消散一切肿毒。
用野葡桃根，红者，去粗皮，为末，新水调涂肿上，频扫新水。

牡蛎 大黄 甘草（以上各半两） 悬蒌（一个）
上酒浸，露一宿，服之，以利为度。
又方∶
冬葵子为末，酒调下三、两服。
又方∶
皂角不蛀者，烧过阴干为细末，酒调服之，立效。又皂角子七个，水调服之，亦效。
又方∶
胡桃七个，烧过阴干，研为末，酒调服之，不过三服，大效。
又方∶
生蜜米粉调服，休吃饭，利小便为度。
蛇蜕皮，于肿处贴之。
又方 皂角刺，烧灰阴干。
上为末。每服三钱，酒调，嚼葵菜子三、五个，前药送下，大效。
白蔹 定粉（各等份） 黄丹（少许）
上同为细末。洗净疮口，干贴之。
生白矾末，水调涂之，自消。
铜钱（半两，醋浸淬焦烧，研为末） 木香（一钱） 自然铜（一钱） 麝香（少许）
上为极细末。如在上，食后每服三匙头，嚼丁香一枚，乳香一粒，无灰酒一小盏
；在下，食前。如不折，其药反出。服罢，其痛不可当，勿疑，待一日，如骨未接，再服如
前。老者十余日，少者不过五、七日。
出箭头。
莨菪棵（一名天仙子，取着中一棵，根、本、枝、叶、花、实全者佳）
上于端午日前一日，持不语，寻见莨菪棵言道∶先生你却在这里。那道罢，用柴灰自东南为头围了，用木
子撅取了根周回土，次日端午，日未出时，根据前持不语，
用净水洗了，不令鸡犬妇人见，于净室中以石臼捣为泥，丸如弹子大，黄丹为衣，以纸袋封了，悬于高处阴干
。如有人着箭，不能出者，用绯绢盛此药讫，放脐中，用绵裹肚系了，先用象牙末于疮口上贴
之，后用前药。如疮口生合，用刀子利开贴之。
消散各种肿毒。
使用野葡萄根，选取红色的，去除粗皮，研成粉末，用新汲水调匀涂抹在肿胀处，频繁地扫上新鲜的水。

另一个方子：

又一个方子：
选用不蛀的皂角，烧过后在阴凉处干燥，研成细末，用酒调服，立即见效。另外取七个皂角子，用水调服，也有效。
又一个方子：
胡桃七个，烧过后在阴凉处干燥，研成粉末，用酒调服，不超过三次，效果显著。
又一个方子：
用生蜂蜜和米粉调服，停止吃饭，以小便通畅为度。
蛇蜕下的皮，贴在肿胀处。
又一个方子：皂角刺，烧成灰后在阴凉处干燥。
将上述药物研成粉末。每次服用三钱，用酒调服，同时嚼食葵菜子三到五个，用前面的药送下，效果显著。
白蔹、定粉（各等份）、黄丹（少许）
将上述药物共同研成细末。洗净疮口，干敷在上面。
铜钱（半两，用醋浸泡淬火烧焦，研成粉末）、木香（一钱）、自然铜（一钱）、麝香（少许）
将上述药物研成极细的粉末。如果伤口在上部，饭后每次服用三匙头，嚼碎一枚丁香、一粒乳香，用无灰酒一小盏送服；如果伤口在下部，饭前服用。如果骨头没有折断，这些药反而能排出异物。服药后，疼痛难以忍受，不要怀疑，等待一天，如果骨头仍未接合，再像前面那样服用。老年人需要十几天，年轻人不过五到七天。
拔出箭头。
莨菪棵（又名天仙子，选取其中一棵，根、茎、枝、叶、花、果实俱全的为佳）
在上述端午日前一天，手持不语，找到莨菪棵说道：“先生你却在这里。”说完后，用柴灰从东南方向开始围成一个圈，用木棍挖取根部周围的土。第二天端午节，日出之前，依照之前的方法手持不语，用清水洗净，不让鸡、狗、妇人看见，在洁净的房间内用石臼捣成泥状，制成如弹丸大小的药丸，用黄丹作为外衣，用纸袋封好，悬挂在高处阴干。如果有人被箭射中，箭头无法取出，用红绢盛放此药，放入肚脐中，用棉布包裹腹部系紧，先用象牙末贴在疮口上，然后再用前面的药。如果疮口已经愈合，用刀利开后再贴。
Disperses all types of swellings and toxic sores.
Use the root of wild grape (Vitis amurensis), selecting the red ones, removing the coarse bark, grinding into powder, mixing with fresh water to apply on the swelling, frequently sweeping with new water.

