研为末，拌匀，再研为细末，每服一字，荆芥煎汤调下，如
有疮处，宜薄敷之，如鼻痒，取少许吹入，一日二三次。
（三十九）匀气散 治小儿惊，膈嗽，冷疝，内吊，腹痛，气滞。
枯梗（五钱） 甘草（二钱） 砂仁 茴香 陈皮（各一钱） 白姜（一分）
研为细末，每服五分，或一钱。
（四十）醒脾散 调理百病。
木香 白术（湿纸裹煨） 人参 茯苓 草果 炙甘草 陈橘皮 浓朴（缩砂水煮） 紫苏子
研为末，每服一钱，加姜、枣清水煎服。
（四十一）青金丹 治小儿诸积病。
滑石 白丁香 天南星（各二钱七分） 青黛（五分） 轻粉 水银（各二
钱） 川巴豆（七十二个）
同拌合用，软饮为丸，如绿豆大。
（四十二）保童丸 消滞进食，长肌肥儿，治五疳腹胀。
胡黄连 草龙胆（炒。各五钱） 使君子 木香 芦荟（细研，各一钱）
大麦 （巴豆三七个去皮心，同麦 炒令紫色，去巴豆不用，以 为末，五钱） 川苦楝（炒紫色，一分）
研为细末，醋煮米糊和丸，如绿豆大，每服十丸至十五丸。
（四十三）疳积散 治小儿 病，病乳，夹乳，夹食，或病
后饮食失调，或平居饮食过饱，致成疳积，面黄腹大，小便如泔，大便泻黄酸臭，头皮干枯，毛发焦穗，
甚至目涩羞明，睛生云翳，形体骨立，夜热昼凉，及丁奚、哺露等证。
浓朴（浓而紫色有油者佳，一两） 广陈皮（去白） 甘草（去皮） 芦荟（净末。
各七钱） 青黛（三钱） 百草霜（二钱） 芜荑（五钱） 旋复花（一钱五分）
共为细末，和匀，每一岁用药一分，空腹灯芯汤调下，服后
病即愈，当用肥儿丸调理，如脾气未实，用启脾丸。
（四十四）启脾丸 治脾积，五更泻，消疳，黄胀腹痛，常服生肌，健脾，益肾。

共研细末，炼蜜为丸，如弹子大，每服一丸。
（四十五）青黛散 治小儿疳痢不止，下部发痒。

脂（五钱） 诃梨勒皮（一两，微煨）
捣箩为散，每服五分，乳汁调下。
（四十六）杀疳丸 治疳痢不止。

）胡黄连（各二钱五分） 青黛（五钱） 金箔（十片） 肉豆蔻（二枚） 蟾酥（热水化如泥、一钱二分五厘）
共为细末，入蟾酥研令匀，汤浸蒸饼和丸，如黄米大。
（四十七）肉豆蔻丸 治疳痢，不吃乳食，四肢瘦弱。
肉豆蔻（一枚） 木香（五钱） 人参 诃子肉（煨） 朱砂 麝香（各二钱五分）
研为细末，令匀，软饭为丸如麻子大，每服三丸，米饮下。
（四十八）芜荑丸 治小儿疳痢久不瘥。
芜荑（五钱研末） 羊肝（一具）
先以羊肝切片，以芜荑末掺在肝内，线缠合，米泔水中煮令
熟，捣烂，糯米饭和丸，如麻子大，每服五丸，粥饮送下。
（四十九）白龙骨丸 治小儿疳痢不止。
白龙骨 白石脂 鸡屎矾（烧令汁尽） 黄连（微炒） 胡粉（微炒） 白
茯苓 阿胶（捣碎炒令黄燥。各五钱）
共为细末，炼蜜和丸，如麻子大，每服五丸，粥饮送下。
（五十）白术散 治小儿疳痢，腹胀疼痛，日夜二三十行。
白术（微炒，一两） 当归（微炒） 地榆（微炒） 木香 赤芍 甘草（炙。各五钱）
为粗末，每服一钱，清水煎服。
（五十一）胡黄连丸 治疳痢腹痛。
胡黄连（五钱） 没药 木香（各二钱五分）
共为末，糯米饭和丸，如绿豆大，每服五丸。
（五十二）肥儿丸（甲）消虫，进食。治小儿食积，五疳。

（五十四）肥儿丸（丙）杀虫，退热。治小儿脾虚疳积，面黄体瘦，肚胀腹大，一切积滞。

按∶肥儿丸之名，为疳热腹胀羸瘦而设，盖因疳而瘦，疳除则儿自肥也，若本无疳热之病，
而误以为常服可以肥儿，则损削元气，流弊颇大，不可不知。
（五十五）六神丸 治疳泻渴饮无度。
木香 丁香 肉豆蔻 使君子肉 诃子（各五钱） 芦荟（一两）
煨熟，研为末，枣肉和丸，如绿豆大，每服三五丸，食前温米饮送下。
（五十六）褐丸子 治疳气，腹胀如鼓，及乳癖食癖。
萝卜子（炒，一两五钱） 黑牵牛（炒，一两） 胡椒（二钱五分） 木香 蓬

（五十七）肥气丸 治肥气。

（六十）芦荟丸 治蛔疳。

共研细末， 猪胆汁和米糊为丸，如绿豆大，每服五丸至七丸。
（六十一）三根散 治蛔疳虫动，啼叫不止，每至月初间，尤甚，状如神祟。
贯众根 棠梨根 酸石榴根（各一两） 栗刺 故绵 干漆（各五钱）
烧灰存性，捣箩为细末，每服一钱，清水煎服。
（六十二）下虫丸 追虫，取积。

捣细箩为散，研令匀，每服五分，温汤调下。
（七十）牛黄丸 治干疳。
牛黄（五分） 雄黄 黄连 芦荟 天竺黄（各一分） 龙脑 麝香（各一钱） 甘草（五厘，炙微赤）
捣箩为末，研匀，糯米饭为丸，如绿豆大，一岁儿每服一丸，粥饮送下。
（七十一）胡黄连丸 治干疳。
胡黄连末（五钱） 朱砂 波斯青黛 芦荟（各三分） 麝香（一分） 蛇
蜕皮（烧灰，一条） 蟾酥（一杏仁大）
研为末，用猪胆汁一枚酒一盏，熬膏为丸如绿豆大，每服三五丸。
（七十二）使君子丸（甲） 治腹内虫痛，口吐清水。
使君子肉（瓦上焙） 槟榔 酸石榴根皮（东向者佳） 大黄（半生半泡。各七钱五分）
除槟榔锉晒不过火，余三味再焙，共为末，砂糖水煮面糊和丸，如麻子大。每服三十丸至五十丸。
（七十三）使君子丸（乙） 治小儿脏腑滑泻，疳瘦下痢，
腹胁胀满，不思乳食，常服安虫补胃，消疳肥肌。
使君子肉（面裹煨，一两） 陈皮（去白，一分） 浓朴（姜汁涂炙，五钱） 甘
草（炙、锉） 诃子（半生半煨去核） 青黛（非兼惊及带热渴者不用。各五钱）
研为细末，炼蜜和丸，如小鸡头米大，每服一丸。
（七十四）浓肠丸 治小儿哺食，不能克化，腹胀体瘦，便色无常。
陈皮 半夏 苍术 人参（各三分） 麦芽 枳壳 神曲末（各五分） 青皮 浓朴（各二分）
研为细末，水煮面糊和丸，如麻子大，每服二十丸。
（七十五）圣惠木香丸 治内疳。
木香 蝉壳（微炒去足） 麝香 黄连 黄丹（微炒） 熊胆 夜明砂
（微炒） 干蟾（涂酥炙微焦。各一分） 赤石脂（五钱） 肉豆蔻（一颗，去壳） 田父（炙令微黄，五钱）
