夫误吞铜铁，以至羸瘦者，宜用肥猪脂，与葵菜羹同飧数顿，则铜铁自然下也，
神验。如不食荤腥者，宜以调胃承气汤，大作其剂，下之亦可也。
夫鱼刺麦芒，一切竹木签刺咽喉，及须发惹伴，在咽嗌中不能下者，《内经》曰
∶不因气动而病生于外。可用《道藏经》一咒法治之。
咒曰∶
吾请老君东流顺，
老君奉敕摄摄，
摄法毒水，
吾托大帝尊，
不到称吾者，
各各现帝身，
急急如律令，奉敕摄。
一气念遍，又以左手屈中指，无名指，作三山印，印上坐净水一盏。右手掏卯文作金枪印，
左手在下，右手在上，左手象地，右手象天，虚挽虚卓，九次为定。左足横，右足竖，作丁
字立，如作法时，望日月灯火，取气一口，吹在盏内，此法百无禁忌。用法之时，以正神气
是也。如所伤物下，不可便与米汤、米饭吃。恐米粒误入疮口中，溃作脓也。姑以拌面羹，
养之数日可也。
夫犬咬蛇伤，不可便贴膏药及生肌散之类，谓毒瓦斯不出也。《内经》曰∶先治内
而后治外，可也。当先用导水丸、禹功散，或通经散，泻十余行，实时痛减肿消。然后用膏药生
肌散敷贴，愈。此是先治内而后治外之法也。
夫一切虫兽所伤，及背疮肿毒，杖疮 发，
或透入里者，可服木香槟榔丸七、八十丸至百丸，或百五十丸至二百丸，生姜汤下，过五、
七行，量虚实加减则可矣。
凡是误吞铜铁等异物，导致身体消瘦的人，适宜使用肥猪脂，与葵菜羹一同食用几顿，那么铜铁就会自然排出体外，效果神奇。如果不吃荤腥食物的人，适宜用调胃承气汤，加大药量服用，使其泻下也可以。
凡是鱼刺、麦芒，以及一切竹木签刺入咽喉，还有须发混杂其中，卡在咽部无法吞咽下去的情况，《内经》说：“不是因气动而病生于外。”可以使用《道藏经》中的一则咒语来治疗。

凡是狗咬蛇伤，不可以立即贴膏药及生肌散之类的药物，因为这样会导致毒瓦斯不能排出。《内经》说：“先治内而后治外”，是可以的。应当先用导水丸、禹功散，或者通经散，泻下十余次，立刻疼痛减轻、肿胀消退。然后再用膏药生肌散敷贴，即可痊愈。这是先治内而后治外的方法。
凡是各种虫兽所伤，以及背疮肿毒，杖疮发作，或者病邪透入体内的情况，可以服用木香槟榔丸七、八十丸至一百丸，或者一百五十丸至二百丸，用生姜汤送服，经过五、七次排便后，根据虚实情况加减剂量就可以了。
For those who have accidentally swallowed copper, iron, or other metals, resulting in emaciation, it is advisable to consume fat lard along with mallow soup for several meals; the metals will then naturally pass down. This method is highly effective. For those who do not consume meat, Dweiwei Chengqi Tang (Regulate the Stomach and Purge the Intestines Decoction) should be used in a large dosage to induce purgation, which is also acceptable.
Regarding fish bones, wheat awns, bamboo or wooden splinters penetrating the throat, as well as hair mixed within the pharynx that cannot be swallowed, *Neijing* (The Classic of Internal Medicine) states: "Diseases arising from external factors are not caused by the movement of Qi." In such cases, a spell from the *Daozang Jing* (Canon of the Daoist Canon) can be employed.
The spell reads:
I request Laojun's eastward flow to be smooth,
Laojun, by imperial decree, commands and subdues,
Subduing the toxic waters,
I entrust myself to the Great Emperor's reverence,
Those who do not heed my call,
Each manifest the Emperor's form,
Act swiftly as per the law, by imperial decree, command and subdue.
After reciting the spell once in one breath, bend the middle and ring fingers of the left hand to form the Sanshan Seal (Three Mountain Seal), placing a cup of pure water upon it. Form the Jinqiang Seal (Golden Spear Seal) with the right hand using the Mao character gesture. The left hand is below, the right hand above; the left hand symbolizes Earth, and the right hand symbolizes Heaven. Perform the gestures of 'Xu Wan' and 'Zhuo' nine times as the standard posture. Stand with the left foot horizontal and the right foot vertical, forming a 'Ding' character stance. When performing the ritual, gaze at the sun, moon, or lamp fire, inhale one breath of Qi, and blow it into the cup. This method has no taboos. The key to its application lies in maintaining correct spiritual energy. Once the foreign object is expelled, do not immediately give rice soup or rice, lest rice grains enter the wound and cause suppuration. Instead, temporarily nourish the patient with flour-mixed soup for a few days.
For dog bites and snakebites, ointments and Shengji San (Flesh-Generating Powder) should not be applied immediately, as this would prevent the expulsion of toxic vapors. *Neijing* states: "Treat the interior first, then the exterior," which is appropriate. One should initially use Daoshui Wan (Water-Guiding Pill), Yugong San (Yu's Meritorious Powder), or Tongjing San (Unblocking Meridians Powder) to induce purgation more than ten times, after which pain and swelling will immediately subside. Subsequently, apply ointment and Shengji San for dressing, leading to recovery. This is the method of treating the interior before the exterior.
For injuries caused by various insects and beasts, as well as back sores, swellings, and toxins, or when Zhangchu (beating wounds) flare up or pathogens penetrate inward, Muxiang Binglang Wan (Aucklandia and Areca Nut Pill) can be taken, 70–80 pills up to 100 pills, or 150–200 pills, washed down with ginger decoction. After five to seven bowel movements, adjust the dosage according to the deficiency or excess condition.
