上研为细末。先以温浆水洗净，干掺之。
海浮石（烧红，醋淬数次） 金银花
上海石二停，金银花一停，同为细末。每服二钱半，如签茶一般，日用二服。疮在上，食后
；在下，食前服；如病一年，服药半年则愈。
治肺痈喘急，坐卧不安。
桑白皮（锉烧） 甜葶苈（隔纸焙，各一两）
上二味为粗末。每服三钱，水一盏，煎至六分，去滓，食后温服。以利为度。
治肺痈吐脓。
桔梗（锉炒，一两半） 甘草（炙锉，半两）
上为粗末。每服六、七钱，水二盏，煎至半盏，去滓，空心服，须臾，吐脓立愈
治鹏窠徼腰等疮。
黄柏 白芨 白蔹（以上各等份） 黄丹（少许）
上为细末。凉水调涂。
治牙痛。
地龙（去土） 玄胡索 荜茇（以上各等份）
上为细末。每用一字，用绵子裹，随左右痛，于耳内塞之，大效。
荜茇 胡椒 良姜 乳香（另研） 麝香 细辛 青盐 雄黄（以上各等份）
上为细末。先以温浆水刷净，后用药末于痛处擦，追出顽涎，休吐了，漱数十次，痛止。忌油腻一、二日。
（刷牙）
地骨皮（二两，酒浸二宿） 青盐（一两） 黍粘子（一两半，炒） 细辛（一两，酒浸）
上为细末，入麝香少许。每用一字，临卧擦牙，茶酒漱，良久吐出。
又方
石膏 细辛 柳椹（以上各等份）
上为末。擦之。

海浮石（烧红后，用醋淬炼多次） 金银花
取海浮石两份，金银花一份，共同研成细末。每次服用二钱半，像泡茶一样冲泡饮用，每天服用两次。疮疡在上部的，饭后服用；在下部的，饭前服用；如果患病一年，服药半年即可痊愈。
治疗肺痈（肺部化脓性病变）导致气喘急促，坐卧不安。
桑白皮（切碎后烧制） 甜葶苈（隔纸焙干，各一两）
以上两味药捣成粗末。每次取三钱，加水一盏，煎煮至六分满，滤去药渣，饭后温热服用。以腹泻为度。
治疗肺痈吐脓。
桔梗（切碎炒制，一两半） 甘草（炙烤后切碎，半两）
以上药材捣成粗末。每次取六、七钱，加水二盏，煎煮至半盏，滤去药渣，空腹服用，片刻之后，吐出的脓液会立即停止。
治疗鹏窠、徼腰等部位的疮疡。
黄柏 白芨 白蔹（以上各等份） 黄丹（少许）
以上药材研成细末。用凉水调匀后涂抹患处。
治疗牙痛。
地龙（去除泥土） 玄胡索 荜茇（以上各等份）
以上药材研成细末。每次取“一字”量（约0.5-1克），用棉球包裹，根据疼痛在左侧或右侧，塞入对应的耳内，效果显著。
荜茇 胡椒 良姜 乳香（单独研磨） 麝香 细辛 青盐 雄黄（以上各等份）
以上药材研成细末。先用温热的浆水刷洗干净牙齿，然后将药末涂抹在疼痛处，促使顽固的涎液排出，不要吞咽，漱口数十次，疼痛即可停止。忌食油腻食物一两天。

地骨皮（二两，酒浸泡两个晚上） 青盐（一两） 黍粘子（一两半，炒制） 细辛（一两，酒浸泡）
以上药材研成细末，加入少许麝香。每次取“一字”量，睡前擦牙，用茶或酒漱口，过一会儿吐出。
又一方
石膏 细辛 柳椹（以上各等份）
以上药材研成粉末。用来擦拭牙齿。
Mingming Tui (Ash of *Periplaneta americana*, San Qian) Qingfen (Calomel, Shao Xu) Ruxiang (Frankincense, Shao Xu)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. First, wash the affected area with warm Jiangshui (fermented rice water), then apply the powder directly.
Haifushi (Calcined Pumice, Cu Cui Ci Shu) Jinyinhua (Honeysuckle Flower)
Take two parts Haifushi and one part Jinyinhua, grind them together into a fine powder. Take 2.5 Qian per dose, prepared like tea infusion, twice daily. If the sore is located in the upper body, take after meals; if in the lower body, take before meals. For a condition lasting one year, treatment for half a year will result in recovery.
Treating Fei Yong (Lung Abscess) with panting urgency, restlessness in sitting or lying down.
Sangbaipi (Bark of Mulberry Root, Chuo Shao) Tiantingli (Seed of Lepidium, Ge Zhi Bei, each Yi Liang)
Grind the above two ingredients into a coarse powder. Take 3 Qian per dose, add one Jian of water, decoct until six-tenths remain, filter out the dregs, and take warm after meals. Stop when diarrhea occurs.
Treating Fei Yong (Lung Abscess) with expectoration of pus.
Jiegeng (Platycodon Root, Chuo Chao, Yi Liang Ban) Gancao (Licorice Root, Zhi Chuo, Ban Liang)
Grind the above ingredients into a coarse powder. Take 6 to 7 Qian per dose, add two Jians of water, decoct until half a Jian remains, filter out the dregs, and take on an empty stomach. After a short while, the expectoration of pus will cease immediately.
Treating sores such as Pengke and Weiyao.
Huangbai (Phellodendron Bark) Baiji (Bletilla Rhizome) Bailian (Ampelopsis Rhizome, all equal parts) Huangdan (Minium, Shao Xu)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Mix with cool water and apply topically.
Treating Toothache.
Dilong (Earthworm, Qu Tu) Xuanhusuo (Corydalis Rhizome) Biba (Long Pepper, all equal parts)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. Use a quantity of "Yi Zi" (approx. 0.5-1g), wrap it in cotton, and insert it into the ear on the side corresponding to the pain. This is highly effective.
Biba (Long Pepper) Hujiao (Black Pepper) Liangjiang (Galangal) Ruxiang (Frankincense, separately ground) Shexiang (Musk) Xixin (Asarum) Qingyan (Rock Salt) Xionghuang (Realgar, all equal parts)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder. First, brush teeth clean with warm Jiangshui (fermented rice water), then rub the powder onto the painful area to induce the discharge of stubborn saliva. Do not swallow; rinse the mouth dozens of times until the pain stops. Avoid greasy food for one or two days.

Digupi (Bark of Dogwood Root, Er Liang, Jiu Jin Er Su) Qingyan (Rock Salt, Yi Liang) Shunianzi (Arctium Seed, Yi Liang Ban, Chao) Xixin (Asarum, Yi Liang, Jiu Jin)
Grind the above ingredients into a fine powder, adding a small amount of Shexiang (Musk). Use a quantity of "Yi Zi" per application, rub teeth before sleep, rinse with tea or wine, and spit out after a while.

Grind into powder. Rub onto teeth.