共为末，水浸蒸饼和丸，如麻子大，每服二丸。
（七十六）芦荟丸 治内疳，疳痢，时作时止。
芦荟 雄黄 没石子 蝉壳（微炒去足） 丁香 熊胆 蛇蜕（各一分） 麝香 蟾酥（各一钱） 黄连（五钱）
共为细末，炼蜜和丸，如米粒大，每服三丸。
（七十七）胡粉丸 治内疳下痢，昏沉多睡。
胡粉（微炒） 青黛（各五钱） 黄连末（一两） 麝香（一钱）
研为细末，猪胆汁一枚和丸如米粒大，每服五丸。
（七十八）清胃散 见前第三节。
（七十九）甘露饮 治胃热未宣，龈肿出脓，目赤肿痛，饥烦不食，口疮咽痛，疮疹已发未发，及脾
胃受湿，瘀热在里，湿热成疸，肢肿胸满，气短身热，二便秘涩。
干熟地黄（去土） 天门冬（去心焙） 生干地黄 麦门冬（去心焙） 枳
壳（麸炒） 山茵陈 石斛 甘草（炙） 黄芩 鲜枇杷叶（刷去毛。各等分）
研为末，每服二钱，清水煎。
（八十）青霞散 外用，治小儿口齿疳。
虾蟆（一个，烧灰） 甘草（炙） 青黛（各一分）
研为细末，加麝香少许，先用盐汤漱口，拭干，以鸡翎蘸药敷之。
（八十一）黄矾散 外用，治齿 宣露，骨槽风，小儿急疳， 肉烂恶肿痛。
黄矾（一两，研入坩锅烧通赤） 生干地黄 梧桐叶 升麻（各五钱） 干虾蟆头（二枚，炙焦）
研为末，每用五分，干贴，良久吐津，甘草汤漱口，一二次立效。
（八十二）汤氏五福化毒丹 清膈，凉血，治上焦壅热，烦
渴，疮疹余毒，口齿出血，牙宣口臭， 鼻，唇舌生疮。
玄参（洗焙） 桔梗（各一两） 赤苓 人参 风化马牙硝 青黛 甘草（焙。各一分） 麝香（五分）
熟地黄（四钱五分）、赤茯苓、山茱萸肉、川楝子、当归、川芎、牡丹皮、山药、使君子肉。
研成粉末，用炼蜜调和制成丸药，大小如梧桐子，每次服用七八十丸。
（三十八）熊胆散：治疗走马疳（一种发展迅速的重症口疮）。
熊胆（细研）、莨菪子（炒至微黑）、虾蟆灰、白矾（各五钱）、生硫黄、麝香、雄黄（细研）、芦荟（细研，各一分）。
研成粉末，搅拌均匀，再研为细末。每次服用“一字”量，用荆芥煎汤调服。如果有患处，宜薄薄地敷上；如果鼻痒，取少许吹入鼻孔，一日二三次。
（三十九）匀气散：治疗小儿惊风、膈嗽（胸膈痰嗽）、冷疝、内吊（腹部牵引疼痛）、腹痛、气滞。
桔梗（五钱）、甘草（二钱）、砂仁、茴香、陈皮（各一钱）、白姜（一分）。
研为细末，每次服用五分或一钱。
（四十）醒脾散：调理各种疾病。
木香、白术（湿纸包裹煨制）、人参、茯苓、草果、炙甘草、陈橘皮、浓朴（缩砂水煮）、紫苏子。
研成粉末，每次服用一钱，加生姜、大枣用清水煎服。
（四十一）青金丹：治疗小儿各种积滞病。
滑石、白丁香、天南星（各二钱七分）、青黛（五分）、轻粉、水银（各二钱）、川巴豆（七十二个）。
混合拌匀，用软饮和成药丸，大小如绿豆。
（四十二）保童丸：消除食滞，增进食欲，促进肌肉生长，使小儿健壮，治疗五疳腹胀。
胡黄连、草龙胆（炒，各五钱）、使君子、木香、芦荟（细研，各一钱）。大麦（用三个去皮心的巴豆同大麦炒至紫色，去掉巴豆不用，将大麦研为末，用量五钱）、川苦楝（炒至紫色，一分）。
研为细末，用醋煮米糊调和制成丸药，大小如绿豆，每次服用十丸至十五丸。
（四十三）疳积散：治疗小儿[缺字]病、病乳（因母亲生病而哺乳不当）、夹乳（因哺乳不当引起的病症）、夹食（伤食），或者病后饮食失调，或者平时饮食过饱，导致形成疳积，面色发黄，腹部胀大，小便浑浊如米泔水，大便泻下黄色酸臭之物，头皮干枯，毛发焦枯成穗状，甚至眼睛干涩怕光，眼球生出云翳，身体消瘦如骨立，夜间发热白天凉爽，以及丁奚、哺露等证候。
浓朴（质地厚实且紫色有油者为佳，一两）、广陈皮（去白）、甘草（去皮）、芦荟（净末，各七钱）、青黛（三钱）、百草霜（二钱）、芜荑（五钱）、旋复花（一钱五分）。
共研为细末，混合均匀，每岁用药一分，空腹时用灯芯草煎汤调服，服药后病即痊愈，应当再用肥儿丸进行调理，如果脾气尚未充实，使用启脾丸。
（四十四）启脾丸：治疗脾积，五更泻（黎明前腹泻），消疳，黄疸腹胀腹痛，常服可生肌，健脾，益肾。
人参、白术、茯苓、山药、莲肉（各一两）、陈皮、泽泻、山楂、甘草（炙，各五钱）。
共研细末，炼蜜为丸，大小如弹子，每次服用一丸。
（四十五）青黛散：治疗小儿疳痢不止，下部发痒。
青黛、蟾灰、胡粉（微炒）、黄连（微炒）、麝香（细研，各二钱五分）、赤石脂（五钱）、诃梨勒皮（一两，微煨）。
捣碎过筛为散剂，每次服用五分，用乳汁调服。
（四十六）杀疳丸：治疗疳痢不止。
雄黄、麝香、牛黄、芦荟、朱砂、龙骨（烧至赤色）、密陀僧（烧红）、胡黄连（各二钱五分）、青黛（五钱）、金箔（十片）、肉豆蔻（二枚）、蟾酥（热水化开如泥状，一钱二分五厘）。
共为细末，加入蟾酥研磨均匀，用汤浸蒸饼调和制成丸药，大小如黄米粒。
（四十七）肉豆蔻丸：治疗疳痢，不吃乳食，四肢瘦弱。
肉豆蔻（一枚）、木香（五钱）、人参、诃子肉（煨）、朱砂、麝香（各二钱五分）。
研为细末，令其均匀，用软饭制成丸药如麻子大，每次服用三丸，用米饮送下。
（四十八）芜荑丸：治疗小儿疳痢久不愈。
芜荑（五钱研末）、羊肝（一个）。
先将羊肝切片，将芜荑末掺在肝内，用线缠合，在米泔水中煮至熟透，捣烂，用糯米饭调和制成丸药，大小如麻子大，每次服用五丸，用粥饮送下。
（四十九）白龙骨丸：治疗小儿疳痢不止。
白龙骨、白石脂、鸡屎矾（烧至汁液流尽）、黄连（微炒）、胡粉（微炒）、白茯苓、阿胶（捣碎炒至黄燥，各五钱）。
共为细末，炼蜜和丸，大小如麻子大，每次服用五丸，用粥饮送下。
（五十）白术散：治疗小儿疳痢，腹胀疼痛，日夜排便二三十次。
白术（微炒，一两）、当归（微炒）、地榆（微炒）、木香、赤芍、甘草（炙，各五钱）。
制成粗末，每次服用一钱，用清水煎服。
