，容易颠簸，关节时常肿胀，小便淋漓不尽，淋证尿涩，排便困难，癃闭，狐疝，洞泄（严重的水样泄泻），成人疝气，眩晕昏冒，生殖器内缩，两条筋脉痉挛，易恐惧，胸中气喘，骂人叫嚣。
血液淤积在胁下，气喘。
Pale complexion, heat in front of the ears, aversion to cold, swelling of the jaw making head rotation difficult.
The waist feels as if it is breaking; swelling and pain on the posterior lateral aspect of the shoulder, elbow, and arm.
Pain on the anterior medial aspect of the arm.
Difficulty using the thumb and index finger, deafness, roaring tinnitus (Zaocaotinnitus), pain behind the ear, shoulder, elbow, lateral arm, and back.
Qi stagnation causing fullness, skin hard like a shell but not painful.
Five types of diarrhea with five-colored stools, obstruction of urination and defecation, yellowish complexion.
Stiff, strong, and painful tongue, mouth ulcers (Kougan), vomiting immediately after eating, inability to swallow food.
Lethargy and desire to lie down, palpitations or heart-snatching pain, frequent hunger with keen taste sensation but lack of appetite, indigestion, pain in the sacrum, yin region, thigh, knee, and dorsum of the foot, irritability, urgent pain in the epigastrium.
Abdominal pain with a pulsating sensation, hardness upon pressure, pain centered at the umbilicus, feeling of epigastric stuffiness (Pi).
Abdominal distension with borborygmus, undigested stool in diarrhea, weakness of the feet unable to support weight, stumbling while walking, pain under the feet, obstruction of the nine orifices, loose stools; relief felt after passing flatus following watery diarrhea.
Fluid retention causing middle-jiao fullness, reduced appetite, frequent belching, body heaviness resembling drunkenness, moist skin but shortness of breath, muscle pain, inability to move the body, edema of the feet resembling water accumulation.
Complexion black as lacquer, clear vision within the eyes, complexion black as charcoal, coughing up blood-tinged sputum, thirst, pain in the left side of the umbilicus, hypochondrium, back, shoulder, and hip.
Chest fullness, abdominal pain (large and small abdomen), difficulty in defecation, hunger without desire to eat, feeling of emptiness/hunger in the heart, abdominal distension, neck swelling with asthma and cough, pain in the spine, buttocks, and posterior thigh.
Pain in the center of the spine, pain along the posterior medial aspect of the spine and thigh, coldness in the waist like ice accompanied by swelling.
Foot atrophy and coldness (Wei Jue), rebellious Qi below the umbilicus, urgent pain in the lower abdomen, diarrhea, lower limb edema, cold and inverted feet, intestinal dysentery (Changpi), dampness in the genital area, blackening of the four toes.
Cold and inverted fingers, heat in the soles of the feet, lethargy, restlessness (desiring to rise when sitting), frostbite, dysentery, excessive thinking, fearfulness, flaccidity of the four limbs, inability to lift the limbs.
Headache, loss of luster in complexion and love for cleanliness, deafness, cheek swelling.
Liver Qi rebellion causing cheek swelling, blue-green complexion, red and swollen painful eyes.
Pain in both hypochondria radiating to the lower abdomen, chest pain, swelling and pain in both hypochondria when lying on the back, lower abdominal swelling in women, low back pain preventing flexion and extension, fullness and oppression in the four limbs, priapism with heat.
Vomiting and reversal, bleeding, swollen testicles and hernia, sudden itching.
Inverted coldness of the feet, tendency to stumble, intermittent joint swelling, dribbling urine, strangury (Lin), difficult urination/defecation, urinary retention (Long), fox hernia (Huxian), severe watery diarrhea (Dongxie), adult hernia, dizziness and fainting, retraction of the genitals, spasm of two tendons, fearfulness, asthma in the chest, cursing and shouting.
Blood stasis in the hypochondrium, asthma.
