腊月雀脑子。烧灰研细。小油调，涂冻疮口上。

以正黄柏为细末，用乳汁调，涂疮口上。

以山药少许，生于新瓦上磨为地 ，涂疮口上。
治手足裂
白芨，不以多少，为末，水调，涂裂处。
用 子底黑煤，于小油中，以匙打成膏子，摊在纸上
用白薇末贴之，立止。

上除黄丹、乳、没等外，八件用芝麻油五斤，浸一宿，用铁锅内煎，令黄色；药
不用，次入黄丹锅内，柳条搅，令黄色，方可掇下；用柳枝搅出大烟，入乳没匀，令冷；倾
在瓷盆内，候药硬，用刀子切作块，油纸裹。
五灵脂（一两） 茴香（一钱）
上二味为细末，另研乳香为细末。于极痛处掺上，用小黄米粥涂了，后用二味药
末掺于上，再用帛子裹了，用木片子缠了。少壮人二日效，老者五、六日见效矣。
黄柏 黄芩 黄连 防风（以上各半两） 白僵蚕（一两） 全蝎（三分） 轻粉（半钱
上为细末，羊蹄根汁浸，蒸饼为丸，如梧桐子大。每服二、三十丸，嚼羊蹄根汁
送下。随病患上下，分食前后。又羊蹄汁涂癣。
腊月采集雀脑，烧成灰后研成细粉。用少量植物油调和，涂抹在冻疮患处。
另一个方子：
取正黄色的黄柏研成细末，用乳汁调和，涂抹在疮口上。
又一个方子：
取少许山药，放在新瓦片上磨成浆液，涂抹在疮口上。
治疗手足皲裂：
白芨，用量不限，研成粉末，用水调和，涂抹在开裂处。
使用锅底黑煤，放入少量植物油中，用勺子搅拌打成膏状，摊在纸上。
使用白薇粉末贴敷，疼痛立即停止。

除黄丹、乳香、没药等外，其余八味药材用五斤芝麻油浸泡一夜，放入铁锅中煎煮，直至药液呈黄色；滤去药渣，随后将黄丹倒入锅内，用柳条搅拌，待颜色变黄后，方可离火；继续用柳枝搅拌至冒出大量浓烟，加入乳香和没药搅拌均匀，冷却后；倒入瓷盆内，待药膏凝固，用刀切成块，用油纸包裹保存。
五灵脂（一两） 茴香（一钱）
将这两味药研成细末，另外将乳香单独研成细末。在疼痛剧烈处撒上药粉，先用小黄米粥覆盖，然后再撒上这两种药末，最后用布帛包裹，再用木板条缠绕固定。年轻力壮的人两天见效，年老体弱者五到六天见效。

将上述药物研成细末，用羊蹄根汁浸泡，蒸饼作为粘合剂制成丸药，大小如梧桐子。每次服用二三十丸，嚼碎后用羊蹄根汁送服。根据病患部位在上或在下，分别安排在饭前或饭后服用。此外，也可用羊蹄汁直接涂抹癣疾患处。
Collect sparrow brains in the twelfth lunar month. Burn them to ash, grind into fine powder. Mix with a small amount of vegetable oil and apply to the frostbite lesions.
Another prescription:
Grind yellow Phellodendri Cortex (Huangbai, 黄柏) into fine powder. Mix with milk and apply to the wound surface.
Yet another prescription:
Take a small amount of Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao, 山药), rub it on a new tile until it forms a paste, and apply to the wound surface.
Treatment for fissures of hands and feet:
Bletillae Rhizoma (Baiji, 白芨), quantity not limited. Grind into powder, mix with water, and apply to the cracked areas.
Use soot from the bottom of a pot. In a small amount of vegetable oil, stir with a spoon to form a paste. Spread onto paper.
Apply powder of Cynomorii Herba (Baiwei, 白薇). Pain will stop immediately.
Minium (Huangdan, 黄丹) (2 jin)
Nan Ru Xiang (Southern Frankincense) (separately ground)
Myrrhae Resina (Moyao, 没药) (separately ground)
Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, 当归)
Momordicae Fructus (Mubiezi, 木鳖子) (used raw)
Ampelopsis Radix (Bailian, 白蔹) (used raw)
Alumen (Baifan, 白矾) (used raw)
Cinnamomi Ramulus (Guangui, 官桂) (3 cun)
Amygdalus Persica Semen (Xingren, 杏仁) (used raw)
Angelicae Dahuricae Radix (Baizhi, 白芷) (each of the above 1 liang)
New Willow Branches (Xinliuzhi, 新柳枝) (1 jin, each piece 1 cun long)
Except for Minium, Frankincense, and Myrrh, soak the remaining eight ingredients in 5 jin of Sesame Oil (Zhima You, 芝麻油) overnight. Boil in an iron pot until the liquid turns yellow. Remove the herbs. Then add Minium to the pot, stir with a willow branch until yellow, then remove from heat. Continue stirring with a willow branch until thick smoke rises. Add Frankincense and Myrrh, mix evenly, and allow to cool. Pour into a porcelain basin. Once the ointment hardens, cut into blocks with a knife and wrap in oil paper.
Trogopterori Excrement (Wulingzhi, 五灵脂) (1 liang)
Foeniculi Fructus (Huixiang, 茴香) (1 qian)
Grind these two ingredients into fine powder. Separately grind Frankincense into fine powder. Sprinkle the powder on the most painful area. Cover with millet porridge. Then sprinkle the two powdered medicines on top. Wrap with cloth and secure with wooden splints. Young and vigorous individuals show results in two days; elderly individuals show results in five to six days.

Bombyx Batryticatus (Baijiangcan, 白僵蚕) (1 liang)
Scorpio (Quanxie, 全蝎) (3 fen)
Calomelas (Qingfen, 轻粉) (half qian)
Grind all ingredients into fine powder. Soak in juice of Rumex japonicus root (Yangti Gen, 羊蹄根). Use steamed bread dough as a binder to make pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 20-30 pills per dose. Chew and swallow with Rumex japonicus root juice. Administer before or after meals depending on whether the disease is located in the upper or lower body. Additionally, apply Rumex japonicus juice directly to tinea lesions.