（五十一）胡黄连丸：治疗疳痢腹痛。
胡黄连（五钱）、没药、木香（各二钱五分）。
共为末，用糯米饭和丸，大小如绿豆，每次服用五丸。
（五十二）肥儿丸（甲）：杀虫，增进食欲。治疗小儿食积，五疳。
肉豆蔻（煨）、使君子肉（焙）、麦芽（炒）、黄连（姜汁炒黑色）、神曲（炒，各五钱）、槟榔（二枚）、木香（二钱）。一方加白术（五钱）、山楂肉、枳实（各二钱）。
研为细末，用蒸饼调和，稍加白蜜制成丸药，大小如弹子，每次服用一丸。
（五十三）肥儿丸（乙）：治疗小儿脾疳。
人参（二钱五分）、白术（土炒）、胡黄连（各五钱）、茯苓（三钱）、黄连（二钱）、使君子肉（四钱）、神曲（炒）、麦芽（炒）、山楂肉（各三钱五分）、甘草（炙）、芦荟（各一钱五分）。
共研末，用黄米糊为丸，大小如黍米，每次服用二三十丸。
（五十四）肥儿丸（丙）：杀虫，退热。治疗小儿脾虚疳积，面黄体瘦，肚胀腹大，一切积滞。
浓朴、鸡内金、茯苓（各四两）、新会皮、青皮（各二两）、五谷虫、缩砂仁、胡黄连（各三两）、白术（炒，六两）、麦冬（炒）、白扁豆、山楂肉（炒焦，各八两）、槟榔（一两五钱）、干蟾（炙，十一具）、六神曲（十二两）。
共研末，炼蜜为丸，每丸重二钱五分，每次服用一丸，用米汤化开送下。忌食油腻、湿面、生冷食物。
按语：肥儿丸之名，是为疳热、腹胀、羸瘦而设的，大概是因为患疳病而消瘦，疳病去除则小儿自然肥胖。如果本来没有疳热的病，而误以为常服可以肥儿，则会损伤元气，流弊很大，不可不知道。
（五十五）六神丸：治疗疳泻渴饮无度（腹泻口渴饮水无节制）。
木香、丁香、肉豆蔻、使君子肉、诃子（各五钱）、芦荟（一两）。
煨熟，研为末，用枣肉和丸，大小如绿豆，每次服用三五丸，食前用温米饮送下。
（五十六）褐丸子：治疗疳气，腹胀如鼓，以及乳癖、食癖。
萝卜子（炒，一两五钱）、黑牵牛（炒，一两）、胡椒（二钱五分）、木香、蓬莪术（湿纸包裹煨，切作片子，各五钱）。
共研细末，面糊为丸，大小如黍米，每次服用二十丸。
（五十七）肥气丸：治疗肥气（一种积聚病）。
当归头、苍术（各一两五钱）、青皮（炒，一两）、蛇含石（火醋淬，七钱五分）、三棱、蓬莪术、铁华粉（与三棱、蓬莪术同入醋煮，各三两）。
研为末，醋煮米糊和丸，大小如绿豆，每次服用四十丸。
（五十八）分气饮：治疗小儿肿胀作喘。
桔梗、赤茯苓、陈皮、桑白皮、大腹皮、枳壳（炒）、半夏曲、紫苏、苏子（微炒）、甘草（炙，各二钱）、草果仁（一钱）。
锉成散剂，每次服用一钱五分，加生姜、大枣用清水煎服。
（五十九）使君子散：治疗蛔疳（蛔虫引起的疳证）。
使君子（瓦上炒，十个）、甘草（胆汁浸一宿）、白芜荑（各一分）、苦楝子（炮去核，五个）。
研为末，每次服用一钱，用清水煎服。
（六十）芦荟丸：治疗蛔疳。
芦荟、安息香、胡黄连、枳壳（麸炒，各一钱）、使君子（炒，三七枚）、芜荑（一分）、定粉（即铅粉一名粉锡，一钱五分）、麝香（少许）。

（六十一）三根散：治疗蛔疳虫动，啼叫不止，每到月初间尤其严重，状如鬼神作祟。
贯众根、棠梨根、酸石榴根（各一两）、栗刺、故绵、干漆（各五钱）。
烧灰存性，捣碎过筛为细末，每次服用一钱，用清水煎服。
（六十二）下虫丸：驱虫，攻取积滞。
苦楝根白皮（酒浸焙）、贯众、木香、桃仁（浸去皮焙）、芜荑（焙）、鸡心槟榔（各一钱）、鹤虱（炒）、轻粉（各五分）、干虾蟆（炙焦，三钱）、使君子肉（五十个，煨）。
研为末，用飞面糊和丸，大小如麻子大，每次服用二十丸，天明时清肉汁送下。
（六十三）金蟾散：治疗脊疳、积疳。
干蟾（大者涂酥炙令焦黄，一枚）、夜明砂（微炒）、桃白皮、樗根白皮、地榆、黄柏、诃梨勒、百合、白芜荑（微炒）、人参、黄连、川大黄（各三分）、胡粉（三钱）、丁香（三七粒）、槟榔（一分）。
共为细末，每次服用五分，用粥饮调下。
（六十四）地骨皮丸：治疗脊疳。
地骨皮、紫参、黄芩、大黄（微炒）、郁李仁（汤浸去皮尖微炒，各五钱）、龙胆草、子芩、枳壳（面炒）、木香、猪苓、海蛤（细研，各等分为末）。
炼蜜和丸，大小如绿豆，每次服用五丸。
（六十五）杀疳丸：治疗脊疳羸瘦，腹中有虫。
没石子、瓜蒂、鹤虱、蟾头（炙令焦黄）、芦荟、青黛（各五钱）、麝香、腻粉（一作汞粉，一作铅粉，各一分）。
捣碎过筛为末，糯米饭和丸如黍米大，每次服用五丸，用粥饮送下。
（六十六）芦荟丸：治疗脊疳。
芦荟、青黛、朱砂、麝香、熊胆、胡黄连、贯众、地龙（微炒）、黄连、蝉壳（去足微炒）、雷丸（各五钱）、虾蟆（涂酥炙令焦黄，一枚）。
捣碎过筛为末，蜗牛肉研丸如麻子大，每次服用五丸。
（六十七）青黛丸（甲）：治疗脊疳。
青黛、朱砂、夜明砂、定粉（各一分）、蟾酥、熊胆、羚羊角屑、犀角屑（各五厘）、黄连（五钱）、麝香（一钱）。
捣碎过筛为末，软饭和丸，大小如绿豆，每一岁服二丸。
（六十八）青黛丸（乙）：治疗干疳。
青黛（三钱）、牛黄、芦荟、朱砂、麝香、雄黄、胡黄连、蛇蜕（烧灰）、龙胆草、蝉蜕（微炒，各一分）、蟾（一枚，涂酥炙焦黄）。
捣碎过筛为末，令其均匀，用水煮面糊和丸，大小如黍米，每次服用三丸，用粥饮送下。
（六十九）天竺黄散：治疗小儿干疳。
天竺黄、牛黄、雄黄、朱砂、芦荟、麝香、蟾头（炙令焦黄）、胡黄连、犀角屑、木香、甘草（炙微赤，各一分）、龙脑（一钱）。
捣细过筛为散，研令均匀，每次服用五分，用温汤调下。
（七十）牛黄丸：治疗干疳。
牛黄（五分）、雄黄、黄连、芦荟、天竺黄（各一分）、龙脑、麝香（各一钱）、甘草（五厘，炙微赤）。
捣碎过筛为末，研匀，用糯米饭为丸，大小如绿豆，一岁儿每次服用一丸，用粥饮送下。
（七十一）胡黄连丸：治疗干疳。
胡黄连末（五钱）、朱砂、波斯青黛、芦荟（各三分）、麝香（一分）、蛇蜕皮（烧灰，一条）、蟾酥（一杏仁大）。
