金樱子，（去皮及毛，净，蒸熟，慢火熬成膏） 芡实肉（研为细粉）各等分，煎
膏，同酒糊为丸，桐子大，每服三十丸，食前温酒下。一方，用乳汁丸，盐汤下。
治白浊。
龙骨 牡蛎（各五钱） 为末，入鲫鱼腹内，湿纸裹入火内炮熟，取出去纸，将药同
鱼肉丸，如桐子大，每服三十丸，空心米饮下。鲫鱼不拘大小，只以着尽上件药为度，
更加茯苓、远志各五钱，尤佳。
治思虑伤心，疲劳伤肾，心肾不交，精元不固，惊悸健忘，遗精白浊，耳聋目暗。
芡实（蒸） 莲花须（一两） 茯神 山茱肉 龙骨（生用） 五味子 枸杞子 熟地
黄（酒蒸） 韭子（炒） 肉苁蓉（酒浸） 川牛膝（酒浸） 紫石英（ 七次，各一
两） 为末，酒煮山药，糊丸，桐子大，每服七十丸，空心盐汤下。
治精滑梦遗，及小便后遗沥。
金樱子 鸡头实（各一两） 白莲花蕊 龙骨（ ，各五钱） 为末，糊丸，桐子大，
每服七八十丸，空心盐酒下。

治梦遗白浊，初起半月，服之极验。
川萆 （去皮） 川黄柏（酒炒） 麦门冬（去心） 菟丝子（酒炒） 北五味
（酒炒） 远志（去心，等分） 加竹叶三片，灯心七茎，大黄少许，水煎。
治心气虚损，白浊梦遗。
远志（去心） 石菖蒲（各一两） 人参 白茯苓（各三两） 为末，蜜丸，梧子大，朱
砂为衣，每服七丸，加至二十丸，空心米汤下。
治疗赤白浊（尿液浑浊，色红或白）。
金樱子（去除外皮和毛刺，洗净，蒸熟后，用慢火熬制成膏状），芡实肉（研磨成细粉）各取等量，煎煮浓缩成膏，与酒调制的米糊混合制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子，每次服用三十丸，饭前用温酒送服。另一种方法，用乳汁制作丸剂，用盐汤送服。
治疗白浊（尿液浑浊色白）。
龙骨、牡蛎（各五钱），研为粉末，放入鲫鱼腹内，用湿纸包裹后在火中煨烤至熟，取出去掉纸张，将药物与鱼肉混合制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子，每次服用三十丸，空腹时用米饮送服。鲫鱼不拘大小，只要能够容纳上述药物即可，如果再加入茯苓、远志各五钱，效果更佳。
治疗因思虑过度损伤心脏，疲劳过度损伤肾脏，导致心肾不交（心火与肾水不能相互既济），精元不固（精气无法固摄），出现惊悸（受惊而心跳不安）、健忘、遗精、白浊、耳聋、目暗（视力模糊）。
芡实（蒸制）、莲花须（一两）、茯神、山茱萸肉、龙骨（生用）、五味子、枸杞子、熟地黄（用酒蒸制）、韭子（炒制）、肉苁蓉（用酒浸泡）、川牛膝（用酒浸泡）、紫石英（经过七次煅淬处理，各一两），研为粉末，用酒煮山药，制成糊丸，大小如梧桐子，每次服用七十丸，空腹时用盐汤送服。
治疗精关不固导致的滑精、梦遗，以及小便后仍有滴沥不尽的症状。
金樱子、鸡头实（即芡实，各一两）、白莲花蕊、龙骨（各五钱），研为粉末，制成糊丸，大小如梧桐子，每次服用七八十丸，空腹时用盐和酒送服。
另一种方子：
治疗梦遗和白浊，初起半月内服用，效果极佳。
川萆薢（去除外皮）、川黄柏（用酒炒制）、麦门冬（去除心）、菟丝子（用酒炒制）、北五味子（用酒炒制）、远志（去除心，以上药材等分），加竹叶三片，灯心草七茎，大黄少许，用水煎煮。
治疗心气虚损导致的白浊、梦遗。
远志（去除心）、石菖蒲（各一两）、人参、白茯苓（各三两），研为粉末，用蜂蜜制成丸剂，大小如梧桐子，外层用朱砂包裹作为衣层，每次服用七丸，逐渐增加至二十丸，空腹时用米汤送服。
Treats red and white turbid urine (cloudy urine, reddish or whitish in color).
