妇人有怀抱素恶，不能生育者。人以为天心厌之也，谁知是肝气郁结乎？夫妇人之有子也，必然心脉流利而
滑，脾脉舒徐而和，肾脉旺大而鼓指，始称喜脉。未有三部脉郁而能生子者也。若三部脉郁，肝气必因之而更郁。
肝气郁，则心肾之脉，必致郁之急而莫解。盖子母相根据，郁必不喜，喜必不郁也。其郁而不能成胎者，以肝木不舒，
必下克脾土而致塞，则腰脐之气必不利。腰脐之气不利，必不能通任脉而达带脉，则带脉之气亦塞矣。带脉之气既
塞，则胞胎之门必闭，精即到门，亦不得其门而入矣。其奈之何哉！治法必解四经之郁，以开胞胎之门，则庶几矣。
方用开郁种玉汤。
白芍（一两，酒洗） 香附（三钱，酒炒） 当归（五钱，酒洗） 白术（五钱，土炒） 丹皮（三钱，酒洗） 茯
苓（三钱，去皮） 花粉（三钱）
水煎服。一月则郁结之气开，郁开则无非喜气之盈腹，而嫉妒之心亦可以一易，自然两相合好，结胎于顷刻
之间矣。此方之妙，解肝气之郁，宣脾气之困，而心肾之气亦因之俱舒，所以腰脐利而带任通达，不必启胞胎之门，
而胞胎自启，不特治嫉妒者也。
眉批∶方似平平无奇，然却能解妒种子，不可忽视。若怀娠而仍然嫉妒，必致血郁堕胎，即幸不堕胎，生子
多不能成。方加解妒饮合煎之可保无虞。必须变其性情始效。解妒饮∶黍、稷、谷各九十粒，麦（生用）、小黑豆各四
十九粒，豆炒熟、高粱五十五粒。
歌括∶妇人嫉妒心不宽，肝郁脾塞非天厌。
心肾任带相沿塞，胞门闭阻受孕难。
开郁种玉木芍丹，归苓香附花粉添。
连服一月郁尽解，不生贵子亦生兰。
妇女中有平素心胸狭隘、嫉妒心强，导致无法生育的。人们以为是上天厌恶她，哪里知道这是肝气郁结所致呢？女子要受孕，必然心脉流利而滑利，脾脉舒缓而柔和，肾脉旺盛大而按之有力，这才称为喜脉（妊娠脉）。没有三部脉象都郁滞却能怀孕生子的。如果三部脉象郁滞，肝气必定因此更加郁结。肝气郁结，那么心脉和肾脉，必定随之郁滞紧迫而无法解开。这是因为子脏与母体相互关联，气机郁滞必然不喜悦，心情喜悦则气机必然不郁滞。那种因气郁而不能受孕的，是因为肝木之气不舒展，必定向下克制脾土而导致阻滞，那么腰部和脐部的气机必定不通畅。腰脐之气不通畅，必定不能通达任脉和带脉，那么带脉的气机也会闭塞了。带脉之气既然闭塞，那么胞胎之门必定关闭，精子即使到了门口，也无法进入。对此该怎么办呢！治疗方法必须解除四条经脉的郁结，以打开胞胎之门，这样或许就能成功了。方剂用开郁种玉汤。

水煎服。服用一个月后，郁结的气机就会开通，气机开通后，腹中充满喜悦之气，嫉妒的心态也可以彻底改变，自然夫妻和睦，顷刻间即可受孕。这个方剂的妙处，在于疏解肝气的郁结，宣通脾气的困阻，而心气和肾气也因此得以舒畅，所以腰部和脐部气机通畅，任脉和带脉通达，不必刻意开启胞胎之门，胞胎自然开启，这不仅仅是治疗嫉妒症的方法。
眉批：这个方子看似平平无奇，然而却能化解嫉妒、助孕种子，不可忽视。如果怀孕后仍然嫉妒，必定导致血郁而堕胎，即使侥幸不堕胎，孩子长大后也多难成器。方剂可加解妒饮合煎，可以确保万无一失。必须改变其性情才能见效。解妒饮：黍、稷、谷各九十粒，麦（生用）、小黑豆各四十九粒，豆炒熟、高粱五十五粒。
歌诀：妇人嫉妒心量窄，肝郁脾塞并非天意厌弃。
心肾任带相互牵连闭塞，胞门闭阻受孕困难。
开郁种玉汤用白术、白芍、丹皮，加上当归、茯苓、香附、花粉。
连续服用一个月郁结尽解，不生贵子也能生出兰草般的人才。
In women who have a naturally narrow-minded and jealous disposition, leading to infertility, people may think it is Heaven's displeasure. However, who would know that this is actually due to the stagnation of Liver Qi (Liver Qi Stagnation)? For a woman to conceive, her Heart pulse must be smooth and slippery, her Spleen pulse relaxed and harmonious, and her Kidney pulse vigorous and large, pressing firmly against the fingers; only then can it be called a "pregnancy pulse" (Ximai). There is no case where pregnancy occurs when all three pulses are stagnant. If the three pulses are stagnant, the Liver Qi will inevitably become more stagnant. When Liver Qi stagnates, the Heart and Kidney pulses will inevitably become stagnant and tense, unable to resolve. This is because the fetus and mother are interconnected; stagnation implies lack of joy, while joy implies absence of stagnation. The reason why stagnation prevents conception is that the unrelaxed Wood of the Liver attacks the Earth of the Spleen downwards, causing blockage. Consequently, the Qi in the waist and umbilical region becomes obstructed. When the Qi in the waist and umbilical region is obstructed, it cannot communicate with the Ren Mai (Conception Vessel) and Dai Mai (Girdle Vessel), causing