研为末，用猪胆汁一枚、酒一盏，熬膏为丸如绿豆大，每次服用三五丸。
（七十二）使君子丸（甲）：治疗腹内虫痛，口吐清水。
使君子肉（瓦上焙）、槟榔、酸石榴根皮（东向者佳）、大黄（半生半泡，各七钱五分）。
除槟榔锉晒不过火外，其余三味再焙，共为末，用砂糖水煮面糊和丸，大小如麻子大。每次服用三十丸至五十丸。
（七十三）使君子丸（乙）：治疗小儿脏腑滑泻，疳瘦下痢，腹胁胀满，不思乳食，常服安虫补胃，消疳肥肌。
使君子肉（面裹煨，一两）、陈皮（去白，一分）、浓朴（姜汁涂炙，五钱）、甘草（炙、锉）、诃子（半生半煨去核）、青黛（非兼惊及带热渴者不用，各五钱）。
研为细末，炼蜜和丸，大小如小鸡头米，每次服用一丸。
（七十四）浓肠丸：治疗小儿哺食，不能克化，腹胀体瘦，便色无常。
陈皮、半夏、苍术、人参（各三分）、麦芽、枳壳、神曲末（各五分）、青皮、浓朴（各二分）。
研为细末，水煮面糊和丸，大小如麻子大，每次服用二十丸。
（七十五）圣惠木香丸：治疗内疳。
木香、蝉壳（微炒去足）、麝香、黄连、黄丹（微炒）、熊胆、夜明砂（微炒）、干蟾（涂酥炙微焦，各一分）、赤石脂（五钱）、肉豆蔻（一颗，去壳）、田父（炙令微黄，五钱）。
共为末，水浸蒸饼和丸，大小如麻子大，每次服用二丸。
（七十六）芦荟丸：治疗内疳，疳痢，时作时止。
芦荟、雄黄、没石子、蝉壳（微炒去足）、丁香、熊胆、蛇蜕（各一分）、麝香、蟾酥（各一钱）、黄连（五钱）。
共为细末，炼蜜和丸，大小如米粒，每次服用三丸。
（七十七）胡粉丸：治疗内疳下痢，昏沉多睡。
胡粉（微炒）、青黛（各五钱）、黄连末（一两）、麝香（一钱）。
研为细末，用猪胆汁一枚和丸如米粒大，每次服用五丸。
（七十八）清胃散：见前第三节。
（七十九）甘露饮：治疗胃热未宣，牙龈肿痛出脓，目赤肿痛，饥烦不食，口疮咽痛，疮疹已发未发，以及脾胃受湿，瘀热在里，湿热成疸，肢肿胸满，气短身热，二便秘涩。
干熟地黄（去土）、天门冬（去心焙）、生干地黄、麦门冬（去心焙）、枳壳（麸炒）、山茵陈、石斛、甘草（炙）、黄芩、鲜枇杷叶（刷去毛，各等分）。
研为末，每次服用二钱，用清水煎。
（八十）青霞散：外用，治疗小儿口齿疳。
虾蟆（一个，烧灰）、甘草（炙）、青黛（各一分）。
研为细末，加麝香少许，先用盐汤漱口，拭干，用鸡毛蘸药敷之。
（八十一）黄矾散：外用，治疗齿宣露，骨槽风，小儿急疳，肉烂恶肿痛。
黄矾（一两，研入坩锅烧通赤）、生干地黄、梧桐叶、升麻（各五钱）、干虾蟆头（二枚，炙焦）。
研为末，每次用五分，干贴，良久吐津，用甘草汤漱口，一二次立效。
（八十二）汤氏五福化毒丹：清膈，凉血，治疗上焦壅热，烦渴，疮疹余毒，口齿出血，牙宣口臭，鼻衄，唇舌生疮。
玄参（洗焙）、桔梗（各一两）、赤苓、人参、风化马牙硝、青黛、甘草（焙，各一分）、麝香（五分）。
Prepared Rehmanniae Radix (Siqian Wufen, 4.5 qian), Red Poria Cocos (Chiling), Corni Fructus (Shanzhuyu Rou), Toosendan Fructus (Chuanlianzi), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui), Ligusticum Chuanxiong Rhizoma (Chuanxiong), Moutan Cortex (Danpi), Dioscoreae Rhizoma (Shanyao), and Quisqualis Fructus Endocarp (Shijunzi Rou).
Grind into powder, mix with refined honey to make pills the size of Sophora japonica seeds (Wuzi Da). Take 70–80 pills per dose.
(38) Xiongdan San (Bear Gallbladder Powder): Treats Zouma Gan (a rapidly progressing severe form of oral gangrene/mouth rot).
Bear Gallbladder (Xiondan, finely ground), Datura Seed (Langdangzi, stir-fried until slightly black), Toad Ash (Hamagui), Alum (Baifan, each 5 qian), Raw Sulfur (Sheng Liuhuang), Musk (Shexiang), Realgar (Xionghuang, finely ground), Aloe (Luhui, finely ground, each 1 fen).
Grind into powder, mix evenly, and grind again into a fine powder. Take one "yi zi" (approx. 1-2 grams) per dose, mixed with decoction of Schizonepeta (Jingjie). If there are ulcerated areas, apply thinly to the lesion. If the nose itches, insufflate a small amount into the nostrils, two to three times daily.
