人参 天麻（煨） 茯苓 朱砂 全蝎（去毒，炒） 僵蚕（炒） 羚羊角 犀角
（各一钱） 麝香（一字） 胆南星（四钱） 为细末，蜜丸，芡实大，葛蒲煎汤，研化，食后服。
治婴孩安神退惊，止焦啼宁眠。

酸枣仁（各一钱） 朱砂（水飞五分） 麝香（一字）
为极细末，白米饭和丸，如芡实大，用麦门冬去心煎汤，研化，食远服。
细辛 南星 朴硝（各一钱） 全蝎（五枚） 麝香（五分） 为末，以少许和乌梅擦牙，兼
用细辛、皂角、荆芥末，吹人鼻中。
治急慢惊风，涎潮昏冒，目瞪惊搐钓肚。
辰砂 琥珀 牛黄 僵蚕 全蝎 南星（牛胆制） 白附子（炮） 天麻 代赭石
乳香 蝉蜕（各一钱） 麝香（五分） 龙脑（一字）
为末，三岁半子，薄荷金银汤下。慢惊加附子。
治痰嗽惊风，时作潮热。
牛胆南星（一两） 天竺黄（五钱） 辰砂 雄黄（各二钱五分） 麝香（一钱另研） 为末，浓
煎甘草水，煮面糊丸，芡实大，薄荷汤下一丸。
治搐搦。
用全蝎四个，糖水浸一宿，南星大者一个，开一穴，入蝎在内，以南星末盖其口，
用面裹，火煨，令赤色，取出放地坑上一宿，去南星，用蝎为末，每服一字，磨刀水调下。

人参、防风、天麻（煨制）、蝎梢（去毒）、龙脑（煨制）、真茯神、甘草（炙制）、酸枣仁（各一钱），朱砂（水飞法处理五分），麝香（一字）。将上述药材研为极细末，用白米饭和合制成丸，大小如芡实，用麦门冬去心煎汤，将药丸研化后，在饭后较长时间服用。
细辛、南星、朴硝（各一钱），全蝎（五枚），麝香（五分）。将上述药材研为细末，取少许药末与乌梅混合擦拭牙齿；同时可用细辛、皂角、荆芥的细末，吹入患者鼻中。
治疗急慢惊风，痰涎上涌、昏蒙冒昧，眼睛直视、惊厥抽搐、腹部拘挛内缩。
辰砂、琥珀、牛黄、僵蚕、全蝎、南星（牛胆汁制）、白附子（炮制）、天麻、代赭石、乳香、蝉蜕（各一钱），麝香（五分），龙脑（一字）。将上述药材研为细末，三岁以下儿童每次服用半字量，用薄荷金银花煎汤送服。慢惊风者加用附子。
治疗因痰嗽引起的惊风，时常发作潮热。
牛胆南星（一两），天竺黄（五钱），辰砂、雄黄（各二钱五分），麝香（一钱，另研）。将上述药材研为细末，用浓煎的甘草水煮面糊制成丸剂，大小如芡实，每次服用一丸，用薄荷汤送下。
治疗肢体抽搐痉挛。
取全蝎四个，用糖水浸泡一夜；取大个南星一个，挖开一个孔洞，将蝎子放入其中，用南星粉末覆盖封口，外面用面粉包裹，在火上煨烤至呈赤色，取出后放置在地坑上一夜，去掉南星，将蝎子研为细末。每次服用一字量，用磨刀水调服。

Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma, baked), Fuling (Poria), Zhusha (Cinnabar), Quanxie (Scorpio, detoxified and stir-baked), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus, stir-baked), Lingyangjiao (Saiga Tatarica Horn), Xijiao (Rhino Horn) (each 1 qian), Shexiang (Musk), Danningxing (Arisaema cum Bile, 4 qian). Grind into fine powder, form pills with honey, size of a Chinese quince seed. Dissolve in decoction of Changpu (Acori Tatarinowii Rhizoma) and administer after meals.
To calm the mind and relieve convulsions in infants, stop fretful crying, and promote peaceful sleep.
Renshen (Ginseng Radix et Rhizoma), Fangfeng (Saposhnikoviae Radix), Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma, baked), Xeshao (Tail of Scorpio, detoxified), Longnao (Borneol, baked), Zhen Fushen (Poria with Hostwood), Gancao (Licorice Root, honey-fried), Suanzaoren (Ziziphi Spinosae Semen) (each 1 qian), Zhusha (Cinnabar, water-triturated, 5 fen), Shexiang (Musk). Grind into extremely fine powder, combine with white rice flour to form pills, size of a Chinese quince seed. Dissolve in decoction of Maidong (Ophiopogonis Radix, core removed) and administer well after meals.
Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Nanxing (Arisaema Cum Glucomannano), Poxiao (Natrii Sulfas) (each 1 qian), Quanxie (Scorpio, 5 pieces), Shexiang (Musk, 5 fen). Grind into powder. Mix a small amount with Wumei (Chinese Plum Fruit) to rub on the teeth. Additionally, blow powder made of Xixin (Asari Radix et Rhizoma), Zaojiao (Gleditsiae Fructus), and Jingjie (Schizonepetae Herba) into the nose.
To treat acute and chronic infantile convulsion, with surging saliva, dizziness and confusion, fixed gaze, convulsive twitching, and abdominal retraction.
Chensha (Cinnabar), Hupo (Amber), Niuhuang (Calculus Bovis), Jiangcan (Bombyx Batryticatus), Quanxie (Scorpio), Nanxing (Arisaema Cum Bile, prepared with bovine bile), Baifuzi (Typhonii Rhizoma, processed), Tianma (Gastrodiae Rhizoma), Daizheshi (Haematitum), Ruxiang (Olibanum), Chantui (Cicadae Periostracum) (each 1 qian), Shexiang (Musk, 5 fen), Longnao (Borneol, 1 zi). Grind into powder. For children under three years old, administer half a 'zi' dose, washed down with decoction of Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) and Yinjinhua (Lonicerae Japonicae Flos). For chronic convulsion, add Fuzi (Aconiti Lateralis Radix Praeparata).
To treat convulsion caused by phlegm-cough, accompanied by periodic tidal fever.
Niudan Naxing (Arisaema Cum Bile, 1 liang), Tianzhu Huang (Bambusae Concretio Silicea, 5 qian), Chensha (Cinnabar), Xionghuang (Realgar) (each 2.5 qian), Shexiang (Musk, 1 qian, separately ground). Grind into powder. Cook a thick decoction of Gancao (Licorice Root) to make a paste for pill formation, size of a Chinese quince seed. Administer one pill washed down with Bohe (Menthae Haplocalycis Herba) decoction.
To treat spasmodic twitching.
Take 4 Quanxie (Scorpio), soak in sugar water overnight. Take one large Nanxing (Arisaema Cum Glucomannano), make a hole, insert the scorpion inside, cover the opening with Nanxing powder, wrap in dough, and bake over fire until reddish. Remove and place in a pit in the ground overnight. Discard the Nanxing, grind the scorpion into powder. Each dose is one 'zi', mixed with water used for sharpening knives and taken orally.
