治疗吐血和虚性咳嗽具有神奇疗效。
乌梅（煎煮成浓汁四两）、姜汁（一两）、萝卜汁（四两）、梨汁（四两）、柿霜（四两）、款冬花、紫菀（各二两，均制成粉末，以上药物制作完成后备用）。
另外取白茯苓十两，取其纯净粉末半斤，用人乳三斤将茯苓末浸泡，取出晒干，再浸泡再晒干，直到人乳用尽为止。然后将前述的款冬花、紫菀粉末、柿霜、白糖以及上述各种汁液，再加入蜂蜜四两，混合均匀，放入砂锅中用慢火煎熬成膏状。制成如弹丸大小的药丸，每次服用一丸，临睡前含化。用薄荷汤漱口，半个月即可见效痊愈。
溺血属于热盛所致，下焦疼痛的是血淋，不痛的是溺血，以生地黄饮为主治方剂。生地黄（四钱）、小蓟、滑石、通草、蒲黄（炒制）、淡竹叶、藕节、当归、山栀、甘草梢（各五分）。
以上药物用水煎煮，空腹服用，同时治疗血淋。
治疗遗精、梦泄、赤浊和白浊。
黄连、生地黄（酒洗）、麦门冬、当归（酒洗，各一钱）、甘草（一半生用一半炙用，五分）、茯苓（一钱二分）、远志（八分）、酸枣仁（八分）、石莲子肉（一钱二分）、人参（八分，初起阶段不用）。
以上药物用水煎煮，空腹服用。
治疗梦遗、精滑以及小便后遗留沥液或赤浊、白浊。
芡实粉（四两）、白莲花须（未开放的为佳，二两）、白茯苓（二两，去皮心）、龙骨（五钱）、秋石（真品，一两）。
以上药物制成粉末备用。采集经霜后的金樱子，数量不限，去掉籽和刺，在石臼中捣烂，放入砂锅中用水煎煮，期间不得断火，煎至水分消耗一半时取出，澄清过滤，再次煎煮至像稀糖浆一样稠度，与药末混合制成如梧桐子大小的药丸。每次服用七八十丸，空腹时用盐酒送服。剩余的膏状物，每次取一匙，空腹用热酒调服，其功效无法详尽描述。
Treatment for hemoptysis (coughing up blood) and deficiency-type cough with miraculous efficacy.
Wumei (Mume Fructus, prepared as four taels of concentrated juice), Jiangzhi (Zingiberis Rhizoma Juice, one tael), Luobozhi (Raphani Sativi Juice, four taels), Lizhi (Pyrus Sinkiangensis Juice, four taels), Shishuang (Diospyri Fructus Frost, four taels), Kuaodonghua (Adenophorae Radix, two taels), Ziwan (Asteris Radix, two taels). All above herbs are processed into powder; prepare these medicines in advance for use.
Separately, take ten taels of Baifuling (Poria), extract half a jin of the pure powder. Soak the Poria powder in three jin of human milk, remove and sun-dry, repeat soaking and drying until the human milk is exhausted. Then combine the aforementioned Adenophorae Radix powder, Asteris Radix powder, Diospyri Fructus Frost, white sugar, and all the aforementioned juices, add four taels of honey, mix evenly, and simmer slowly in a clay pot to form an ointment. Form into pills the size of bullet seeds. Take one pill each time, holding it in the mouth to dissolve before sleep. Rinse mouth with Bohe Tang (Menthae Haplocalycis Decoction); effectiveness will be seen within half a month, leading to recovery.
Hematuria (blood in urine) caused by excessive heat: if accompanied by lower jiao pain, it is termed Xuelin (blood strangury); if painless, it is termed Nioxue (hematuria). The primary formula is Shengdihuang Yin (Rehmanniae Radix Decoction). Shengdihuang (Rehmanniae Radix, four qian), Xiaoji (Cirsii Herba), Huashi (Talcum), Tongcao (Tetrapanacis Medulla), Puhuang (Typhae Pollinis, stir-fried), Danzhuye (Lophatheri Herba), Oujie (Nelumbinis Node, four qian), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix), Shanzhi (Gardeniae Fructus), Gancaoshao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma tip, five fen each).
Decoct the above ingredients in water and take on an empty stomach. This also treats Xuelin (blood strangury).
Use Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma) and Shengma (Cimicifugae Rhizoma) decocted in water to administer Yiyuan San (Yiyuan Powder) on an empty stomach (immediate effect).
Treatment for spermatorrhea, nocturnal emission, red turbidity, and white turbidity.
Huanglian (Coptidis Rhizoma), Shengdi Huang (Rehmanniae Radix, wine-washed), Maimendong (Ophiopogonis Tuber), Danggui (Angelicae Sinensis Radix, wine-washed, one qian each), Gancao (Glycyrrhizae Radix et Rhizoma, half raw half roasted, five fen), Fuling (Poria, one qian two fen), Yuanzhi (Polygalae Radix, eight fen), Szaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen, eight fen), Shilianrou (Loti Semen, one qian two fen), Renshen (Ginseng Radix, eight fen; do not use in the initial stage).
Decoct the above ingredients in water and take on an empty stomach.
Treatment for nocturnal emission, seminal leakage, post-urination dribbling, or red/white turbidity.
Qianshi Fen (Euryales Semen Powder, four taels), Bai Lianhuaxu (Nelumbinis Stamen, preferably unopened, two taels), Baifuling (Poria, two taels, peeled and cored), Longgu (Fossil Bones, five qian), Qiushi (Urinal Stone, authentic, one tael).
Grind the above medicines into powder for use. Harvest Jin Yingzi (Rosa Laevigatae Fructus) after frost, quantity unlimited. Remove seeds and thorns, pound thoroughly in a stone mortar, place in a clay pot, and decoct in water without interrupting the fire. Decoct until half the water has evaporated, remove, clarify, and filter. Continue decocting until it resembles thin syrup. Mix with the medicine powder to form pills the size of Sophora seeds. Take 70–80 pills each time on an empty stomach with salted wine. For the remaining paste, take one spoonful each time, mixed with hot wine on an empty stomach. Its merits cannot be fully described.