(39) Yunqi San (Qi-Balancing Powder): Treats pediatric convulsions (Jingfeng), phlegm-cough in the chest/diaphragm (Ge Sou), cold hernia (Leng Shan), internal pulling pain (Nei Diao), abdominal pain, and Qi stagnation.
Platycodon Root (Jiegeng, 5 qian), Licorice Root (Gancao, 2 qian), Amomum Fruit (Sharen), Fennel (Huixiang), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, each 1 qian), White Ginger (Baijiang, 1 fen).
Grind into fine powder. Take 0.5 qian or 1 qian per dose.
(40) Xingpi San (Spleen-Awakening Powder): Regulates various diseases.
Costus Root (Muxiang), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu, wrapped in wet paper and baked), Ginseng Root (Renshen), Poria Cocos (Fuling), Tsaoko Cardamom (Caoguo), Roasted Licorice Root (Zhigancao), Old Tangerine Peel (Chenjupi), Magnolia Bark (Nongpo, boiled with Amomum fruit), Perilla Leaf (Zisuzi).
Grind into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, decocted with fresh ginger and jujube in clear water.
(41) Qingjin Dan (Blue Gold Pill): Treats various accumulation disorders in children.
Talcum (Huashi), White Dog Excrement (Baodingxing), Arisaema Rhizome (Tiannanxing, each 2.7 qian), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai, 0.5 qian), Calomelas (Qingfen), Mercury (Shuiyin, each 2 qian), Croton Seed (Chuan Badou, 72 seeds).
Mix together, combine with soft drink to form pills the size of mung beans.
(42) Baotong Wan (Child-Protection Pill): Eliminates stagnation, promotes appetite, nourishes muscles, strengthens the child, and treats abdominal distension caused by the Five Gans (Five Malnutrition Syndromes).
Picrorhiza Rhizome (Huhuanglian), Gentiana Scabra Root (Caolongdan, stir-fried, each 5 qian), Quisqualis Fructus (Shijunzi), Costus Root (Muxiang), Aloe (Luhui, finely ground, each 1 qian).
Barley (Damai: stir-fry with 3 peeled Croton seeds until purple, remove Croton, grind barley into powder, 5 qian); Toosendan Fructus (Chuan Koulou, stir-fried until purple, 1 fen).
Grind into fine powder, mix with vinegar-boiled rice paste to form pills the size of mung beans. Take 10–15 pills per dose.
(43) Ganji San (Malnutrition Accumulation Powder): Treats pediatric malnutrition accumulation (Ganji), including abnormal breast milk due to maternal illness (Bing Ru), mixed breast milk, mixed food, dietary irregularity after illness, or overeating, leading to Ganji. Symptoms include yellow complexion, large abdomen, turbid urine like rice wash, yellow sour-smelling diarrhea, dry scalp, scorched hair tufts, dry and light-sensitive eyes, corneal opacity (Yunyi), emaciation (bone-standing), night fever and daytime coolness, as well as Dingxi and Bulu syndromes.
Magnolia Bark (Nongpo, thick and purple with oil is best, 1 liang), Broad-leafed Citrus Peel (Guang Chenpi, white pith removed), Licorice Root (Gancao, skin removed), Aloe (Luhui, pure powder, each 7 qian), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai, 3 qian), Hundred Herb Frost (Baicaoshuang), Elaeagnus Fruit (Wuyi, 5 qian), Inula Flower (Xuanjinfhua, 1.5 qian).
Grind into fine powder, mix evenly. Dosage is 1 fen per year of age, taken on an empty stomach with decoction of Juncus effusus (Dengxin). After taking, the disease should resolve; subsequently regulate with Fei'er Wan. If Spleen Qi is not yet solid, use Qipi Wan.
(44) Qipi Wan (Spleen-Enriching Pill): Treats Spleen accumulation, dawn diarrhea (Wugeng Xie), eliminates Gan, treats yellowish distension and abdominal pain. Regular use generates flesh, strengthens Spleen, and benefits Kidney.
Ginseng Root (Renshen), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu), Poria Cocos (Fuling), Dioscorea Rhizome (Shanyao), Lotus Seed (Lianrou, each 1 liang), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), Alisma Rhizome (Zexie), Hawthorn Fruit (Shanzha), Roasted Licorice Root (Zhigancao, each 5 qian).
Grind into fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of a bullet. Take one pill per dose.
(45) Qingdai San (Indigo Powder): Treats persistent Gan dysentery in children and itching in the lower body.
Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai), Toad Ash (Chanhui), Lead Powder (Hufen, lightly stir-fried), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, lightly stir-fried), Musk (Shexiang, finely ground, each 2.5 qian), Red Halloysite (Chishizhi, 5 qian), Chebula Epicarp (Helile Pi, 1 liang, lightly roasted).
Pound and sieve into powder. Take 0.5 qian per dose, mixed with breast milk.
(46) Shagan Wan (Gan-Eliminating Pill): Treats persistent Gan dysentery.
Realgar (Xionghuang), Musk (Shexiang), Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang), Aloe (Luhui), Cinnabar (Zhusha), Dragon Bone (Longgu, fired until red), Litharge (Miduoseng, fired red), Picrorhiza Rhizome (Huhuanglian, each 2.5 qian), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai, 5 qian), Gold Leaf (Jinbo, 10 pieces), Nutmeg (Roudoukou, 2 fruits), Toad Venom (Chansu, dissolved in hot water like mud, 1.25 qian).
Grind into fine powder, add Toad Venom and grind evenly. Mix with steamed bread soaked in water to form pills the size of millet grains.
(47) Roudoukou Wan (Nutmeg Pill): Treats Gan dysentery, refusal of milk/food, and emaciated limbs.
Nutmeg (Roudoukou, 1 fruit), Costus Root (Muxiang, 5 qian), Ginseng Root (Renshen), Chebula Fruit Flesh (Hezi Rou, roasted), Cinnabar (Zhusha), Musk (Shexiang, each 2.5 qian).
Grind into fine powder, ensure uniformity. Mix with soft rice to form pills the size of sesame seeds. Take 3 pills per dose, with rice drink.
(48) Wuyi Wan (Elaeagnus Pill): Treats chronic pediatric Gan dysentery that does not heal.
Elaeagnus Fruit (Wuyi, 5 qian, ground into powder), Sheep Liver (Yanggan, 1 piece).
Slice the sheep liver, sprinkle Wuyi powder inside, tie with thread, and boil in rice water until cooked. Pound into paste, mix with glutinous rice flour to form pills the size of sesame seeds. Take 5 pills per dose, with porridge drink.
(49) Bailonggu Wan (White Dragon Bone Pill): Treats persistent pediatric Gan dysentery.
White Dragon Bone (Bailonggu), White Halloysite (Baishizhi), Chicken Dropping Alum (Jisifen, fired until juice runs out), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, lightly stir-fried), Lead Powder (Hufen, lightly stir-fried), White Poria Cocos (Bai Fuling), Donkey-hide Gelatin (Ejiao, pounded and fried until yellow and dry, each 5 qian).