the Qi of the Dai Mai to also become blocked. Once the Qi of the Dai Mai is blocked, the gate of the uterus (Bao Tai) must close. Even if sperm reaches the gate, it cannot enter. What should be done? The treatment method must relieve the stagnation of four meridians to open the gate of the uterus, which might then succeed. The formula used is Kaiyu Zhongyu Tang (Open Stagnation and Nourish Jade Decoction).
Baishao (White Peony Root, 1 liang, washed with wine) Xiangfu (Cyperus Rhizome, 3 qian, fried with wine) Danggui (Angelica Sinensis, 5 qian, washed with wine) Baizhu (Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome, 5 qian, stir-fried with earth) Danpi (Moutan Cortex, 3 qian, washed with wine) Fuling (Poria, 3 qian, peeled) Huafen (Trichosanthes Root, 3 qian)
Decoct in water and take orally. After one month of use, the stagnant Qi will dissipate. With the dissipation of stagnation, the abdomen will be filled with joyful Qi, and the jealous mindset can be completely transformed. Naturally, husband and wife will harmonize, and conception will occur almost instantly. The brilliance of this formula lies in resolving Liver Qi stagnation, relieving Spleen Qi constraint, and thereby allowing Heart and Kidney Qi to relax as well. Thus, the waist and umbilical Qi flow freely, and the Ren and Dai meridians connect smoothly. Without needing to forcibly open the uterine gate, the gate opens itself. This is not merely a treatment for jealousy.
Marginal Note: Although this formula seems ordinary, it effectively resolves jealousy and aids conception; it should not be overlooked. If a pregnant woman remains jealous, it will likely cause Blood stagnation and miscarriage. Even if she fortunately does not miscarry, the child may fail to thrive or achieve success later in life. To ensure safety, add Jiedu Yin (Resolve Jealousy Drink) to decoct together. It is essential to change her temperament for efficacy. Jiedu Yin: Setaria italica (Shu), Panicum miliaceum (Ji), and Setaria faberi (Gu) each 90 grains; Triticum aestivum (Mai, raw), and Vigna angularis var. nipponensis (Xiaoheidou, black soybean) each 49 grains (soybeans stir-fried until cooked); Sorghum bicolor (Gaoliang) 55 grains.
Verse:
Women with jealous hearts lack breadth of mind,
Liver stagnation and Spleen blockage are not Heaven's disdain.
Heart, Kidney, Ren, and Dai meridians follow in blockage,
Uterine gate closed, conception becomes difficult.
Kaiyu Zhongyu Tang uses Baizhu, Baishao, and Danpi,
Plus Danggui, Fuling, Xiangfu, and Huafen added.
Take continuously for a month, stagnation fully resolved,
Whether bearing noble sons or orchid-like talents, both are born.
