上锉如麻豆大。每服半两，水一大盏，生姜三片，煎至六分，入硝，去滓，热服

半夏（汤洗，一钱五分） 黄连（一分） 栝蒌实（一枚，用四分之一）
上锉麻豆大。水二盏，先煮栝蒌至一盏半，下诸药，取八分，去滓，温服未利再服。
槟榔 肉桂 干姜 附子 甘遂 良姜 韭子 巴豆（以上各等分入硫黄一钱）
上为细末，软米和丸，桐子大。早晨先椒汤洗手，放温揩干，用生油少许泥手心
，男左女右，磨令热，握一丸，宣一、二行。

上为粗末。入半夏片子，令搅匀，每服四钱，水二中盏，入生姜七片，煎
至一盏，去滓，取清汁六分，入麝香少许，带热食后服。
川乌（炮，去皮脐） 草乌（炮） 天南星 半夏（姜制） 蒸豆粉 甘草 川芎 僵蚕 藿香
零陵香 地龙（去土） 蝎梢（炒，以上各一两） 川姜（半两）
上为细末，药末一两，用蒸豆粉一两，以白面二两，滴水和丸，如桐子大，阴干
。细嚼，茶清下三、五丸至五、七丸，食后初服三丸，以渐加之。

将上述药材研为细末，用软米饭调和制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子。早晨先用花椒水洗手，待水温适宜后擦干，取少许生油涂抹手心，男性涂左手，女性涂右手，揉搓至发热，手握一丸，促使排便一至二次。

将药材研为细末。用热酒化开少量蜂蜜，调制药粉半钱，剂量可增至一钱，片刻后感觉药力运行，以轻微麻木为度。若制成丸剂，用炼蜜调和如弹子大小。用热酒送服一丸或半丸。

将药材捣成粗末。加入半夏片，搅拌均匀，每次服用四钱，加水二大盏，生姜七片，煎煮至一盏，滤去药渣，取澄清药汁六分，加入少许麝香，饭后趁热服用。
川乌（炮制，去皮脐）、草乌（炮制）、天南星、半夏（姜制）、蒸豆粉、甘草、川芎、僵蚕、藿香、零陵香、地龙（去土）、蝎梢（炒制，以上各一两）、川姜（半两）。
将药材研为细末，取药末一两，蒸豆粉一两，白面二两，滴水调和制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子，阴干。细细咀嚼，用茶清送服三至五丸，或五至七丸。初次服用时食后服三丸，以后逐渐增加剂量。
Rhubiz Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang), Mirabilite (Mangxiao), Magnoliae Officinalis Cortex (Houpo, peeled), Immature Bitter Orange (Zhishi) (each 5 liang above), Licorice Root (Gancao) (1 liang).
Crush the aforementioned herbs to the size of hemp seeds. For each dose, take 0.5 liang, add one large cup of water and three slices of fresh ginger, decoct until reduced to 60% volume, add Mirabilite, strain, and administer hot.
Rhubiz Radix et Rhizoma (Dahuang) (1.5 liang), Mirabilite (Mangxiao) (1.85 qian), Kansui Radix Powder (Gansui mo) (one character amount).
Add one cup of water, boil Rhubarb until reduced to 80% volume, strain, add Mirabilite and boil once, then add Kansui powder, and administer warm.
Pinelliae Tuber (Banxia) (washed in boiling water, 1.5 qian), Scutellariae Radix (Huanglian) (1 fen), Trichosanthis Fructus (Gualou shi) (one fruit, use one-quarter).
Crush the herbs to the size of hemp seeds. Add two cups of water, first decoct Trichosanthes fruit until reduced to 1.5 cups, then add the remaining herbs, decoct to obtain 80% volume, strain, and administer warm. If bowel movement is not achieved, take again.
Arecae Semen (Binglang), Cinnamomi Cortex (Rougui), Zingiberis Rhizoma Recens (Ganjiang), Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata (Fuzi), Kansui Radix (Gansui), Gastrodiae Rhizoma (Liangjiang - *Note: Text says Liangjiang but context implies Gastrodia or similar; sticking to literal translation of ingredient name if ambiguous, but usually Liangjiang is Gastrodia. However, in this formula context with BaDou, it might be a specific variation. I will translate as Gastrodiae Rhizoma based on standard name*), Allii Tuberosi Semen (Jiuizi), Crotonis Fructus (Badou) (each equal parts, plus Sulfur 1 qian).
Grind the above herbs into fine powder, mix with soft rice paste to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. In the morning, wash hands with pepper water first, wipe dry when warm, apply a little raw oil to the palm, left hand for males, right hand for females, rub until hot, hold one pill in hand to induce one or two bowel movements.

Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Gastrodiae Rhizoma (Tianma), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Notopterygii Rhizoma et Radix (Qianghuo), Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi), Aconiti Radix (Caowutou), Schizonepetae Spica (Jingjie), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, roasted), Licorice Root (Gancao), Talcum (Huashi), Typhonii Rhizoma (Baifuzi) (each equal parts above).
Grind into powder. Dissolve a small amount of honey in hot wine, mix with half a qian of medicine, increasing to one qian. When the medicinal effect is felt, slight numbness is the limit. If made into pills, mix with refined honey to the size of a bullet. Take one or half a pill dissolved in hot wine.
Saposhnikoviae Radix (Fangfeng), Ephedrae Herba (Mahuang), Angelicae Pubescentis Radix (Duhuo), Gentianae Macrophyllae Radix (Qinjiao, remove rhizome), Scutellariae Radix (Huangqin), Gypsum Fibrosum (Shigao), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Atractylodis Macrocephalae Rhizoma (Baizhu) (each 0.5 liang above).
Pulverize into coarse powder. Add sliced Pinellia, mix evenly. For each dose, take 4 qian, add two large cups of water and seven slices of fresh ginger, decoct to one cup, strain, take 60% of the clear juice, add a little Moschus (Shexiang), and take warm after meals.
Aconiti Radix (Chuanwu) (processed, remove skin and navel), Aconiti Kusnezoffii Radix (Caowu) (processed), Arisaematis Rhizoma (Tiannanxing), Pinelliae Tuber (Banxia, processed with ginger), Steamed Bean Powder (Zhengdofen), Licorice Root (Gancao), Ligustici Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Bombyx Batryticatus (Jiangcan), Agastaches Herba (Huoxiang), Lingzheri Herba (Linglingxiang), Pheretima (Dilong, remove soil), Scorpio (Xieshao, stir-fried) (each 1 liang above), Zingiberis Rhizoma (Chuanjiang) (0.5 liang).
Grind into fine powder. Take 1 liang of herb powder, 1 liang of steamed bean powder, and 2 liang of white flour, mix with drops of water to form pills the size of Sophora seeds, dry in shade. Chew thoroughly, swallow with tea liquor, 3-5 pills or 5-7 pills. Initially take 3 pills after meals, gradually increase the dose.
