百草霜（一两） 巴豆（五钱）
上为末，面糊丸绿豆大。每服九丸，煎红花汤下。
一方 治妊妇嗽而痰中见血。
当归 地黄 天冬 麦冬 紫菀 桑白皮 杏仁 甘草 桔梗 黄芩 五味子 阿胶
小蓟 姜三片，水煎服。
一方 治妊娠 疾。
良姜 白术 草果 陈皮 藿香 砂仁 白茯 甘草 姜三枣二，水煎服。
一方 妊娠下痢，状如鱼脑，小腹绞痛，赤白相杂。
地榆 黄连 石榴皮 阿胶 白术
水煎，空心温服。
一方 妊娠下痢白脓，腹中绞痛。
赤石脂（六分） 干姜（四分） 糯米（多）
水煎，空心，连三服。
一方 治妊娠痢血。
黄连（八分） 浓朴（制） 阿胶 当归（各六分） 艾叶 黄柏（各四分） 干姜（
五分） 为末，米饮调下。
干姜（炮） 阿胶（炒） 川芎 五味子（各一两） 黄 当归 白术 赤芍（各一
两半） 木香 人参 杜仲（炒） 甘草（各五钱）
每服五钱，水煎服。
佛手散亦好。见前。
治胎动不安，下血不止。
用雄鸡肝二具，好黄酒一斤煮熟，共酒食之，大效。
又方 治胎动出血，产门痛。
用黄连为末，温米饮调服一钱，一日三次。
脉平，吉；洪数，凶。左手脉不足，用血药多；右手脉不足，用气药多。以此为则，当
大补气血为先，虽有他症，以末治之。冬月不可用芍药，大忌发表。

地榆、黄连、石榴皮、阿胶、白术，水煎后空腹温服。
另一方：治疗妊娠下痢排出白色脓液，腹中绞痛。
赤石脂（六分）、干姜（四分）、糯米（适量），水煎后空腹服用，连续服用三次。
另一方：治疗妊娠痢疾便血。
黄连（八分）、厚朴（制）、阿胶、当归（各六分）、艾叶、黄柏（各四分）、干姜（五分），研成细末，用米饮调服。
干姜（炮制）、阿胶（炒制）、川芎、五味子（各一两）、黄芪、当归、白术、赤芍（各一两半）、木香、人参、杜仲（炒制）、甘草（各五钱）。
每次服用五钱，水煎后服用。
佛手散也很好，见前文。
治疗胎动不安，阴道出血不止。
取雄鸡肝两个，用好黄酒一斤煮熟，连同酒一起食用，效果显著。
又一方：治疗胎动出血，产门疼痛。
将黄连研成细末，用温米饮调服一钱，每日三次。
脉象平和为吉兆；脉象洪数则为凶兆。左手脉不足，应多用补血药；右手脉不足，应多用补气药。以此为准，应当以大补气血为首要任务，即使有其他症状，也作为次要处理。冬季不可使用芍药，严禁使用发汗解表法。
Cinnabar Carbon (Bai Cao Shuang, 1 liang) and Croton Seed (Ba Dou, 5 qian).
Grind the above into powder, make pills with wheat paste the size of mung beans. Take nine pills per dose, administered with a decoction of Safflower (Hong Hua Tang).
Another prescription: Treats pregnant women suffering from coughing with blood in the sputum.
Angelica Sinensis Radix (Dang Gui), Rehmanniae Radix (Di Huang), Asparagi Tuber (Tian Dong), Ophiopogonis Tuber (Mai Dong), Asteris Herba (Zi Wan), Mori Cortex (Sang Bai Pi), Armeniacae Semen Amarum (Xing Ren), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gan Cao), Platycodonis Radix (Jie Geng), Scutellariae Radix (Huang Qin), Schisandrae Fructus (Wu Wei Zi), Colla Corii Asini (E Jiao), Cirsii Herba (Xiao Ji), add three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (fresh ginger), decoct with water and take orally.
Another prescription: Treats pregnancy dysentery.
Alpiniae Katsumadai Rhizoma (Liang Jiang), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Bai Zhu), Tsaoko Fructus (Cao Guo), Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium (Chen Pi), Pogostemonis Herba (Huo Xiang), Amomi Fructus Rotundus (Sha Ren), Poria (Bai Fu), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gan Cao), add three slices of Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (fresh ginger) and two Jujubae Fructus (dates), decoct with water and take orally.
Another prescription: Treats pregnancy dysentery where stool resembles fish brains, accompanied by severe colic in the lower abdomen, with red and white pus and blood mixed together.
Sanguisorbae Radix (Di Yu), Scutellariae Radix (Huang Lian), Punicae Granati Pericarpium (Shi Liu Pi), Colla Corii Asini (E Jiao), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Bai Zhu).
Decoct with water, take warm on an empty stomach.
Another prescription: Treats pregnancy dysentery with discharge of white pus and abdominal colic.
Kaolin (Chi Shi Zhi, 6 fen), Zingiberis Rhizoma (Gan Jiang, 4 fen), Oryza Sativa (Nuomi, ample amount).
Decoct with water, take on an empty stomach, administer continuously for three doses.
Another prescription: Treats pregnancy dysentery with bloody stool.
Scutellariae Radix (Huang Lian, 8 fen), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Nou Pu, processed), Colla Corii Asini (E Jiao), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dang Gui, 6 fen each), Artemisiae Argyi Folium (Ai Ye), Phellodendri Chinensis Cortex (Huang Bo, 4 fen each), Zingiberis Rhizoma (Gan Jiang, 5 fen).
Grind into powder, mix with rice drink and take orally.
Prepared Zingiberis Rhizoma (Gan Jiang, roasted), fried Colla Corii Asini (E Jiao), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuan Xiong), Schisandrae Fructus (Wu Wei Zi, 1 liang each), Astragali Membranaceus Radix (Huang Qi), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Dang Gui), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Bai Zhu), Paeoniae Radix Rubra (Chi Shao, 1.5 liang each), Aquilegiae Radix (Mu Xiang), Ginseng Radix (Ren Shen), Eucommiae Cortex (Du Zhong, fried), Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma (Gan Cao, 5 qian each).
Take 5 qian per dose, decoct with water and take orally.

Treats restless fetus with continuous vaginal bleeding.
Use two livers of male chickens, cook thoroughly in one jin of good yellow wine, consume both the liver and the wine together; this is highly effective.
Another prescription: Treats fetal restlessness with bleeding and pain at the vaginal opening.
Grind Scutellariae Radix (Huang Lian) into powder, mix with warm rice drink to take one qian, three times a day.
A smooth pulse indicates a favorable prognosis; a flooding and rapid pulse indicates an unfavorable prognosis. If the pulse on the left hand is deficient, use more blood-nourishing herbs; if the pulse on the right hand is deficient, use more qi-tonifying herbs. Use this as a guideline: prioritize greatly tonifying qi and blood first. Even if there are other symptoms, treat them secondarily. In winter, avoid using Paeoniae Radix (Shao Yao); strictly forbid methods that induce sweating to release the exterior.
