破伤风，方用∶
蝉退（蜕）去净头足，为末五钱，用好酒一碗，煎滚，入末调匀，服之立效。
治喉闭方∶
用梧桐子一、二十粒，研细，少加醋，服下痰去自愈。
急治时行瘟病，方用∶
藿香（二钱） 紫苏（钱半） 苍术（钱半） 赤茯苓（三钱） 白芷（一钱） 陈皮（钱半） 姜川朴（一钱）
姜半夏（钱半） 碎乌梅（四个） 槟榔（一钱） 桔梗（一钱） 引加生姜（三片） 大枣三枚，水三杯，
煎一杯，温服。
明雄黄（一钱） 朱砂（一钱） 冰片（一分三厘） 麝香（一分五厘）
共为细末，瓷瓶收贮。
治男女大小心口臌闷，水泻痢疾，心腹痛疼等症。用骨簪，男点左眼，女点右眼，点之即愈。兼治牛马猪羊等
畜。
男服此药，添精补髓，疏利肾气，不问下焦虚实寒热，服之自能和平∶旧称古今第一种子方。有能世世服此
药，子孙蕃衍。
枸杞子（八两） 菟丝子（八两） 车前子（二两） 五味子（二两） 覆盆子（四两）
上药俱选地道精新者，焙晒干，共为细末，炼蜜为丸，梧桐子大，每空心服九十丸，上床时服五十丸，白汤
或盐汤送下；冬月用温酒送下。
女服此药，调经养血，安胎顺气。不问胎前产后，经事参差，有余不足诸症，悉皆治之，殊益胎嗣。此本太仆
吏鲍璧，台州人，其妻三十年不育，忽经事不至者十月，腹臌大无病，皆谓妊娠，一日忽产恶物盈桷，视之皆败痰
积血。后服此方，不期年生一子。张云∶彼尝以此二方（即上方及此方）与人，服无不应者。
阿胶（二两） 蕲艾（二两） 当归（二两） 川芎（二两） 白芍（二两） 熟地（二两） 香附（二两）
杵成米粒样，水、醋各浸一宿，晒，焙干为十二两，研为细末。用大陈石榴一枚，连皮捣碎，东流水（即河水）
三升熬，去滓，面糊为丸，梧子大，每服百丸，空心陈醋点汤下。
破伤风，使用以下方剂：
将蝉蜕（蝉的幼虫外壳）彻底去除头部和足部，研磨成粉末五钱，用一碗优质白酒，煮沸后加入药粉搅拌均匀，服用后立即见效。
治疗喉闭（咽喉肿痛闭塞不通）的方剂：
取梧桐子一至二十粒，研磨细腻，稍加醋，吞服后痰液排出即可自愈。
另一个方剂：
将手指甲焙烤至黄色，研磨成粉末，用黄酒冲服，发汗后即可痊愈。需禁欲一百天。
紧急治疗时行瘟病（流行性瘟疫疾病），使用以下方剂：

男性服用此药，可添精补髓，疏利肾气，无论下焦（人体下部脏腑及经络）虚实寒热如何，服用后自然调和平衡：旧称古今第一种子方。若能世代服用此药，子孙繁衍昌盛。

上述药材均选用地道、精致新鲜的，焙干晒干，共同研磨成细末，用炼蜜制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子，每次空腹服用九十丸，上床睡觉前服用五十丸，用白开水或淡盐水送服；冬季用温酒送服。
女性服用此药，可调经养血，安胎顺气。无论胎前产后，月经失调，有余不足等各种症状，都能治疗，特别有利于生育后代。这原本是太仆吏鲍璧（台州人），他的妻子三十年未生育，忽然月经停止十个月，腹部胀大但无病痛，都认为是怀孕，一天突然产出充满器皿的恶物，查看都是败痰积血。后来服用此方，没想到一年生下一个儿子。张云说：他曾经将此两个方剂（即上方和此方）给人使用，服用者无不奏效。

捣成米粒大小，用水和醋各浸泡一夜，晒干，焙干后重十二两，研磨成细末。用一个大陈年石榴一枚，连皮捣碎，用东流水（即河水）三升熬煮，去渣，用面糊制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子，每次服用一百丸，空腹时用陈醋点汤送服。
Traumatic tetanus, use the following prescription:
Remove the head and feet completely from Cicada Slough (Cicadae Periostracum), grind into powder, five qian. Use one bowl of high-quality white wine, boil until rolling, add the powder, mix evenly, and take; immediate effect is observed.
Prescription for treating Throat Bi (Sore throat with swelling and obstruction):
Take one to twenty seeds of Firmiana simplex (Wutongzi), grind finely, add a small amount of vinegar, swallow; once phlegm is expelled, it heals itself.
Another prescription:
Roast fingernails until yellow, grind into powder, take with yellow wine to induce sweating; recovery follows. Abstinence from sexual intercourse is required for one hundred days.

Realgar (Mingxionghuang, one qian) Cinnabar (Zhusha, one qian) Borneolum Syntheticum (Bingpian, one fen three li) Moschus (Shexiang, one fen five li)
Grind together into fine powder, store in a porcelain bottle.
Treats chest oppression, watery diarrhea, dysentery, heart and abdominal pain in men, women, and children. Dip a bone hairpin into the powder and apply to the eye: left eye for men, right eye for women; healing occurs immediately. Also treats cattle, horses, pigs, and sheep.
Men taking this medicine replenish essence and marrow, regulate kidney qi. Regardless of deficiency or excess, cold or heat in the Lower Jiao (Lower Burner), the body will naturally harmonize after ingestion: historically called the No.1 seed-promoting formula since ancient times. Select authentic, fresh, and refined herbs above, roast, dry, and sun-dry. Grind together into fine powder. Make pills with refined honey, size of Firmiana simplex seeds. Take ninety pills on an empty stomach, fifty pills before bed, washed down with plain water or salt water; in winter, wash down with warm wine.
Women taking this medicine regulate menstruation, nourish blood, calm the fetus, and smooth qi. It treats all conditions related to pregnancy and postpartum, irregular menstruation, excess or deficiency, greatly benefiting fertility. This was originally used by Bao Bi, a Taipu Li (Official of the Imperial Stud) from Taizhou. His wife had not conceived for thirty years. Suddenly, her menstruation stopped for ten months, her abdomen swelled but she felt no pain, and everyone believed she was pregnant. One day, she suddenly delivered foul matter filling the vessel, which turned out to be rotten phlegm and accumulated blood. After taking this prescription, she unexpectedly gave birth to a son within a year. Zhang Yun said: He once shared these two prescriptions (the above male formula and this female formula) with others; all who took them responded effectively.

Pound into rice-grain sized pieces. Soak overnight in water and vinegar separately. Sun-dry, then roast-dry to weigh twelve liang. Grind into fine powder. Take one large aged pomegranate, pound with peel. Decoct in three sheng of East-flowing river water. Remove dregs. Make pills with wheat paste, size of Firmiana simplex seeds. Take one hundred pills per dose, on an empty stomach, washed down with aged vinegar mixed with water.