Grind into fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of sesame seeds. Take 5 pills per dose, with porridge drink.
(50) Baizhu San (Atractylodes Powder): Treats pediatric Gan dysentery, abdominal distension and pain, defecating 20–30 times day and night.
Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu, lightly stir-fried, 1 liang), Angelicae Sinensis Radix (Danggui, lightly stir-fried), Sanguisorba Root (Diyu, lightly stir-fried), Costus Root (Muxiang), Red Peony Root (Chishao), Roasted Licorice Root (Zhigancao, each 5 qian).
Make into coarse powder. Take 1 qian per dose, decocted in clear water.
(51) Huhuanglian Wan (Picrorhiza Pill): Treats Gan dysentery with abdominal pain.
Picrorhiza Rhizome (Huhuanglian, 5 qian), Myrrh (Moyao), Costus Root (Muxiang, each 2.5 qian).
Grind into powder, mix with glutinous rice flour to form pills the size of mung beans. Take 5 pills per dose.
(52) Fei'er Wan (A) (Flesh-Enriching Pill A): Kills parasites, promotes appetite. Treats pediatric food accumulation and the Five Gans.
Nutmeg (Roudoukou, roasted), Quisqualis Fructus Endocarp (Shijunzi Rou, baked), Malt (Maiya, stir-fried), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, stir-fried with ginger juice until black), Medicated Leaven (Shenqu, stir-fried, each 5 qian), Areca Seed (Binglang, 2 nuts), Costus Root (Muxiang, 2 qian). Another formula adds Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu, 5 qian), Hawthorn Flesh (Shanzha Rou), Immature Bitter Orange (Zhishi, each 2 qian).
Grind into fine powder, mix with steamed bread dough, add a little white honey to form pills the size of bullets. Take one pill per dose.
(53) Fei'er Wan (B) (Flesh-Enriching Pill B): Treats pediatric Spleen Gan.
Ginseng Root (Renshen, 2.5 qian), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu, soil-stir-fried), Picrorhiza Rhizome (Huhuanglian, each 5 qian), Poria Cocos (Fuling, 3 qian), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, 2 qian), Quisqualis Fructus Endocarp (Shijunzi Rou, 4 qian), Medicated Leaven (Shenqu, stir-fried), Malt (Maiya, stir-fried), Hawthorn Flesh (Shanzha Rou, each 3.5 qian), Roasted Licorice Root (Zhigancao), Aloe (Luhui, each 1.5 qian).
Grind into powder, mix with yellow millet paste to form pills the size of broomcorn millet. Take 20–30 pills per dose.
(54) Fei'er Wan (C) (Flesh-Enriching Pill C): Kills parasites, clears heat. Treats pediatric Spleen-deficiency Gan accumulation, yellow face, thin body, abdominal distension, and all types of stagnation.
Magnolia Bark (Nongpo), Chicken Gizzard Lining (Jineijin), Poria Cocos (Fuling, each 4 liang), Xinhui Peel (Xinhui Pi), Green Bitter Orange (Qingpi, each 2 liang), Grub of Rice (Wugu Chong), Amomum Fruit (Suosharen), Picrorhiza Rhizome (Huhuanglian, each 3 liang), Atractylodes Macrocephala Rhizome (Baizhu, stir-fried, 6 liang), Ophiopogon Tuber (Maidong, stir-fried), White Hyacinth Bean (Bai Biandou), Hawthorn Flesh (Shanzha Rou, stir-fried until charred, each 8 liang), Areca Seed (Binglang, 1.5 liang), Dried Toad (Gan Chan, roasted, 11 units), Six-Herb Medicated Leaven (Liushenqu, 12 liang).
Grind into powder, mix with refined honey to form pills weighing 2.5 qian each. Take one pill per dose, dissolved in rice soup. Avoid greasy, damp wheat, and raw/cold foods.
Note: The name Fei'er Wan is designed for Gan-heat, abdominal distension, and emaciation. It implies that once Gan is eliminated, the child naturally gains weight. If used routinely without Gan-heat pathology, it damages Yuan Qi and has significant adverse effects; this must be known.
(55) Liushen Wan (Six-God Pill): Treats Gan diarrhea with excessive thirst and drinking.
Costus Root (Muxiang), Clove (Dingxiang), Nutmeg (Roudoukou), Quisqualis Fructus Endocarp (Shijunzi Rou), Chebula Fruit (Hezi, each 5 qian), Aloe (Luhui, 1 liang).
Roast until cooked, grind into powder, mix with jujube pulp to form pills the size of mung beans. Take 3–5 pills per dose before meals, with warm rice drink.
(56) He Wan (Brown Pill): Treats Gan Qi, drum-like abdominal distension, and milk/food癖 (masses).
Radish Seed (Luobozi, stir-fried, 1.5 liang), Black Morning Glory Seed (Heiqianniu, stir-fried, 1 liang), Pepper (Hujiao, 2.5 qian), Costus Root (Muxiang), Curcuma Zedoaria Rhizome (Peng Ezhu, wrapped in wet paper and baked, sliced, each 5 qian).
Grind into fine powder, mix with flour paste to form pills the size of broomcorn millet. Take 20 pills per dose.
(57) Feiqi Wan (Feiqi Pill): Treats Feiqi (a type of abdominal mass/accumulation).
Angelicae Sinensis Radix Head (Danggui Tou), Atractylodes Rhizome (Cangzhu, each 1.5 liang), Green Bitter Orange (Qingpi, stir-fried, 1 liang), Snake-Containing Stone (Shehanshi, fired and quenched in vinegar, 7.5 qian), Sparganium Rhizome (Sanleng), Curcuma Zedoaria Rhizome (Peng Ezhu), Iron Flower Powder (Tiehua Fen, boiled in vinegar with Sanleng and Peng Ezhu, each 3 liang).
Grind into powder, mix with vinegar-boiled rice paste to form pills the size of mung beans. Take 40 pills per dose.
(58) Fenqi Yin (Qi-Separating Decoction): Treats pediatric edema with wheezing.
Platycodon Root (Jiegeng), Red Poria Cocos (Chifuling), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), Mulberry Root Bark (Sangbaipi), Betel Nut Peduncle (Dafupi), Aurantium Immaturum (Zhike, stir-fried), Prepared Pinellia Tuber (Banxia Qu), Perilla Leaf (Zisu), Perilla Seed (Suzi, lightly stir-fried), Roasted Licorice Root (Zhigancao, each 2 qian), Tsaoko Cardamom Kernel (Caoguoren, 1 qian).
Cut into fragments. Take 1.5 qian per dose, decocted with fresh ginger and jujube in clear water.
(59) Shijunzi San (Quisqualis Powder): Treats Roundworm Gan (Hui Gan).
Quisqualis Fructus (Shijunzi, stir-fried on tile, 10 fruits), Licorice Root (Gancao, soaked in bile overnight), White Elaeagnus Fruit (Bai Wuyi, each 1 fen), Prunus Spinosa Seed (Kulianzi, processed and pitted, 5 seeds).
Grind into powder. Take 1 qian per dose, decocted in clear water.