*Jinyingzi* (Rosa laevigata fruit), (skin and hairs removed, cleaned, steamed, and slowly boiled into a paste) and *Qianshi Rou* (Euryale ferox seed flesh), (ground into fine powder), taken in equal parts. Decocted to form a paste, mixed with rice paste prepared with wine to make pills, size of *Tongzi* (seeds of the Chinese parasol tree). Each dose is thirty pills, taken before meals with warm wine. Another method uses milk to prepare the pills, taken with salt water.
Treats white turbid urine (whitish cloudy urine).
*Longgu* (Fossilized mammal bone) and *Muli* (Oyster shell), (each five qian), ground into powder, placed inside the belly of a crucian carp, wrapped in wet paper, and roasted in fire until cooked. Remove the paper, mix the medicine with the fish meat to form pills, size of *Tongzi*. Each dose is thirty pills, taken on an empty stomach with rice drink. The size of the crucian carp is not restricted, as long as it can contain the aforementioned ingredients. Adding *Fuling* (Poria) and *Yuanzhi* (Polygala root), each five qian, is even better.
Treats conditions caused by excessive thinking damaging the Heart, fatigue damaging the Kidney, resulting in Heart-Kidney non-interaction (failure of Heart Fire and Kidney Water to interact), insecure essence and yuan (inability to secure essence), manifesting as palpitations due to fright, forgetfulness, spermatorrhea, white turbid urine, deafness, and dim vision.
*Qianshi* (Euryale ferox seed, steamed), *Lianhua Xu* (Lotus stamen, one liang), *Fushen* (Poria with hostwood), *Shanzhuru* (Cornus officinalis fruit flesh), *Longgu* (Fossilized mammal bone, raw use), *Wuweizi* (Schisandra chinensis fruit), *Gouqizi* (Lycium barbarum fruit), *Shudihuang* (Rehmannia glutinosa root, steamed with wine), *Jiu Zi* (Allium tuberosum seed, stir-fried), *Roucongrong* (Cistanche deserticola stem), *Chuan Niuxi* (Achyranthes bidentata root, soaked in wine), *Zhi Shiyin* (Fluorite, calcined seven times, each one liang). Ground into powder, cooked yam (*Shanyao*) with wine, mixed with paste to form pills, size of *Tongzi*. Each dose is seventy pills, taken on an empty stomach with salt water.
Treats seminal emission without dream, nocturnal emission, and dribbling after urination.
*Jinyingzi* (Rosa laevigata fruit) and *Jitou Shi* (Euryale ferox seed, also known as Qianshi, each one liang), *Bai Lianhua Rui* (White lotus stamen), *Longgu* (Fossilized mammal bone, each five qian). Ground into powder, mixed with paste to form pills, size of *Tongzi*. Each dose is seventy to eighty pills, taken on an empty stomach with salt wine.
Another prescription:
Treats nocturnal emission and white turbid urine; extremely effective if taken within the first half-month of onset.
*Chuan Bixie* (Dioscorea hypoglauca rhizome, skin removed), *Chuan Huangbai* (Phellodendron amurense bark, stir-fried with wine), *Maimendong* (Ophiopogon japonicus tuber, heart removed), *Tusizi* (Cuscuta chinensis seed, stir-fried with wine), *Bei Wuwei* (Schisandra chinensis fruit, stir-fried with wine), *Yuanzhi* (Polygala tenuifolia root, heart removed, equal parts). Add three slices of bamboo leaf, seven stems of juncus effusus, and a small amount of rhubarb. Decoct with water.
Treats white turbid urine and nocturnal emission due to deficiency and damage of Heart Qi.
*Yuanzhi* (Polygala tenuifolia root, heart removed) and *Shichangpu* (Acorus tatarinowii rhizome, each one liang), *Renshen* (Panax ginseng root), *Baifuling* (Poria cocos sclerotium, each three liang). Ground into powder, mixed with honey to form pills, size of *Wuzi* (seeds of the Chinese parasol tree), coated with *Zhusha* (Cinnabar). Each dose is seven pills, increased to twenty pills, taken on an empty stomach with rice soup.
