斑蝥（去头翅足） 赤小豆 白僵蚕 苦丁香 白丁香 磨刀泥
上各等份为细末。十岁以上，服一钱；二十岁以上，服二钱。五更用新汲水一盏调下，比至辰
时见效。女人小便见赤白色，三、两次；男子于大便中，见赤白色，为效。当日服白粘粥
，不得吃别物，大忌油腻。患三、四年者，只一服；七、八年者，再一服。
治瘰 、一切恶疮软疖。
上用白胶一两，瓷器内溶开，去滓，再于溶开后，以蓖麻子六十四个，作泥
小油半匙，头柱点水中，试硬软添减胶油。如得所，量疮大小，以绯帛摊膏药贴之，一膏
又方治瘰 。
小龙肚肠（一条，炮干） 鳖壳裙 （炮） 川楝子（五
上为细末，蒸饼为丸，如绿豆大。每服十五丸，食后艾汤下，日三服。
又方
将腊月猫粪，用新瓦两个，合在内，外用盐泥固济，烧成灰。以小油调，涂疮口上。
又方
取小左盘龙，不以多少，为末，陈米饭搜和得所，丸如梧桐子大。每服三、五十丸，
却用陈米汤送下。
小麦不以多少，烧令黑色，存性为末。以小油调，涂疮上。
治打扑肭损，痛不可忍者。
乳香（三钱，另研） 乌梅（五个，去核，细切，焙干，为末） 白莴苣子（二两八钱，炒黄，
捣为末） 白米（一捻，另研细末）
上再入乳钵内，研数百下，炼蜜为丸，如粟大。细嚼，热汤下。病在上，食后；
白胶香、黄柏、轻粉。
以上药物研成细末。用羊骨髓调和后涂抹在癣疾患处。

以上各药等量研成细末。十岁以上儿童，服用一钱；二十岁以上成人，服用二钱。在五更天（凌晨3-5点）用刚打来的冷水一盏调服，等到辰时（上午7-9点）见效。女性小便中出现赤白色物质，男性在大便中出现赤白色物质，即为见效。当天服用白粘米粥，不得吃其他食物，严禁食用油腻之物。患病三、四年的，只需服用一次；患病七、八年的，再服用一次。
治疗瘰疬及一切恶疮、软疖。
取上述方中的白胶一两，在瓷器内熔化，滤去渣滓，再次熔化后，加入六十四个蓖麻子制成的泥状物及半匙小油。将混合物滴入冷水中测试软硬程度，根据情况增减胶和油的用量。如果比例合适，根据疮口大小，用红色丝帛摊涂膏药贴敷，一张膏药……
又一方治疗瘰疬。
小龙肚肠（一条，炮制干燥）、鳖壳裙边（炮制）、川楝子（五两）。
以上药物研成细末，用蒸饼糊制成丸剂，如绿豆大小。每次服用十五丸，饭后用艾叶汤送服，每日三次。
又一方
取腊月里的猫粪，用两块新瓦片合在一起，外部用盐泥密封固定，烧成灰烬。用小油调和，涂抹在疮口上。
又一方
取小左盘龙（一种草药），数量不限，研成细末，用陈米饭揉和至适宜程度，制成如梧桐子大小的丸剂。每次服用三、五十丸，再用陈米汤送下。
小麦适量，烧至黑色，保留药性，研成细末。用小油调和，涂抹在疮处。
羊粪熬汤，清洗去除痂皮，用屋檐下悬挂的煤烟灰，炒过后筛成细末。用小油涂抹在疮处。
治疗跌打损伤造成的瘀血肿痛，疼痛剧烈难以忍受者。
乳香（三钱，单独研磨）、乌梅（五个，去核，细细切碎，焙干，研成细末）、白莴苣子（二两八钱，炒黄，捣成细末）、白米（一小撮，单独研磨成细末）。
以上药物放入乳钵中，再研磨数百次，用炼蜜制成丸剂，如粟米大小。细细咀嚼，用热开水送服。病位在上部的，饭后服用；

At the third watch (wugeng), mix with one cup of fresh cold water and ingest. Efficacy should be observed by the seventh watch (chen shi). In women, the appearance of red-white discharge in urine; in men, the appearance of red-white matter in stool indicates efficacy. On that day, consume white sticky rice porridge, and do not eat anything else. Greasy food is strictly forbidden. For those suffering for three or four years, only one dose is needed; for those suffering for seven or eight years, take another dose.
Treating scrofula (luoli) and all kinds of malignant sores and soft boils.
In the above prescription, take one liang of Baijiao (animal glue), melt it in a porcelain vessel, filter out the dregs, and melt again. Xiaolong Duchang (one strip, processed and dried), Bieke Qunbian (turtle shell skirt edge, processed), Chuanlianzi (Fructus Toosendan, five pieces).
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, use steamed dough as a binder to make pills the size of mung beans. Take fifteen pills per dose, after meals, washed down with mugwort tea, three times a day.

Take cat feces from the twelfth lunar month, place between two new tiles, seal the outside with salt mud, and burn to ash. Mix with sesame oil and apply to the sore.

Take Xiao Zuopanlong (herb name), any amount, grind into powder, knead with aged rice until suitable, form into pills the size of paulownia seeds. Take thirty to fifty pills per dose, followed by washing down with aged rice soup.
Wheat, as needed, burn until black but preserve its medicinal nature, grind into powder. Mix with sesame oil and apply to the sore.
Boil sheep manure in water to wash off the scabs. Use coal soot hanging from the eaves, stir-fried and sifted into powder. Mix with sesame oil and apply to the sore.
Treating contusions and injuries causing unbearable pain.
Ruxiang (Frankincense, three qian, ground separately), Wumei (Mume Fruit, five pieces, remove pits, finely cut, baked dry, ground into powder), Baiwoju Zi (Lactuca Sativa Seed, two liang eight qian, stir-fried yellow, pounded into powder), Baimi (White Rice, a pinch, ground separately into fine powder).