(60) Luhui Wan (Aloe Pill): Treats Roundworm Gan (Hui Gan).
Aloe (Luhui), Benzoin Resin (Anxicxiang), Picrorhiza Rhizome (Huhuanglian), Aurantium Immaturum (Zhike, bran-stir-fried, each 1 qian), Quisqualis Fructus (Shijunzi, stir-fried, 21–30 fruits), Elaeagnus Fruit (Wuyi, 1 fen), Lead Powder (Dingfen, i.e., Qin Fen/Fen Xi, 1.5 qian), Musk (Shexiang, a little).
Grind into fine powder, mix with pig bile and rice paste to form pills the size of mung beans. Take 5–7 pills per dose.
(61) Gen San (Three Roots Powder): Treats Roundworm Gan with moving parasites, incessant crying, especially worse at the beginning of the month, resembling spirit possession.
Cyathula Root (Guanzhong Gen), Pear Root (Tangli Gen), Sour Pomegranate Root (Suan Shiliugen, each 1 liang), Chestnut Thorn (Lici), Old Cotton (Gumian), Dry Resin (Ganqi, each 5 qian).
Burn to ash retaining nature, pound and sieve into fine powder. Take 1 qian per dose, decocted in clear water.

Prunus Spinosa Root Bark (Kulian Gen Baipi, wine-soaked and baked), Cyathula Root (Guanzhong), Costus Root (Muxiang), Peach Kernel (Taoren, soaked, peeled, and baked), Elaeagnus Fruit (Wuyi, baked), Heart-shaped Areca Seed (Jixin Binglang, each 1 qian), Dorstenia Root (Heshi, stir-fried), Calomelas (Qingfen, each 5 fen), Dried Toad (Gan Hamaz, roasted until charred, 3 qian), Quisqualis Fructus Endocarp (Shijunzi Rou, 50 fruits, roasted).
Grind into powder, mix with sifted flour paste to form pills the size of sesame seeds. Take 20 pills per dose at dawn, with clear meat broth.
(63) Jin Chan San (Golden Toad Powder): Treats Spinal Gan and Accumulation Gan.
Dried Toad (Gan Chan, large ones coated with butter and roasted until yellow-brown, 1 unit), Night Flying Sand (Yeming Sha, lightly stir-fried), Peach Inner Bark (Tao Baipi), Tree-of-Heaven Root Bark (Chugen Baipi), Sanguisorba Root (Diyu), Phellodendron Bark (Huangbai), Chebula Fruit (Helile), Lily Bulb (Baihe), White Elaeagnus Fruit (Bai Wuyi, lightly stir-fried), Ginseng Root (Renshen), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian), Rhubarb (Chuan Dahuang, each 3 fen), Lead Powder (Hufen, 3 qian), Clove (Dingxiang, 21–30 buds), Areca Seed (Binglang, 1 fen).
Grind into fine powder. Take 0.5 qian per dose, mixed with porridge drink.
(64) Digupi Wan (Digepi Pill): Treats Spinal Gan.
Digepi (Digupi), Purple Shen (Zishen), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin), Rhubarb (Dahuang, lightly stir-fried), Apricot Seed (Yuliren, soaked in water, peeled, de-seeded, lightly stir-fried, each 5 qian), Gentiana Root (Longdancao), Scutellaria Root (Ziqin), Aurantium Immaturum (Zhike, flour-stir-fried), Costus Root (Muxiang), Polyporus (Zhuling), Clam Shell (Haige, finely ground, equal parts ground into powder).
Mix with refined honey to form pills the size of mung beans. Take 5 pills per dose.
(65) Shagan Wan (Gan-Eliminating Pill): Treats Spinal Gan with emaciation and intestinal parasites.
Myrobalan (Meishizi), Melon Tip (Gua Di), Dorstenia Root (Heshi), Toad Head (Chantou, roasted until yellow-brown), Aloe (Luhui), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai, each 5 qian), Musk (Shexiang), Nifei (Nifen, i.e., Mercurous Chloride/Lead Powder, each 1 fen).
Pound and sieve into powder, mix with glutinous rice flour to form pills the size of broomcorn millet. Take 5 pills per dose, with porridge drink.
(66) Luhui Wan (Aloe Pill): Treats Spinal Gan.
Aloe (Luhui), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai), Cinnabar (Zhusha), Musk (Shexiang), Bear Gallbladder (Xiondan), Picrorhiza Rhizome (Huhuanglian), Cyathula Root (Guanzhong), Earthworm (Dilong, lightly stir-fried), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian), Cicada Slough (Chanqiao, feet removed, lightly stir-fried), Omphalia Mushroom (Leiwang, each 5 qian), Toad (Hamaz, coated with butter and roasted until yellow-brown, 1 unit).
Pound and sieve into powder, mix with Snail Meat to form pills the size of sesame seeds. Take 5 pills per dose.
(67) Qingdai Wan (A) (Indigo Pill A): Treats Spinal Gan.
Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai), Cinnabar (Zhusha), Night Flying Sand (Yeming Sha), Lead Powder (Dingfen, each 1 fen), Toad Venom (Chansu), Bear Gallbladder (Xiondan), Antelope Horn Slice (Lingyangjiao Xie), Rhinoceros Horn Slice (Xijiao Xie, each 5 li), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, 5 qian), Musk (Shexiang, 1 qian).
Pound and sieve into powder, mix with soft rice to form pills the size of mung beans. Dosage is 2 pills per year of age.

Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai, 3 qian), Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang), Aloe (Luhui), Cinnabar (Zhusha), Musk (Shexiang), Realgar (Xionghuang), Picrorhiza Rhizome (Huhuanglian), Snake Slough (Shetui, burnt to ash), Gentiana Root (Longdancao), Cicada Slough (Chantui, lightly stir-fried, each 1 fen), Toad (Chan, 1 unit, coated with butter and roasted until yellow-brown).
Pound and sieve into powder, ensure uniformity. Mix with water-boiled flour paste to form pills the size of broomcorn millet. Take 3 pills per dose, with porridge drink.
(69) Tianzhuhuang San (Heavenly Bamboo Salt Powder): Treats pediatric Dry Gan.
Heavenly Bamboo Salt (Tianzhuhuang), Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang), Realgar (Xionghuang), Cinnabar (Zhusha), Aloe (Luhui), Musk (Shexiang), Toad Head (Chantou, roasted until yellow-brown), Picrorhiza Rhizome (Huhuanglian), Rhinoceros Horn Slice (Xijiao Xie), Costus Root (Muxiang), Roasted Licorice Root (Zhigancao, lightly fired until reddish, each 1 fen), Borneol (Longnao, 1 qian).
Pound finely and sieve into powder, mix evenly. Take 0.5 qian per dose, mixed with warm water.
(70) Niuhuang Wan (Calculus Bovis Pill): Treats Dry Gan.
Calculus Bovis (Niuhuang, 5 fen), Realgar (Xionghuang), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian), Aloe (Luhui), Heavenly Bamboo Salt (Tianzhuhuang, each 1 fen), Borneol (Longnao), Musk (Shexiang, each 1 qian), Roasted Licorice Root (Zhigancao, lightly fired until reddish, 5 li).