Oyster Shell (Muli, 牡蛎), Rhubarb (Dahuang, 大黄), Licorice Root (Gancao, 甘草) (each half tael above), Trichosanthes Fruit (Gualou, 悬蒌/栝楼) (one fruit)
Soak the above ingredients in wine, expose to dew overnight, take orally, stopping when bowel movement occurs.
Another prescription:
Malva Seed (Dongkuizi, 冬葵子) ground into powder, taken with wine, three or two doses.
Another prescription:
Select non-borer Soap Bean (Zaojiao, 皂角), burn it, dry in shade, grind into fine powder, take with wine, immediate effect. Additionally, take seven Soap Bean Seeds (Zaojiaozi, 皂角子), mix with water and take, also effective.
Another prescription:
Walnut (Hetao, 胡桃) seven pieces, burn them, dry in shade, grind into powder, take with wine, not exceeding three doses, great effect.
Another prescription:
Mix raw honey (Shengmi, 生蜜) with rice flour and take, abstain from eating solid food, stop when urination becomes smooth.
Apply snake skin shed by snakes (Shetuipi, 蛇蜕皮) to the swollen area.
Another prescription: Soap Bean Spine (Zaojiaoci, 皂角刺), burn to ash, dry in shade.
Grind the above into powder. Take three qian each time, mix with wine, chew three to five Malva Seeds (Kuicaizi, 葵菜子), swallow with the previous medicine, great effect.
White Peony Root (Bailian, 白蔹), Lead White (Dingfen, 定粉) (equal parts), Red Lead (Huandan, 黄丹) (a small amount)
Grind the above together into fine powder. Clean the sore, apply dry powder directly.
Raw Alum (Shengbaifan, 生白矾) ground into powder, mixed with water and applied, will subside naturally.
Copper Coin (half tael, soaked in vinegar, quenched, burned until charred, ground into powder), Costus Root (Muxiang, 木香) (one qian), Pyritum (Ziran Tong, 自然铜) (one qian), Musk (Shexiang, 麝香) (a small amount)
Grind the above into extremely fine powder. If the injury is in the upper body, after meals take three spoonfuls, chew one Clove (Dingxiang, 丁香) and one Frankincense (Ruxiang, 乳香) pill, wash down with a small cup of unadulterated wine; if in the lower body, take before meals. If the bone is not fractured, the medicine will expel foreign objects. After taking, the pain is unbearable, do not doubt, wait for one day; if the bone has not united, take again as before. For the elderly, ten-plus days; for the young, no more than five to seven days.
Extract arrowheads.
Henbane Herb (Langdangke, 莨菪棵) (also known as Hyoscyamus niger, Tianxianzi, 天仙子; select one plant where roots, stem, branches, leaves, flowers, and fruits are complete, which is best)
On the day before Dragon Boat Festival, hold the herb without speaking, find the Henbane plant and say: "Sir, you are here." Upon saying this, surround the area starting from southeast with wood ash, use a wooden stick to dig around the root soil. On the next day, Dragon Boat Festival, before sunrise, following the previous method holding silently, wash with clean water, ensuring chickens, dogs, and women do not see it. In a clean room, pound into paste using a stone mortar, form into pills the size of marbles, coat with Red Lead (Huandan, 黄丹), seal in paper bags, hang in a high place to dry in shade. If someone is shot by an arrow and cannot extract it, place this medicine in red silk, put into the umbilicus, wrap abdomen with cotton cloth and tie tightly. First, apply Ivory Powder (Xiangyamo, 象牙末) on the wound, then apply the aforementioned medicine. If the wound has healed over, cut open with a knife before applying.
