天泡疮，用通坚散及蚯蚓泥，略炒，研末，蜜调敷，妙。又方，小麦炒焦，为末，
生桐油调敷，神效。又方，芭蕉根捣汁敷。
一方
治血瘤肉瘤，以蜘蛛丝圈匝根上，久而自枯。
治五瘿极佳，丹溪曰∶瘿气先须断浓味。
麦面（四分） 松萝 半夏 贝母 海藻（洗） 龙胆草 海蛤 通草 昆布 枯矾
（各三分） 为末，酒服一钱，日三服。忌鲫鱼猪肉五辛，生菜毒物，二十日愈。有方加青皮。
神验。凡瘤有六，骨瘤、脂瘤、肉瘤、脓瘤、血瘤、粉瘤。脓瘤即胶瘤也。惟粉瘤
与脓瘤可决，余皆不可决溃。肉瘤尤不可治，治则杀人。
桑炭灰 枣木灰 黄荆灰 桐壳灰（各二升半） 荞麦灰 以沸汤淋汁五碗，澄清，
入斑蝥四十个，穿山甲五片，乳香冰片，不拘多少，煎作二碗，以瓷器盛之，临用时入
新锻石调成膏，敷瘤上，干则以清水润之，其效如神。
丹溪治丹瘤。蓖麻子，去壳研，入面一匙，水调搽之，甚效。
治癣。
铜绿 硼砂 白矾（等分） 为末，香油调搽。又方，槟榔（二钱） 芦荟 轻粉 雄黄
（各一钱） 大黄 蛇床子 槿皮（各三钱） 为末。先刮皮癣，后用米醋调药涂之。又方。
治头面荷叶癣。用川槿皮，研细，醋调汤炖如胶，将癣抓破。搽敷即愈。

治疗血瘤、肉瘤，用蜘蛛丝在肿瘤根部缠绕数圈，时间久了自然会干枯脱落。
治疗五瘿极佳，朱丹溪说：“治疗瘿气必须先断绝浓味（油腻厚味的食物）。”

神验。凡是瘤共有六种：骨瘤、脂瘤、肉瘤、脓瘤、血瘤、粉瘤。脓瘤就是胶瘤。只有粉瘤和脓瘤可以切开决破，其余的都不可以切开溃破。肉瘤尤其不可治疗，若治疗则会致人死亡。

加入斑蝥四十个，穿山甲五片，乳香、冰片，数量不限，煎煮浓缩成两碗药液，用瓷器盛装。临用时加入新锻石调制成膏状，敷于肿瘤上，干燥时用清水润湿，其效果如神一般灵验。
朱丹溪治疗丹瘤。蓖麻子，去壳研碎，加入一匙面粉，用水调和涂抹，非常有效。
治疗癣疾。

Tianpao Chuang (Blistering Sores), use Tongjian San and earthworm mud, slightly stir-fried, ground into powder, mixed with honey for topical application, which is miraculous. Another prescription: stir-fry wheat until charred, grind into powder, mix with raw tung oil for topical application, which is divinely effective. Another method: crush fresh banana root to extract juice for topical application.
One Prescription:
Treating Xueliu (Blood Tumor) and Rouliu (Flesh Tumor): Wrap spider silk around the base of the tumor repeatedly; after a long time, it will naturally wither and fall off.
Excellent for treating Wuying (Five Goiters). Zhu Danxi said: "To treat Ying Qi (Goiter Qi), one must first cut off rich flavors (greasy and heavy foods)."
Wheat flour (4 fen) Songluo Pinus Mume Bark Pinellia Rhizoma Prepared Fritillaria Bulb Seaweed (washed) Gentian Root Clam Shell Thru-Caula Stem Alum Calcined (each 3 fen) Grind into powder, take 1 qian with wine, three times daily. Avoid crucian carp, pork, Five Pungents (garlic, chives, leeks, wild onion, asafoetida), raw vegetables, and toxic substances; cure within twenty days. Some prescriptions add Qingpi (Green Tangerine Peel).
Divinely Effective. There are six types of Liu (Tumors): Guli (Bone Tumor), Zhiliu (Fat Tumor), Rouliu (Flesh Tumor), Nongliu (Pus Tumor), Xueliu (Blood Tumor), Fenliu (Powder Tumor). Nongliu is also known as Jiaoliu (Gelatinous Tumor). Only Fenliu and Nongliu can be incised and drained; the others must not be incised or ulcerated. Rouliu is particularly untreatable; if treated, it may cause death.
Mulberry Charcoal Ash Jujube Wood Ash Vitex Trifolia L. Branch Ash Tung Shell Ash (each 2.5 sheng) Buckwheat Ash Pour five bowls of boiling water over these ashes to leach the juice, clarify it, then add forty Mylabris Phaleratae Carabus and five slices of Pangolin Scales, plus unspecified amounts of Frankincense and Borneolum Syntheticum. Decoct until reduced to two bowls of liquid, store in porcelain vessels. When using, add newly calcined Lithium Carbonate to form a paste, apply to the tumor. If it dries, moisten with clear water. The effect is divine.
Zhu Danxi treated Danliu (Red Tumor). Remove shells from Ricinus Communis Seed, grind, add one spoonful of flour, mix with water and apply. Very effective.
Treating Xuan (Tinea/Pruritus).
Malachite Green Borax Alum (equal parts) Grind into powder, mix with sesame oil for application. Another prescription: Areca Seed (2 qian) Aloe Calomel Realgar (each 1 qian) Rhubarb Cnidium Fruit Hibiscus Tiliaceus Bark (each 3 qian) Grind into powder. First scrape the surface of the skin tinea, then mix with rice vinegar for application. Another prescription.
Treating Lotus-Leaf Tinea on the head and face. Use Sichuan Hibiscus Tiliaceus Bark, grind finely, mix with vinegar, steam until gelatinous. Scratch the affected area until broken, then apply. It will heal immediately.