Pound and sieve into powder, mix evenly, form pills with glutinous rice flour the size of mung beans. One-year-old infants take 1 pill per dose, with porridge drink.
(71) Huhuanglian Wan (Picrorhiza Pill): Treats Dry Gan.
Picrorhiza Powder (Huhuanglian Mo, 5 qian), Cinnabar (Zhusha), Persian Indigo (Bosi Qingdai), Aloe (Luhui, each 3 fen), Musk (Shexiang, 1 fen), Snake Slough Skin (Shetuipi, burnt to ash, 1 strip), Toad Venom (Chansu, size of an almond).
Grind into powder, boil one pig bile and one cup of wine into a paste, form pills the size of mung beans. Take 3–5 pills per dose.
(72) Shijunzi Wan (A) (Quisqualis Pill A): Treats abdominal worm pain and spitting clear saliva.
Quisqualis Fructus Endocarp (Shijunzi Rou, baked on tile), Areca Seed (Binglang), Sour Pomegranate Root Bark (Suan Shili Genpi, east-facing is best), Rhubarb (Dahuang, half raw half soaked, each 7.5 qian).
Except for Areca Seed which is cut and dried without excessive fire, roast the other three ingredients. Grind into powder, mix with sugar water and flour paste to form pills the size of sesame seeds. Take 30–50 pills per dose.
(73) Shijunzi Wan (B) (Quisqualis Pill B): Treats pediatric viscera sliding diarrhea, Gan emaciation with dysentery, abdominal/flank distension, loss of appetite for milk/food. Regular use calms worms, tonifies Stomach, eliminates Gan, and enriches muscle.
Quisqualis Fructus Endocarp (Shijunzi Rou, wrapped in flour and roasted, 1 liang), Tangerine Peel (Chenpi, white pith removed, 1 fen), Magnolia Bark (Nongpo, coated with ginger juice and roasted, 5 qian), Licorice Root (Gancao, roasted and cut), Chebula Fruit (Hezi, half raw half roasted, pitted), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai, not used if accompanied by convulsions or heat/thirst, each 5 qian).
Grind into fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of chicken heads. Take one pill per dose.
(74) Nongchang Wan (Intestine-Thickening Pill): Treats pediatric indigestion, inability to process food, abdominal distension, emaciation, and variable stool color.
Tangerine Peel (Chenpi), Prepared Pinellia Tuber (Banxia), Atractylodes Rhizome (Cangzhu), Ginseng Root (Renshen, each 3 fen), Malt (Maiya), Aurantium Immaturum (Zhike), Medicated Leaven Powder (Shenqu Mo, each 5 fen), Green Bitter Orange (Qingpi), Magnolia Bark (Nongpo, each 2 fen).
Grind into fine powder, mix with water-boiled flour paste to form pills the size of sesame seeds. Take 20 pills per dose.
(75) Shenghui Muxiang Wan (Shenghui Costus Pill): Treats Internal Gan.
Costus Root (Muxiang), Cicada Slough (Chanqiao, lightly stir-fried, feet removed), Musk (Shexiang), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian), Yellow Lead Oxide (Huangdan, lightly stir-fried), Bear Gallbladder (Xiondan), Night Flying Sand (Yeming Sha, lightly stir-fried), Dried Toad (Gan Chan, coated with butter and roasted until slightly charred, each 1 fen), Red Halloysite (Chishizhi, 5 qian), Nutmeg (Roudoukou, 1 nut, shelled), Tianfu (Tianfu, roasted until slightly yellow, 5 qian).
Grind into powder, mix with water-soaked steamed bread to form pills the size of sesame seeds. Take 2 pills per dose.
(76) Luhui Wan (Aloe Pill): Treats Internal Gan and Gan dysentery, intermittent onset.
Aloe (Luhui), Realgar (Xionghuang), Myrobalan (Meishizi), Cicada Slough (Chanqiao, lightly stir-fried, feet removed), Clove (Dingxiang), Bear Gallbladder (Xiondan), Snake Slough (Shetui, each 1 fen), Musk (Shexiang), Toad Venom (Chansu, each 1 qian), Coptis Rhizome (Huanglian, 5 qian).
Grind into fine powder, mix with refined honey to form pills the size of rice grains. Take 3 pills per dose.
(77) Hufen Wan (Lead Powder Pill): Treats Internal Gan with dysentery, lethargy, and excessive sleepiness.
Lead Powder (Hufen, lightly stir-fried), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai, each 5 qian), Coptis Powder (Huanglian Mo, 1 liang), Musk (Shexiang, 1 qian).
Grind into fine powder, mix with one pig bile to form pills the size of rice grains. Take 5 pills per dose.

(79) Ganlu Yin (Sweet Dew Decoction): Treats unvented Stomach heat, swollen gums suppurating, red and swollen painful eyes, hunger with irritability and anorexia, mouth ulcers and sore throat, pre-eruption and post-eruption stage of rashes, as well as Spleen/Stomach dampness, stagnant heat in the interior, damp-heat jaundice, limb swelling, chest fullness, shortness of breath, fever, and constipation of both bowels and bladder.
Prepared Rehmanniae Radix (Gan Shudihuang, cleaned), Asparagus Tuber (Tianmendong, heart removed and baked), Raw Rehmanniae Radix (Sheng Gan Dihuang), Ophiopogon Tuber (Maimendong, heart removed and baked), Aurantium Immaturum (Zhike, bran-stir-fried), Artemisia Capillaris (Shan Yinch'en), Dendrobium Stem (Shihu), Roasted Licorice Root (Zhigancao), Scutellaria Root (Huangqin), Fresh Loquat Leaf (Xian Pipaye, brushed clean of hairs, equal parts).
Grind into powder. Take 2 qian per dose, decocted in clear water.
(80) Qingxia San (Green Cloud Powder): External use. Treats pediatric oral-dental Gan.
Toad (Hamaz, 1 unit, burnt to ash), Roasted Licorice Root (Zhigancao), Indigo Naturalis (Qingdai, each 1 fen).
Grind into fine powder, add a little Musk. Rinse mouth with salt water first, wipe dry, and apply medicine with a chicken feather.
(81) Huangfan San (Yellow Alum Powder): External use. Treats receding gums, osteomyelitis of the jaw (Guchao Feng), acute pediatric Gan, and rotten, foul, swollen, and painful gums.
Yellow Alum (Huangfan, 1 liang, ground and fired in a crucible until red-hot), Raw Rehmanniae Radix (Sheng Gan Dihuang), Parasol Tree Leaf (Wutong Ye), Cimicifuga Rhizome (Shengma, each 5 qian), Dried Toad Head (Gan Hamaz Tou, 2 units, roasted until charred).
Grind into powder. Use 0.5 fen each time, apply dry. After a while, spit out saliva, rinse mouth with Licorice water. Effect seen in one or two applications.
(82) Tangshi Wufu Huadu Dan (Tang’s Five-Fortune Detoxifying Pellet): Clears diaphragm, cools blood. Treats upper-jiao congestion-heat, irritability and thirst, residual toxins from rashes, oral-dental bleeding, receding gums with bad breath, nasal obstruction, and sores on lips and tongue.
