治妇人胞水早行，治胎涩难产不下。
猪肝 白蜜 醇酒（各一升）
上三味，同煎至二升，分作二三服，徐徐服亦可。
治逆产，横生，瘦胎，兼产前产后月水不调，崩漏等症。
百草霜 白芷不见火。
上等分，每服二钱，临产时以童子小便并小米醋，打糊为膏，温汤调下。
治产妇生理不顺，临蓐艰难。
十二月兔脑髓（去皮膜，研） 乳香（研，一分） 母丁香（一钱） 麝香（细研，一
字） 上研匀，兔脑为丸鸡头子大，阴干，油纸封，破水后，温水下一丸，立生。
治横逆难产，用黑铅一钱，小铫子火上熔化，投水银一钱，结成沙子，以熟绢衣角钮作
丸，如绿豆大。临产时，麝香水吞下二丸，立下。
一方 治难产，三日不下。用伏龙肝细研，每服一钱，酒调服。
又方 治子死腹中。调伏龙肝末三钱，儿头顶土出。亦治胎衣不下。
下死胎。
麝香（半钱，另研） 官桂（二钱，末）
上调匀，酒调下，须臾，如手推下。
一方 治胎死腹中，或半产不下。
官桂（五钱） 川芎 葵子（各一钱二分半）
每服末三钱，葱白汤调下。
一方 治死胎不出，产妇面青，指甲青，舌青，口臭。用朴硝二钱，顺流水调下。甚者
温童便调服，胎下母活。亦治胎衣不下，好。

将以上药物研为细末，用芎归汤煎好后调服。
治疗胎位不正（逆产）、横位分娩（横生）、瘦小之胎，兼治产前产后月经不调、崩漏等症状。

以上药物等量分配，每次服用二钱，临产时用童便和小米醋，调和成膏状，用温开水送服。
治疗产妇生理过程不顺，临产艰难。

以上药物研匀，以兔脑为粘合剂制成如鸡头子大小的丸药，阴干后用油纸密封，破水后，用温水送服一丸，胎儿立即出生。
治疗横位或逆位难产，取黑铅一钱，在小铫子火上熔化，投入水银一钱，凝结成沙粒状，用熟绢布包裹角钮做成丸药，大小如绿豆。临产时，用麝香水吞服二丸，胎儿立即产出。
另一方法：治疗难产，三日胎儿不下。用伏龙肝细研，每次服用一钱，用酒调服。
又一方：治疗胎儿死于腹中。调服伏龙肝末三钱，可从儿头顶部位排出泥土样物质。也可治疗胎盘不下。
下死胎。
麝香（半钱，另研） 官桂（二钱，研末）
以上药物调匀，用酒调服，片刻之后，感觉如同手推一般将死胎排出。
另一方法：治疗胎死腹中，或半产（流产）后胎儿不下。
官桂（五钱） 川芎 葵子（各一钱二分半）

另一方法：治疗死胎不出，产妇面色青紫，指甲青紫，舌色青紫，口臭。用朴硝二钱，用顺流水调服。病情严重者，用温热的童便调服，死胎排出后母亲存活。也可治疗胎盘不下，效果良好。
Treats premature rupture of the fetal membranes (bao shui) in women, and difficult labor due to stagnant fetus that fails to deliver.
Zhu Gan (Pig Liver), Bai Mi (White Honey), Chun Jiu (Mellow Wine) (each one sheng).
The above three ingredients are decocted together until two sheng of liquid remains. Divide into two or three doses; it is also acceptable to take slowly.
Bai Zhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, stir-fried), Bai Cao Shuang (Soot from burning straw), Hua Shi (Talcum).
Grind the above into powder, and take with Xiong Gui Tang (Ligusticum Chuanxiong and Angelica Sinensis Decoction).
Treats malpresentation (ni chan), transverse lie (heng sheng), small fetus, as well as irregular menstruation before and after childbirth, metrorrhagia (beng lou), etc.
Bai Cao Shuang (Soot from burning straw), Bai Zhi (Angelicae Dahuricae Radix, avoid exposure to fire).
Equal parts of the above. Take two qian per dose. At the time of delivery, mix with child’s urine (tong zi xiao bian) and millet vinegar to form a paste, and take with warm water.
Treats abnormal physiological processes during childbirth and difficult labor.
Shi Yue Tu Nao Sui (Rabbit Brain Marrow from the twelfth lunar month, skin and membrane removed, ground), Ru Xiang (Frankincense, ground, one fen), Mu Ding Xiang (Mother Clove, one qian), She Xiang (Musk, finely ground, one zi).
Grind the above uniformly, use rabbit brain as a binder to make pills the size of a cockle seed. Dry in shade, seal in oil paper. After rupture of membranes, take one pill with warm water for immediate delivery.
For transverse or breech difficult labor: Use one qian of Hei Qian (Black Lead), melt over heat in a small pot, add one qian of Shui Yin (Mercury), let it solidify into sand-like grains. Wrap in cooked silk cloth to form pills the size of a mung bean. At delivery, swallow two pills with Musk-infused water for immediate expulsion.
Another prescription: For difficult labor where the fetus has not been delivered after three days. Use Fu Long Gan (Dragon’s House Soil), finely ground. Take one qian per dose, mixed with wine.
Another prescription: For fetus dying in the womb. Mix three qian of Fu Long Gan powder. It can expel earth-like matter from the top of the infant's head. Also treats retained placenta.
Expelling dead fetus.
She Xiang (Musk, half a qian, separately ground), Guan Gui (Cinnamomi Cortex, two qian, powdered).
Mix uniformly, take with wine. Within a short time, the dead fetus will be expelled as if pushed by hand.
Another prescription: For fetus dying in the womb, or retained fetus after miscarriage.
Guan Gui (Cinnamomi Cortex, five qian), Chuan Xiong (Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma), Kui Zi (Abutilonis Semen) (each one qian and two fen ban).
Take three qian of powder per dose, mixed with scallion white soup.
Another prescription: For dead fetus not expelled, characterized by cyanosis of the mother’s face, nails, and tongue, and foul breath. Use Po Xiao (Mirabilite, two qian), taken with smooth-flowing water. For severe cases, take with warm child’s urine; the dead fetus is expelled and the mother survives. Also effective for retained placenta.
